Great location

We had a great time staying it. It was a great location, close to metro, restaurants and lots of sites! It was a little noisy at night being over a restaurant in a busy area but wasn’t too bad! Would stay here again.

Amazing Apartment on Rue Rambuteau

Our family (2 adults, 1 18-yr old) found the apartment to be perfect for our needs. The location was incredibly convenient, the neighborhood a lot of fun, and convenient to the Metro! The communication was seamless and overall we really enjoyed ourselves!

Great location

We had a great stay here. The location was ideally close to the Metro and lots of food options. The apartment was perfect for our family or 4 and everyone had their own space to retreat. We had a small hiccup when checking in and finding the key. But the restaurant staff was hospitable while we waited and everything worked out in the end. We would certainly stay here again.

Amazing location!

We loved staying at this apartment. It was in the most amazing location with restaurants cafes and supermarkets downstairs or just a few minutes walk away. There was a metro station just a 5 minute walk away with a shopping centre attached to it. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It could be a little noisy at night but we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect stay in the heart of Paris

Our family of four loved our stay here. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Close the Louvre, Notre Dame and Gare de Lyon, it was perfecr. Metro stations were only a 5 minute walk to go anywhere in the city, though we utilized Lime scooter and bike app to go many places. Always a few nearby. We will be back.

Perfect for Paris

Roxanna was the perfect hostess during our stay in Paris: available to help quickly and efficiently when needed but never a bother. Her Parisian apartment is conveniently located near the Seine, and only a 15 minute walk to Notre Dame, 22 to the Louvre and 27 to Musée d’Orsay. Situated above the inviting Petit Marcel restaurant, the apartment is in the midst of several great cafes, local grocers and vegetable vendors…and a great location for people watching and sunset walks along the Seine. A remarkable place for remarkable memories.

Oasis amidst busy neighborhood

Checking into this spacious and functional apartment was easy - from obtaining the key at the ground floor restaurant and with unexpected assistance from a restaurant waiter to help carry heavy luggage up the winding staircase to the apartment. The flat is well-equipped and was found nicely prepared for our visit. We appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment, as we were traveling with one our adult children. As a repeat visitor to Paris (several trips), we would have preferred to stay in a less busy neighborhood, but thankfully noise during the evening and overnight was not bothersome. I recommend Roxanne’s unit.

Wonderful location

My friend and I loved the location. We could easily walk to many places but also close to the metro. As the apartment was up only one short flight we never had to use the elevator. With the windows closed it was relatively quiet even though the street had many small restaurants and patisseries. The refrigerator was tiny so don't plan on stocking up lots of food or drink. The bed was very comfortable but bring an eye mask if you need darkness to sleep. If you are a larger person you will have trouble using the shower....it is tiny. We loved having 2 couches so that we each had a lounge space. I would gladly rent this unit again when I return to Paris.

Thank you for your comment. There are sliding doors in front of the windows beside the sofa bed and in the bedroom to isolate from lights. I put a note job on the window. Sorry if you didn’t see . Bests, Roxanna

Excellent location

The property was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and inviting and, for the centre of Paris, an excellent size. We went with our daughter and her boyfriend so it was important we had some privacy. Most accommodation we looked at were tiny and with only one room. But this was great as it had a bedroom off the main room. We visited in the middle of January and the weather was bright and sunny but with a freezing wind. The accommodation was lovely and warm and, being so close to everything, it was great to go back to warm up and get ready to go out again. Only 15 minute walk to the Louvre and therefore close to the river and more importantly the river bus which is a great way to get around and see all the sights. We used the boat or walked everywhere which so much nicer than having to use the Metro. The flat is above a little restaurant which serves beautiful food. We had a gorgeous meal there and would highly recommend. As the flat is in the centre of the city, it is a bit noisy at night. Of course as it was the winter we kept the windows closed but the street was sometimes noisy. If that’s a problem bring earplugs. Would thoroughly recommend this flat. Everything was so easy. So many places to get delicious food until late and Alexandra was so great to communicate with.

Une adresse à retenir

Super appart', hyper spacieux dans un super quartier. Exceptionnel pour y passer un weekend avec des amis. Le quartier est vivant, c'est top. Il y aussi tout ce qu'il faut en vaisselle et ustensiles à l'exception d'un décapsuleur (ou alors on ne l'a pas trouvé). Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Cette location est un excellent choix. D’abord pour l’appartement lui-même: lumineux, propre, confortable, bien décoré. Ensuite pour la localisation, au coeur de Paris, point de départ idéal pour les balades quotidiennes, facile d’accès depuis l’aéroport, et au coeur d’une zone remplie de restaurants, cafés, boutiques et traiteurs. Par exemple, le matin, on a juste à traverser la rue pour aller chercher les croissants frais. Nous avons apprécié l’approche facile de réservation et les réponses faciles de Roxanne. Enfin, ce que nous retenons par dessus-nous, c’est l’atmosphère de bien-être que nous ressentons à cet endroit.

Great location, accurate description, little smaller than we expected. Very lacking in supplies. One roll of toilet paper, one thin towel per person. We had 4 people staying here. Brought us extra toilet paper when we requested. Liked where we could walk to sites easily!

Great location!

We enjoyed our 4-day stay at this Paris apartment, which is above an excellent restaurant. The street is very busy and vibrant. Lots of restaurants and shopping. A beautiful church a few blacks away. Easy walk to the Louve or trains.

Wonderful apartment and beds - check in was a little cumbersome other than that enjoyed our stay

Location was great, lots of amenities. beds were outstanding. restaurant below was so good we ate dinner there 3 out if 4 nights. Other than the check in process which could be improved we really enjoyed our stay.

Short stay in Paris

The property is very well located and furnished. Close to the subway, close to nice restaurants (Le Petit Marcel was outstanding) and shops. In the apartment, all was provided for, nice and clean. We will surely stay here again if ever we visit Paris again with our family of four.

Perfect location for a four day stay in Paris

Perfect in every way! We stayed four days with enough towels and household necessities supplied. There is an elevator, but it does not land on the apartment level, which is directly above a busy restaurant. It took a night to get used to the street sounds, but it is quiet only between the hours of 2am and 5 am, when the street vendors start their morning prep and clean. Great communication, ice from bar below, enough towels :) and great space. Would be wonderful for families.

This apartment was as advertised. It is in a great location close to many restaurants. Walking distance to many attractions.....we walked everywhere and didn't use metro at all. Eiffel Tower was furthest away at 5-6 km walk. I read reviews before we went so I knew it is on a busy street and there is music and noise at night; even with the shutters closed you can still hear the noise but it wasn't really loud and we were able to sleep. The shower is small but not nearly as bad as I expected based on reviews and we had no problem at all with the shower. Check-in and check-out was easy. The apartment was clean. Having coffee provided was a big bonus. Shampoo and soap was also provided. Would stay there again.

Love this apartment & location

The perfect location within walking distance of so much. We really loved our stay. The apartment is clean and well appointed, great size for family of four. Nice l'Occitane products for guests. Roxanna was very accommodating when we decided to book an extra night. The check-in instructions were a little vague - we knew where to pick up the key, but were not told the door code or apartment number. Thankfully the cafe downstairs were able to help. Would love to stay again!
