Ce spacieux condo familial face au golfe dispose d'appareils électroménagers mis à jour et d'un balcon meublé avec vue sur l'eau. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une grande piscine commune, d'un bain à remous, d'une terrasse, d'un court de tennis et d'un accès pratique à la plage.

Prenez votre appareil photo et explorez la réserve naturelle d'Indian Rocks Beach où vous pourrez vous promener parmi les mangroves sur une promenade surélevée et observer les oiseaux indigènes et d'autres animaux sauvages, à seulement un pâté de maisons. Great condo in great location.

We had a wonderful beach vacation. Condo has everything we needed. It is in a terrific location near many restaurants and right on the beach. We had a beautiful view of the water and sunset.

Great location (quiet neighborhood) and easy access to anywhere. Great area to walk or bike. Property supplied everything we needed to get started. Would stay here again.

Perfect for families!

This was perfect for our family of six with a baby. The stairs off of the balcony was very convenient and made us a few steps to the pool. Once you leave the pool area you are literally a few steps to the beach. This is a quiet and family friendly area. The condo has everything you need with plenty of kitchen amenities. There are also plenty of towels and beach towels. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!

The Reef

We have been to Indian Rocks Beach are a ton of times because of family living in Largo/Seminole area a few years back. We have never had to stay at a Vrbo because of family. I have to say we had an awesome vaca at the Reef with our friends!! Loved how close we were to a lot restaurants and other places. Would love to go back and stay again in the future!! Thank you again!!

First time in IRB

If your vibe is chill and relax on the beach without hundreds of people then IRB is the place. We loved the fact that there were no high-rise buildings! The condo was a great location. Basically, right on the beach. It was about a 2-minute walk from the deck door to the water. This unit was located on the first floor, but it's really the second. The parking for this building is underneath the first-floor units. Staying on the first floor was great, because there was a spiral staircase off the back deck. A few steps away was the pool. Walk through the pool area, through the gate and you're on the beach. Seemed like a lot of locals knew the pool gate code. There were lots of people using it that weren't staying at the condos. Our unit was a 3 bedroom. It was a great space and size for us. The biggest negative about this place is that it only came with one parking spot. The building has about 20 guest spots, but they were all always full by the end of the day. So if you are there with 2 cars, take them both out, and then return later you are likely to be out of luck. There is no street parking close, and I don't even know where you would park if you had this issue. Some good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The condo had beach chairs, pop up canopy, mats, sand toys, and beach towels. Other than the parking issue this place was great.

Great for family vacation

The condo was clean, exactly as pictured, prking spot was very convenient, loved the stairs leading off the balcony right to the pool, easy-peasy walk to the beach, and great for our part of 4 adults and 3 kids. The updates are very nice.

Beautiful upgrades and a great location

The bathroom and kitchen upgrades are awesome. It was a very comfortable place to stay. We would definitely rent here again. The common areas of the condo are well maintained. We played tennis everyday. The court is perfect and very close to the patio staircase. Wonderful!

Our first time to Indian Rock Beach.

The condo was great. I already have checked to see if it is available for next summer. It was very clean and updated. My family loved the stairs from the balcony. That was very convenient! (Needed washcloths. There were only 2 in the entire place.)

Might want to reconsider

My family and I stayed here July 9-14, 2022. The unit was pretty clean when we arrived however there was sand all over the floor in the entire unit. Because it is on the beach and the sand is so fine I am sure it is hard to get it all mopped up. All the bedroom windows face out onto the street and the walking area to the outside. People are walking by all the bedroom windows to the elevators. It was pretty loud trying to sleep. One night there was a terrible, loud noise coming from the water tank. It was something out of a horror movie. It kept us all awake from 2:00 am to 5:30 am. No-one would answer the 24 hour help line. I called at least 10 times throughout the night. It finally stopped around 5:30 AM. That same morning the freezer and refrigerator died. There was water leaking all over the kitchen floor by the gallons. We did not know the refrigerator was dead until all of our groceries were spoiled and had to be thrown away. We lost hundreds of dollars in food. I asked for a cooler to store our drinks and some ice. We waited all day and it never came until past 7:00 pm. They did purchase a new refrigerator and that did not get installed until almost 8:00 pm the next day. The washer and dryer are ancient and are all rusted out. It took 5-6 hours to dry a normal size load of laundry. The TV remotes have decaying batteries inside and some don't work. The big patio slider is very stiff and hard to open and close. I would recommend bringing your own bed pillows. The mattresses need to be replaced. On the plus side, there were plenty of bath and beach towels. There were about 6-7 beach chairs which was nice. The stairs to the beach and pool was convenient. There was a dedicated parking space for the unit so parking was never an issue. The pool is small but the pool deck is large. We never had a problem finding a place to sit at the pool. We received $275 for compensation for the issues. We won't stay here again.

Love Indian Rocks Beach

Condo was as depicted in pictures. Well stocked, roomy and right on beach for nightly sunsets! Having beach towels and chairs available for guests' use was an added bonus.

Looks like the pictures

There is only one parking spot for the condo, however we received two parking passes and you might be able to use a guest spot if it is open with the second pass. If you lose the parking passes it is an additional charge. No place is perfect, we had some issues with the freezer, dryer and the dishwasher. They have lots of beach towels which was appreciated and the walk to the elevator and stairs is short. The circle stairs to the pool and beach was exactly what I had wanted and did not disappoint. We found a cork screw and a blender which was a lovely bonus surprise! With them, we were able to make our own smoothies with the wine and smoothie mix we bought at the Florida Orange Groves Winery. They offer free tours and tastings. We had done a free tasting and we were excited to be able to make their smoothies ourselves in the condo later that night. Across the street is the Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve with a lovely boardwalk, a quiet place away from the road traffic that also leads to the water and some benches. The bus stop is right there too. Over all it was pretty near perfect! It was a lovely spot and hope to return.

Awesome Vacation

The condo was clean and inviting with enough room for our big family. Had all things you need to live comfortably, and some extras. The amenities (pool&tennis court) were just another way my kids had fun. Would definitely recommend suite 105!

Family vaca

The condo was very nice. Very roomy and clean. It had everything you need. We loved the spiral staircase going down to the pool. The pool was clean and had lots of seating. The location is quiet but close to anything you need. Just a short drive to Clearwater or John’s Pass. The beach is beautiful and the ocean was nice and clear. We even had a manatee swim by a couple of days. Our only negative was the red tide. Out first few days it wasn’t bad and we could still swim in the ocean, but the last half there were so many dead fish you could not get in the water. Fortunately the pool felt great.

Excellent location

Loved the location. Walk down short spiral staircase to pool and then beach. Condo was very roomy for 6. They have everything you need for the beach....beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas. Great place to stay!

Too pricey

Musty smell, washer and dryer dated(ripped a piece of clothing), no directions for tv...couldn't get regular channels for news...needs alot of updating. Plus paid 2 booking charges, one through VRBO and then Vacaso charged us one also.

Stunning Sunsets, Beautiful updates

Kitchen update is gorgeous and fully stocked, sleek furnishings in living room, dining room and master bedroom, location is excellent, private spiral stairwell to the pool is a bonus, loved the in unit private laundry room, pool Area is spacious and newly updated with pavers, sunsets from balcony take your breath away.

the cleaning crew was just finishing at 4:10 so the floor was soaking wet for our entry - very slippery! There was blood on the mattress cover which unfortunately I didnt see until we remove thec sheets upon our departure. The kitchen is very well stocked and the condo itself is very very nice. The building is in serious need of updating and cleaning- including the patio- our feet were absolutely black from walking out to the balcony. The Ice maker works fabulously!!! nice assortment of dishes and glasses also! the recycle bins outside were full to the brim 4 of the days. We will rent again as it is in a perfect location.
