Reef Club 306 est une location de trois chambres et deux salles de bains avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique. Détendez-vous et profitez des couchers de soleil depuis votre balcon privé, ou profitez de la piscine et du bain à remous communs.

Cet espace bien aménagé a été récemment rénové. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances mémorables est ici. Les équipements comprennent de nouveaux carreaux dans les parties communes, des chambres recouvertes de moquette, une toute nouvelle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit, des salles de bains avec du nouveau granit et une nouvelle literie, des serviettes, des serviettes de plage et du linge de maison. Good Sized Unit in central IRB Location

We enjoyed our stay; unfortunately it was cold & rainy most days (Christmas Break 2023) so we couldn't enjoy the beach, but on the nice(r) days the grass lawn area and hot tub were a godsend for the kids. Our unit had a bit of a musty air smell, but that may be because the furnace isn't used to be turned on frequently. Well stocked kitchen and good sized bedrooms.

loved the condo!! Only complaint was the dryer wasn't working when we arrived. When I called management it sounded like they already knew about it. They did send someone first thing Monday morning but we were 2 days without it if they would have went ahead and had someone come out on Friday.

Don’t rent from Vacasa

I feel bad for the property owners that pay Vacasa. Shower didn’t drain and dryer didn’t work . Reached out to Vacasa numerous times kept saying they would fix the problem and never did . Promised a credit for the issues and the never issued credit and doesn’t respond . If you see a property listed by Vacasa run. I would rather stay at a motel 6.

OK STAY

Condo was clean however master bdrm could use a couple rugs and floor cleaning. Access to condo was perfect appreciated the grocery cart upon checking in. The parking spot for this rental is a problem cause you need to back into it since it is angled. WIFI is unreliable.

Perfect property in Cap Cana

The property was perfect, and exactly what we were looking for. The wrap around pool makes this unit the best in the Cap Cana Fishing Lodge by far! We will certainly book this exact unit again!

Solid Beach Vacation

This was a really nice and clean unit that was stocked with anything you could possibly need for a beach vacation, including several box fans which were a real life saver as you'll read later in the review. The location is amazing and I was really impressed with how laid back everything was in the Indian Rocks area. If you go a few miles north Clearwater is madhouse in comparison. Some of the reviews mention noise, but we didn't have any issues and in fact the security manager introduced himself as we unloaded and showed us how to contact him. You can tell he really cared. The reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 star review is we did experience an issue with the AC for half the stay and dealing with the Vacasa outsource support process was extremely painful. They have an option to text which takes hours to get a reply, most of the time in the middle of the night, or call and it didn't seem effective in resolving the issue and they treated me like an idiot. It wasn't until they put me in touch with local support team (Allie maybe?) that I felt I got the customer care I expected with such an annoying issue in the middle of July in Florida. It did take several days to fix the issue even after speaking with the local Vacasa team, but her explanations for the delays were logical and reasonable and she did everything to make it right. I'm not sure I would rent another Vacasa property again, but that feedback is more about the support experience.

Location Location Location

Nice beach Condo with great Sunset view, and the location was spot on for staying close to the breach. Pool and tennis courts added bonus. Condo clean, with everything you need. I brought all my own beach necessities, so did not notice what the condo had to offer. But beach umbrella is huge recommendation to assure you have.

Amazing vacation!

This is our second time at the Reed club but our first time in this unit! The unit itself is perfect! Clean, bright, has everything you could possibly need! Kitchen is stocked and with Tupperware which with kids was amazing for bringing food to the beach! Literally zero complaints- and this is right off the elevator but you do not hear any commotion at the elevator in the evenings etc which is what I was concerned about with little kids! We would definitely book this again! My only complaint would be with the company that manages the unit. It’s all automated responses when you send a message which is not amazing when you’re looking for a specific answer. We went through Plum Lee last time in a different unit which is direct contact with a person and no automated responses which is much better!

This condo is lovely. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, and a kitchen with all the utensils one might need for cooking away from home. That was greatly appreciated. We throughly enjoyed our stay. I do not know the responsibility of the cleaning service, but it could improve.

Comfortable stay with everything we could need

This was my first experience with Vacasa and I was pleasantly surprised. Communication the day of arrival was timely and even provided an early check in. While the exterior of the complex is a little weathered, my parking was conveniently located to the elevator and stairs. Getting grocery bags to the room was a breeze with the carts available for use in the car park to load and take right up to the room in the elevator, genius! The cleanliness of our unit was impeccable and I appreciated the fact that Vacasa followed up with me shortly after arriving to be sure I was pleased. The owners provided everything we could need to be comfortable for the week; towels, beach necessities, well equipped kitchen of cooking utensils and pans that even included a wonderful selection of spices in the spice rack, complimentary laundry soap, dryer sheets, toiletries for the bathrooms, board games and very comfortable bedding. Clearly the owners care that their guests enjoy their stay and have everything they could need to relax. Complete with an ocean front view! I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return again with my family.

Both bedrooms have very bad carpets

I was a bit disappointed to see a dirty carpet after paying such a high price for the week. Hall and kitchen flooring was very clean as it doesn’t have carpet. I wanted to give three stars, but it is at a very good location, view from balcony was wonderful, white powdery sand beach was enjoyable and the water was clear! I strongly advice you guys to replace the carpet and go for the same flooring as hall, easy to keep it clean. May be throw some narrow rugs from bathroom to beds. Carpets there are almost feeling like health hazards.

Beautiful beach and pool, easy walk to many restaurants, condo great and very well stocked!

Loved our stay! Had a glitch being locked out one day for an hour and a half due to the key pads battery dead. The customer service number (after being on hold for quite awhile) was helpful with maybe outdated lockbox instructions. Our rep, once contacted came out an hour or so after that to fix. Would have loved late check-out accepted as compensation as requested but not given.

Wonderful!

This condo unit was absolutely perfect and beautifully decorated. The unit had everything you could possibly ask for and more. The location is right next to the elevator which was great for getting our luggage and groceries up to the unit. It's just a very short walk to a heated pool, hot tub and beach. There are many nice restaurants nearby. I would give this 10 stars instead of 5! This was our grand kids first trip to the ocean and they had so much fun. It was the perfect place to stay! Thank you, Vacasa for providing us with a wonderful place to stay.

Our unit was very nice and clean with a perfect view of the beach from the balcony and master bedroom. Jodi was a great help and was always available to answer any questions we had. We will define be back next year!

Great location, lovely condo

This was a great condo, had everything we could need. We had beach towels, chairs, a tent, cooler, well equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Check in was easy. Location was also great, right on the beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants around, nice pool and jacuzzi. I can’t give it 5 stars because unfortunately for our 10 day stay we could not sleep during the night nor sleep-in. This is not fault of the owner but the property does not lock or enforce pool hours so we had teens and young adults vaping, drinking and so loud sometimes up to 3am and they would continue the outdoor party in the balconies it was impossible to rest; then people would be in the pool with screaming kids at 7am and also loud yard work would begin at 7am or earlier. Pool hours have signs of 9am-10pm but it was really open 24h. It was nice to have a designated parking spot so close to the elevators.

Wonderful stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo. The location in IRB is great and the condo property was perfect for our family needs. The condo itself was great as well, beautiful views and nicely appointed. As with any property like this, proximity to neighbors can impact your stay. The upstairs neighbors either have a sound system with a lot of bass, our they are constantly moving furniture (daytime only noise that didn't negatively impact our stay). It can be a bit noisy on the balcony, you can hear everyone in the pool or on their balconies, and smoke from neighboring smokers does drift to the balcony. The condo has beach towels, two beach umbrellas, and 4 beach chairs. Unfortunately when we arrived, both umbrellas were broken (one was unusable and the other was broken but usable, because it was broken it couldn't withstand strong winds) and one chair was completely and not usable. We still got our full use out of the beach even with these minor inconveniences. Of note, the condo has two sets of floatation devices for young kids (under three) and a pack n play. Also, the property has a community toy chest near the pool full pool toys and beach toys. We bought toys on our trip and donated them to the community chest. Overall, great stay! Beautiful Apartment! Great Beach!

I just stayed there for a week of July 2020. The beach is fantastic! The kitchen is beautiful, all new, and fully stocked. It even has a spice rack with everything you would ever need. The pool has gas grills to cook on, which are great. The building has everything, including shopping carts to help you get groceries up and even luggage carts. The building is near a Publix and other restaurants as well. The beach is very still, the water is very clean and the sand is spectacular.

Great stay

We really enjoyed the view from the condo. Just steps to the beach. Weather was great and so was the water. The condo was very clean and kitchen was well supplied. Glad there were no glass tables because of two year old. King size bed was very comfortable but I was told that the other beds were hard. We loved the layout of the condo and enjoyed the balcony furniture as well.

Nice condo unit

This unit exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and easily accessible. I love the fact that the unit is right in front of the elevator it’s very convenient. And the parking space is very close to the unit. The downside is there is only one parking space, unless you’re lucky enough to get the reflow parking spaces which are first come first serve. The pool is small but met our needs, the beach access couldn’t be better, and the beach itself was amazing. I would definitely rent this unit again. Tammy L
