Notre condo est parfaitement situé sur le coin ouest, 6ème étage donnant directement sur la rivière Lazy et toboggan à Phoenix Orange Beach avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Évitez les ascenseurs et garez-vous au même étage que le condo !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les fenêtres du sol au plafond de l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, nouvellement meublée et nouvelle sur le marché de la location!

Les services sont nombreux dans ce condo de Phoenix Orange Beach: l'unité est équipée d'appareils de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 65 "dans le salon et d'un téléviseur à écran plat 55" haute définition dans la chambre principale et la deuxième Téléviseurs intelligents dans les troisième et quatrième chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un lit King dans le Master, un lit King dans la 2ème chambre, deux lits Queen dans les 3ème et 4ème chambres ainsi qu'un canapé-lit dans le salon pour accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes.

Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à accès nul avec un toboggan qui se connecte à une rivière paresseuse, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux grands jacuzzi, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le Golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis au 10ème étage.

Phoenix Orange Beach est parfaitement situé en plein milieu de Orange Beach! Des épiceries et plusieurs restaurants, dont Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Tacos Chronic, Subway, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen et bien plus, sont situés dans la rue

Very roomy, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. We slept in front room to the right as you walk in- those mattresses need to be replaced!!!

Spring break vacay

My family and I loved the location with stores and activities close by. We were able to park in the garage on the same floor as the condo, but was unable to find any carts in which we could use to unload our vehicle into. The condo was nicely furnished, but the kitchen was not as stocked as expected. The faucet in the kitchen leaks, and the toilet in the hall needs a seal change.

Overall condo was nice. Had a few small issues that need to be repaired. Did have a hard time contacting anyone after 11:00 at 2:00 am for noise complaint. Condo was smaller than pictures. Overall the stay was great.and got to spend time with family.

Great family vacation

The location of the property was great. We were across the street from the grocery stores. We were walking distance from the Coastal restaurant. The views from the balcony were great. Being on the 6th floor was awesome as we could park on the same floor as condo.

Great place

This place was just what our family was looking for. The kids had a blast on the lazy river and the water slide. When we arrived at the condo everything was ready and very clean. The code to the door was sent to me a few hours before we arrived which is great timing. All the rules and information was sent to me as well. I had to contact the manager only before our stay to make payments to this place and he always answered or called back promptly. I had no issues at all with this place. I definitely recommend anyone with kids and a family to stay here. And the beach view was great.

Great trip with the family

Property is as listed. Great location, easy parking with this unit, and beautiful view. We had a family of 7 with ages from 17-75, and all enjoyed it. Great bed and bathroom setup. Pool area is for sure more for kids but that would be only concern if you wanted a nice pool area. Not a concern for us as we stay at the beach. Would most definitely stay here again

FANTASTIC STAY!

First of all, Charlie with Phoenix Vacation Rentals is so nice and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Our condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. We love the 2 pools. I also love that this complex only has 120 units so you don't feel crowded. My only complaint would be that Phoenix Orange Beach needs to do a better job of keeping the trash area clean. Otherwise, we will definitely rent though Phoenix Vacation Rentals again.

Cleaner Rental Desired..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Phoenix Orange Beach property is Nice. However, the unit had many issues. The first was how clean, or lack of cleanliness, the unit was. One Bed was full of sand. When cleaning that bed, including washing the linens due to stains, we decided to check the other beds. We had to wash both King Beds linens due to stains. The stains immediately came out. There was also several maintenance issues that needed to be resolved in Unit 601. A chair in the living room was about near ifs lifespan due to being broken, master bath faucet needs tightening, master bath toilet paper holder was half gone, a couple of lamps were broken, the washer/dryer is old and takes forever to do a load, and a couple other things. Other than the mechanical issues, the unit was in good shape considering its the end of rental season. Overall, it was the lack of cleanliness. Also, Phoenix Rentals has nothing to do w/ the management of this property, as a whole, just certain units. Check in was at 4:30pm and the property management people leave the desk at night at 5pm for this time of the year (Sept 25th arrival). I would recommend the property but not Unit 601.

Great family get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked later that usual for a family get away due to COVID. Here are the pros/cons of our stay.Pros- location was great and the beach and pools were rarely crowded. The elevators were also faster than other Phoenix properties where we have stayed. The unit management was very responsive. Our kids (3,4 and 8) loved the indoor pool. Cons- the unit is overall a bit less upgraded than others we have rented. The ice maker doesn't make enough ice for ice chests so be sure to plan to buy bags. The 3 bathrooms were the biggest con, with 12 guests, it was a bit difficult. We didn't end up going anywhere but had we all needed to get dressed at one time it would have been an issue. With 3 kids we made frequent trips to the bathrooms located near the indoor pool which was pretty dirty. Someone dropped cookies in the bathroom four days before we left, they were never cleaned up which made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned during our visit. There wasn't a particularly high cleaning presence (wiping down pool rails or elevators) as we've seen in other hotel properties where we have stayed during COVID.

Great view, and easy walk to the beach, also great location to eat, shop and site see. Great Space for Multiple Family Beach Trip

This beach front condo at the Phoenix Orange Beach was perfect for our multi family group of 9! It was very clean and spacious with a great layout and design. The location was so convenient. We would definitely book this unit again in the future.

Family vacation

Everything was great with the condo. Beautiful and spacious balcony. The indoor pool was over dosed with chlorine. Both of my grandchildren developed mild chlorine poisoning. No hospitalization but was sick for a few days. Maybe better ventilation in that area would help. We did really enjoy the outdoor lazy river.
