Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 5ème étage donnant directement sur la rivière Lazy et le toboggan à Phoenix Orange Beach avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Évitez les ascenseurs et garez-vous au même étage que le condo !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les fenêtres du sol au plafond de l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, nouvellement meublée et nouvelle sur le marché de la location!

Les services sont nombreux dans ce condo de Phoenix Orange Beach: l'unité est équipée d'appareils de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'une cuisine avec des appareils haut de gamme et d'une cafetière Cuisinart, de Keurig et Lenox China, d'un téléviseur HD un écran plat 55 "HDTV dans la chambre principale et la 2ème chambre et 55" Smart TV dans les 3ème et 4ème chambres à coucher, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a un lit King dans le maître, un roi dans la 2ème chambre, deux lits queen dans les 3ème et 4ème chambres pour dormir jusqu'à 12 personnes.

Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure avec un toboggan qui se connecte à une rivière paresseuse, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux grands jacuzzi, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le Golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis au 10ème étage.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Outlets didn’t work, cable boxes were hanging from tv, need new toilet seats, master bathroom toilet rocked, no potholders, only one dish towel and the floors needed a good cleaning.This condo needs work

Great location

the location was perfect. All 10 of us were not very happy with cleaniliness of the floors through the house you couldn’t even walk from your clean just taken shower across the room without the bottom of your feet being black. They need to reprimand their cleaning crew.

Loved the condo, location and parking. Our beach guy was great! We didn't like that others were able to set up in front of people that rented chairs. We had to walk through their set up to get back and forth to the water. We will be back!!

Great vacation

This property was perfect for our family! There was plenty of room for all of us! The parking was so convenient, being right on the floor we stayed! The kids loved the pools and other water slides, etc.

Great property

This property was beautiful! The bedrooms were set up great and having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was super convenient. The location was awesome. Right on the beach but also right by restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. It was nice having the parking garage on the same level as our room but also easy access to the beach and pools. The condo was very clean and beautiful. Our entire groups enjoyed our week on the beach.

This was a great place for our family vacation

This property worked out perfectly for our group of 11. Orange Beach was a very fun destination and this Phoenix properties condo was amazing! The ocean view, the convenient location and size of this condo were stellar. The communication throughout the rental process and during our stay did not disappoint. Very clear instructions and easy check in/out process as well.

Family getaway

There was 10 of us, ranging from 3 to 81 and this was the perfect place and unit to stay. The unit was beautiful and spacious. The parking made it easy to get your things back and forth to your car. We didn't like having to pay an extra $55 per car to park there, we figured that would have been part of the total unit payment... We would definitely stay there again though. Great place and friendly staff.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was a last minute decision due to issues with our original condo, the room is just okay. Very basic, not a lot of essentials in the room. The vacuum did not work, at all. Which reflected on the floors cleanliness. A huge complaint is no real coffee pot, they have a Keurig but not a normal pot. The ice machine didn't work and had mold growing inside of it. A plus side was all the beds were extremely comfortable!I would not stay here again.

We were so excited to have a great Spring Break with family and friends and We were sadly disappointed in the condo, not well cleaned at all. Lots of stains on couch and loungers, rips, dirty shower curtains, mold in ice maker. Sent a message through Vrbo to management company and did not hear back.

Celebrating

The property was perfect for our family of 12. The sectional couch in the living room , along with a couple of chairs, was a perfect gathering place for us to visit, play games, watch TV, etc. we loved the balcony overlooking the beach, the lazy river, the slide, the pools, and the hot tubs. We had a couple of things that needed to be seen about and one phone call was all it took for someone to be there within an hour or so. The ice maker in the bar area was very handy. It was a great place to celebrate my 70th birthday. Everyone agrees that we would like to go back.

The process for getting room access codes and parking passes was really easy and convenient. We liked the Orange Beach location due to shopping being really close. The fact you exit your condo door into a large hallway versus an exposed balcony was nice. The property was clean and well maintained and elevator speed and access was never an issue. This location had two indoor hot tubs and small wading pool and that was used a lot. The check out process was easy and we feel like this was one of best properties we have stayed in so far.

It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and you could not beat the location. It had all of the amenities we needed for meals in the unit for the times we wanted to stay in. We loved the convenience of a parking garage that went to our floor (5) and it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. There were grocery stores, department stores, souvenir shops and tons of restaurants right across the street. We would highly recommend this property and would love to visit again in the future!

Clean and spacious unit with great gulf view

Loved heated pool and hot tubs. Ice cube unit with unchlorinated water was exceptional. Master bedroom and bath was on Gulfside with own door to balcony. Other 3 bedrooms on other end of unit with 2 more bathrooms provided separate family spacing. Loved kitchen that had all we needed. Spacious living room with gulf view off balcony. Excellent lighting everywhere. Washer and dryer much appreciated. Parking garage on same level as unit was the best feature! Can get cart in lobby for hauling in/from unit if desired. Hope to return to this unit again, maybe when Blue Angels return in March (thru October)

Disappointed

We planned a family vacation. We had 10 people staying in the condo. The beds where described as queen size bed, they were full size. When you have 2 grown adult men sharing a full size bed it's not very comfortable. There were dust/hair balls in the corner of the rooms. There was water in front of the windows in one of the rooms. We assumed from condensation on the window or maybe a leak from the bathroom. The kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils, measuring cups, cookie sheets, baking pans, etc. The couch and furniture need to be replaced or steam cleaned. There were several stains of who knows what. I have stayed in several Phoenix resorts. Very disappointed for the amount of money we paid to stay there.

Family memories

We have been coming to the Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach area for twenty years. Our family first came to Gulf Shores when our now adult children were in high school. They each have families of their own and we all still love the area. In recent years we started to come to Orange Beach and have always stayed in a Phoenix property. Last year we stayed in Phoenix West and loved our unit. When I tried booking the unit again for this year it had been booked and I could not find another unit. Luckily I was able to book unit 501 in Phoenix Orange Beach. We however were disappointed in the unit after our experience the year before. I am not certain if this is the place to list our complaints but i am going to as well as send them to the property manager as these were not the fault of VRBO. The list of problems: IN the master suite the jacuzzi tub when starting the jets blew out an oily black substance into the tub, the toilet paper holder was broken and there were no towel bars close to the sinks. On the veranda the cushions on the chairs were covered in mold and mildew. The kitchen was not well equipped; there were no utensils or grilled and the ice maker in the freezer was not working. My son took it apart and found a frozen water bottle stuck in the opening for the ice, he was able to remove it and with some duct tape was able to get it going for the remainder of our stay. The laundry room door was sprung and continue to swing open into the hall. The dresser did not have knobs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited Orange Beach every October for the past 11 years. We stay in a Phoenix building each time. This was our first time in Phoenix Orange Beach, and the facility and accommodations were great. Getting to the beach was easy. Unfortunately the weather was much cooler than previous years so we were only able to enjoy the beach one of the five days we were there. The rental unit itself was nice. The balcony is very relaxing, and it is nice being in a corner unit. The kitchen didn't have some of the the things we would expect, such as a coffee pot. It had a Keurig, but it didn't have a refillable pod where we could use our coffee grounds, so we would have had to buy the k-cups. There also were not any hot pads/oven mitts or dish rags for dishes we wanted to wash when we didn't have enough to run the dish washer. As far as cleanliness, everything was in pretty good condition, however, the couch could use a good cleaning. Also, I had messaged the owner through the VRBO app before the trip with a question but never received a reply, but I was able to find the answer through another resource, and I messaged again during our stay and never heard back. I later reread the check-in email that said to email him or call with questions, so he may not utilize the VRBO messaging option, so keep that in mind if you need to reach out. Overall, fantastic unit and building. 5th floor was a great option to see the beach well without being so far up thar elevator times take long. We would love to stay in this unit again!
