Phoenix VI est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants de la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison pour laquelle plus de vacanciers séjournent dans cet appartement que n'importe quel autre à Orange Beach.

Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit où séjourner pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix VI. Il existe de nombreuses activités, dont une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même un joli belvédère pour se détendre pendant que vous faites du barbecue.

Venez vous détendre sur les deux balcons spacieux du 15ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe ou dormir sur le grand lit king size dans le maître. Il y a un accès au balcon depuis le salon et un balcon séparé de la chambre principale !!! La 2ème chambre a un lit king et un lit jumeau avec un lit gigogne, la 3ème chambre a un lit queen et la 4ème chambre a un lit Queen. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon et un canapé-lit double dans le bureau. Il y a une cuisine ouverte haut de gamme et 4. 5 bains et une baignoire jacuzzi dans la salle de bain principale !! Nous sommes idéalement situés à côté des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.

Very nice condo except the carpeting in the bedrooms is very dirty. However, the condo is well furnished and is laid out very nicely. The property is well maintained and in an excellent area.

This place was perfect for my family of nine! Very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! The AC worked great day and night. We never had any issues with the elevators. Pool area is really nice. We used the grill around the pool for lunch one day, it was fun. There are several restaurants nearby and Walmart and Publix is close by too. My family loved this place!

Happy with Stay - There were a few hiccups

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was not ready as when they said it would be, that was a little disappointing. Dryer in condo was sooo loud and we were half afraid to keep using. At one point, there were 2 elevators down (total of 4) which made it awful to get to rooms. Besides these hiccups, our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. If it weren't for this, I would give 5 stars. Condo was huge, very clean, beds were pretty comfy. We loved the balcony and view - so beautiful. We would come back.

AWESOME!!!

We were extremely pleased with this condo! It was perfect for our stay, very clean and plenty of room. There were more beds than advertised so we could've easily had more people. We also loved that everyone had their own bathroom! Will request this condo again!

Perfect place

This was one of my favorite places I have stayed at. Very large and picture are accurate. Beautiful views elevator are new very clean. Will stay at this location again if available in the future. There is plenty of room for family’s. We loved it! Thank you for allowing is to stay in your condo!

The view from the condo is absolutely amazing! The space in the condo was phenomenal! However, for the amount of money that we paid for 7 nights we expected cleanliness and better upgrades than what was there. The carpets in the bedrooms was disgusting and the spots on the white furniture was very uncomfortable. Dingy sheets on a couple beds and towels and washcloths should have been replaced. We had to wash all and clean to feel comfortable. The floors were Sandy and hairy nasty. Clearly was not mopped or even swept well. Long Hair on towels and dish towels. Whoever is cleaning is not doing their job correctly! This is not what we are use to or expected. We had to call twice to get an air filter changed that look like hadn’t been changed in 5 years! The dryer has a terrible very loud squeak. Definitely a lot of Other little things that should have been taken care of before we arrived. Broken tissue holder, broken oven knob etc. The place could be amazing with some love done to it! The pictures say a thousand words on line but in person it needs a really good cleaning and replacements.

Christmas at the beach

This unit was everything we could have wanted or needed for a week away. With room for everyone to be together and yet have their own space. The kids were well entertained with all the amenities of the facility and the beach was perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

Great location

Great location and view. The number of beds and bedrooms were more than even expected. The unit was definitely ready for a good end of the year cleaning and a few pieces of furniture need to be replaced, but overall would stay again.

Great beach vacation

The condo is very roomy and beautiful. We had 14 in our group and had plenty room for our family. The extra small rooms were a bonus. We would love to use this condo again.

Perfection!!

Absolutely GORGEOUS property in the perfect location - can’t access for better than beach access! And the pools, both indoor and outdoor, were lovely. Property manager was super responsive and very accommodating. We had a blast!

Incredible views sunrise and sunsets

Property was very clean. Check in was super easy. Plenty of room/seating for 11 adults. Because of how this building is seat it provides great views from east to west. Location is really good just not in walking distance to any grocery stores. Lazy river was very relaxing after a day playing in the waves and beach.
