Notre condo est parfaitement situé sur l'étage Penthouse prisé, donnant directement sur la rivière Lazy à Phoenix Orange Beach avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur le golfe !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans l'unité. Avec plus de 1,980 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, récemment meublée et nouvelle sur le marché locatif !!

Les équipements sont nombreux dans ce condo Phoenix Orange Beach: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'une télévision connectée à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'une télévision connectée à écran plat de 55 pouces dans la chambre principale et la deuxième chambre et Téléviseurs intelligents de 55 po dans les 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit King dans le Master, un King dans la 2ème chambre, deux lits Queen dans les 3ème et 4ème chambres ainsi qu'un canapé-lit dans le salon pour dormir jusqu'à 14 personnes.

Il y a une superbe piscine extérieure à entrée zéro avec un toboggan qui se connecte à une rivière paresseuse, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux grands jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec vue sur le golfe, des barbecues et un court de tennis au 10ème étage.

Idéalement situés de l'autre côté de la rue, vous trouverez des épiceries et plusieurs restaurants, dont Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, Subway, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen et bien d'autres.

Girls Trip

We did a girls trip at seven of us for a 65th birthday. The condo was perfect for our group with everyone having a bed and bathroom. Our only issue was the beds. Not the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. We love spending time out on the deck, the chairs were very comfortable and perfect. Great access to the beach, the hot tub was great, it looked like people were enjoying the lazy river. We chose to go out to the beach. It would’ve been nice to have Beach chairs supplied by the condo instead of having to rent from an independent but I know that’s how this beach works. Overall, we had a fantastic time with lots of laughs. Thanks for having us.

Girls Trip

We are a group of friends that take a beach trip annually just to relax without the kids and husbands. We have as many diverse interests as we do common ones and this place allowed for us to participate as we wanted. Relaxing in the condo or on the beach or out enjoying the night life. Plenty of good food to be found and good times to be had.

Penthouse Phoenix Orange Beach

We were late getting there because of traffic so everyone from the front desk was already gone. The next morning when we went to get the parking passes, the lady working the desk was late. Then she was rude to everyone because there was a line when she got there. As for the condition of the condo Everything was good for us. Loved the location. I thought the bed was hard as a rock, but everyone else said theirs were good. Overall I would rent it again

Family Beach Vacation

Property was as listed. Great location, comfortable and enough room for everyone to have their own space. Only negative thing was some of the furniture was worn out and broken which is understandable for a rental and window in front bedroom had light shining through all hours of the day and night and needs a blackout curtain for light sleepers.

Fall Break 2023

Condo was nice, facilities very nice, pool was excellent. The only complaint is that all of the mattresses will kill your back by the end of the week. We highly recommend investing in new ones before we come back next year.

Loving it

It was great. We were all alone at the end of hall. No wait for elevators. Used all the community spaces. Pool lazy river, grills and tables and of course the access to the beach.

A week in Orange Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, and decorated very tastefully. The view was awesome. The only problem was the non cleanliness of it. After driving for 10 hours, with 13 people, it was a bit disappointing to find dirty linens on the beds.I had to wash those before we could go to bed. The couch pullout had food everywhere and the mattress cover had to be washed as well. The coffee pots both had old coffee grounds and a used pod in them. The blankets in the closet smelled like old pee. They had to be sanitized also.If advertised to sleep 14, then it should be equipped for 14. We had to buy a pot to cook spaghetti. Then we had to go buy a cookie sheet to cook biscuits. Then a cake pan. However, there were 4 coffee pots and 2 crock pots. They ask to not bring any glass to the grill area, but there is nothing plastic in the unit. Not even a rubbermaid bowl to put anything in. The tvs were good. The furniture was comfortable. The location was great.The kids enjoyed the pool and the slide when they got tired of the sand. I would recommend that the owners survey the amenities and hire a new cleaning service. The rugs need a deep cleaning and the covers on all the beds.

Excellent Place for Family Vacation!

We were six adults and four children from three generations. This condo was a perfect location for our family. The rooms were spacious and the furnishings comfortable for all. We even commandeered one of the small bathroom for the two year old to have a quiet place to sleep. The lazy river and inside pool was a favorite.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start with the positives - it was clean when we arrived, the common areas like the hall and the elevator were well maintained, the beach was not shelly in this area, there was plenty of space for our party, and my kids enjoyed the lazy river and slide a lot! Good overall location.Some cons - the sheets on several of the beds were pilling and uncomfortable with sharpie on some of them, there was a 16x16 floor tile left on the balcony that posed a huge safety risk for those in our condo and below (as it almost slid off the balcony during a rain event), a bedroom with queens you couldn't open the doors all the way, the bedrooms with windows stayed hotter than the other parts of the unit, the host was hard to get in touch with regarding check in times, and you were required to wear a wristband on property (not sure why), and just some general deferred maintenance like one of the shower/tub combos had a terrible sliding door that didn't work.

Perfect Condo

Perfect sized condo for the group size we had! The furniture in the picture of the living room don’t match the current furniture - but I can say the recliners in the condo are so comfy!! I was trying to find the brand so I can buy one for my house! Only a few downfalls, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. If your crew likes to cook big meals, then I suggest bringing your own pots. We forgot ours and had to go buy two which seemed really hard to find close by! And not enough kitchen towels or bath wash cloths, so we went purchase a few more for the week to avoid having to wash washcloths twice a day. Ample storage, wet bar with ice machine, plenty of furniture on the balcony, lots of extra blankets, beds were comfy, gorgeous views from the 22nd floor. The kids loved the floor to ceiling windows!
