Soyez le premier à vous détendre et à profiter de votre séjour dans ce condo de quatre chambres, quatre salles de bains, joliment décoré et décoré avec professionnalisme. Venez découvrir la grande cuisine personnalisée et un téléviseur HD 50 pouces dans le salon, ainsi que des téléviseurs haute définition à écran plat dans toutes les chambres.

La chambre principale du condo a un lit king size, la 2ème chambre a deux reines, la 3ème chambre a un lit queen et la quatrième chambre a un lit double superposé qui est parfait pour les enfants. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon pouvant accueillir 12 personnes.

Pour votre commodité, nous avons installé une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous, votre famille et vos amis, ne soyez pas obligés de rester en contact avec des clés pendant votre séjour!

Wedding weekend

We stayed at the Phoenix 2 West and the staff and everyone from security to check in were so accommodating for my vendors and others that came to be a part of our wedding. We also rented a house in Fort Morgan that was extremely comfortable!!! Such a beautiful spot!

New Year’s Eve vacation

We had a great time. My family all came to celebrate the new years together This place was very spacious and we actually were able to see the fireworks from the patio. The views we had were amazing. The weather was a little chilly so we spent a lot of time in the condo. Our kids loved the indoor swimming pool. This is definitely a place you want to stay with your family and friends.

The condo is exactly what the pictures show. It was the perfect place for old friends to hang out and have fun. The condo was very clean and spacious. The lazy river was so relaxing and fun. We want to make it a yearly thing.

Orange beach condo

VRBO filter classified property as oceanfront. Was really overview. Also had a leaky ice maker which caused three days of wet carpet in master. Required 48 hours of fans to dry to an acceptable level. Then had smell of mildew for a couple of days after. Only got a rent concession of 300.

Spacious Condo

The condo had large rooms with a big deck. It also included a large ice maker. Outside was great for grandkids- large outdoor and indoor pools, lazy river and a slide. Cons- only given 2 bath towels per person which required washing every nite. No extras like blow dryers were provided At times long waits for elevators- especially at check in. A parking fee of $60 for each car. We were not allowed to put beach chairs any where on the beach in front of all the rentable umbrellas.

The only drawback was the lack of adequate cookware. We usually don't do a lot of eating out but this trip we largely had to do so. Overall a great rental.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was the perfect size for our family, the location was great and the amenities of the complex are fabulous. However, the furniture in the tv area is old and extremely uncomfortable and I cannot express how dirty this condo was we even had to clean vomit off the wall next to one of the beds. I will stay at this property again but not this unit.

This property in Orange Beach is not worth the effort.... the 'large balcony' was completley unnecessary, and such a waste - no grill, no cover, no reason for it to be there as best we could tell....NO reason to rent this unit just because of that patio..... I really do not like giving bad reviews so I have been generous with my 'stars'.... but in truth for those booking in the future.... there seems to have been no effort put into comfort or aesthetics....you can look forward to a unit that is decorated early (early!) MOTEL 6 with the same everything from early Motel 6 days..... including linens, decorations, cookware, appliances, etc.... And forget about coming in on a Saturday at 4:30 - the elevators were an EASY 1 to 2 hour wait

Good but not Great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was a spacious 4 bedroom 4.5 bath, condo. The private balcony was definitely the perk of the stay and offered our family beautiful views of the ocean, especially at sunrise. This was our 4th year staying at the Phoenix West II and this condo was by far the most worn one that we have ever stayed in. It has scrapes on the walls, heavily worn decor, carpet with stains, and just in general needs some care. It appeared rather obvious that this condo was heavily used and that these things were just from a lot of use. We would consider staying again if the condo received some TLC and was cleaned up some but in its current state, we would NOT stay here again.

Spectacular Accommodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was spectacular! It was clean and well furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Traveling with friends and family, it was nice that each of our 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom. The layout and size of the condo was plentiful for our party of 8. The pools, lazy river and kid’s splash pad were nice and well maintained. The only inconvenience we experienced was during peak times the wait for one of the six elevators was extremely long (but I've experienced that at other resorts as well). This property accommodated our adult-only party well but I feel it would be especially accommodating for a family with kids because of the kids water areas. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops and we even walked to a great little ice cream shop across the street.

Spacious 4 bedroom unit with a 3,000 square foot private patio all to ourselves with great views of the ocean, city of orange beach, and gulf state park. We had this room booked in 2020 only to get canceled due to a hurricane. We swore we would get this room one day so we made it happen this year and we couldn’t have been more pleased with it! Would definitely recommend!

Good stay in the off season

There were a few hiccups, no supplies were left in the condo (tp, trash bags, soap) but they dropped them off the next day. The condo was not as clean as expected with some tooth paste and sauce on some of the cabinets, but overall was decently clean. The beds in the room are all swayed and will hopefully be replaced soon. The tvs are not smart tvs so bring a fire stick with you. The large patio was everyone favorite part. We went in late September and still had to wait on the elevator sometimes, I would be scared to stay during peak season. Overall it was a nice condo and met our needs for 7 people. The property was awesome with plenty of stuff to do to keep the kids busy.
