Come see why this 12th Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 12th floor with incredible views of sunrises and sunsets! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master and 2nd bedrooms, two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Everything was as perfect as the pictures made it look. The building as a whole was extremely clean. Our unit was everything we needed and more. Perfect location, perfect vacation.

This was the perfect place to stay with our young kids! Pools, lazy river, splash pad, and beachfront. Couldn’t ask for more. The room was found exactly as advertised.

Location was perfect. Great amenities and beautiful views. Condo was clean, nicely decorated with plenty of space and storage in main area. Only downside was not a lot of room in bedroom so no dressers or drawers but bathrooms had plenty of space for storage. Looking forward to returning soon.

Property is newly refurbished with minimal kitchen amenities . If you plan on cooking you will need additional pans and other things that would be normal in the kitchen. Apparently condo policy is 8 towels for 10 people so we were constantly washing towels(bath). The fridge froze our eggs and lettuce so watch the temp. Overall a nice place especially if don’t plan on cooking much.

Reviewer Comments: This was the best place to stay!! it was very clean, safe and security made sure that the only people there were people that were supposed to be there. Our kids had a blast. The lazy river and slide were a big hit along with the hot tub on the cooler days. The condo was super nice. Had all the things you needed to cook with and very spacious. The dishwasher had standing water and we contacted the owners and immediately had somebody out there to fix it. Super impressed. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is decent for the price paid. The ease of access to the pools and beach is appreciated. The condo itself could use some updating. The supplies in the kitchen are absolutely the bare minimum and the paper supplies are as cheap as you can get. The cleaning was just ok as we found hairs in several of the showers. The security around the property could use some improvement as they were almost nonexistent. Teenagers were out of control at the pools every night with one screaming with a megaphone from the 5th floor to the people below. It was just chaos altogether. Parking availability was decent.

The condo was very nice . The lazy river was nice as was the water slide . Would have preferred the swimming pool and hottub outdoors or at least the pool could have been partial indoor/outdoor. It was too hot to be indoors and the big doors were not opened

The bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Lots of space to spread out. Just remember to bring toilet paper. There is only one roll per bathroom.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

The property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of onsite parking (we had 2 cars, but there were numerous spots open), the condo was pristine! Every kitchen gadget you could possibly need and plenty of towels.The beach was beautiful and we really enjoyed the lazy river! I would rent here again in a heartbeat!! You collect your wristbands in Tower 1 Floor 2. *You will need to purchase coffee filters, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper: these were provided but we needed more for our 6 person 4 night stay.

We had an awesome time in this beautiful beachfront condo! It was a great size for our family of 13. We enjoyed our balcony views of dolphins in the ocean, the lazy river and the beach. The kitchen was spacious, the table and countertop perfect and the in unit icemaker was a hit. There were a few things that I will mention that could be improved on. 1. There were not enough towels for all the guests. I tried calling (no answer) and sent emails. I never got a direct reply but towels did show up on the third day of our stay. 2. Plan to purchase dishcloths, towels and pot holders. There was not one single pot holder in our entire unit. There was one dishcloth and one dish towel. I had hoped to have kids and all pitch in to help with dishes but that wasn't possible. 3. I had to go out and buy hand soap for all three bathrooms and of course expected to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent (most of which had to be transported back home at the end of our stay). It might have been nice to have one or two extra sample sizes. It probably would have gotten us through our stay. All in all, it was a great trip and I would stay here again.
