Family Time

My husband and I plus our daughters and a son in law and 5 of our grandchildren (as well as a dear family friend) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was ideal-a close walk to the beach and yet secluded enough that they were able to ride scooters safely in the neighborhood. We would definitely like to come back to this area of Ocean Isle again.

The house was beautiful, up to date, and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was literally only 3 min. Would definitely stay at this house and Ocean Isle again soon.

Family beach trip

The owner was great to work with. She was very attentive without being an interference. I would definitely rent her beautiful house again!! It was great and not far at all from the beach and access roads. Great stay!

Tipsy Turtle beach home

The house was very spacious and well appointed. King size mattress in both rooms were super comfortable. The kids really enjoyed playing cornhole and many different card games. The kitchen was lovely and we were able to cook and dine comfortably. Certainly it was our best OIB experience! Would love to return 🏖️

Great Family Beach Home

This house was excellent for our family vacation. It was well appointed, clean, and everything was as described in the listing. Kimberly was very responsive and booking + check in was very easy. The layout worked really well for me and 10 family members. The open kitchen and living area had plenty of seating for all of us to get together and enjoy our time and meals together. And the layout of the multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and balconies still allowed for all of us to have our own retreats. The beds were very comfortable. The bunk bed room worked great for younger family members. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and everything else we needed to prepare meals. We used the gas grill a few times. The location was great and it really was just a short walk to the beach and community pool. We enjoyed the picnic tables downstairs as a gathering place for outdoor games and beach excursions. We really enjoyed our time and would certainly stay here again.

Great house, location and communication!

14 of us, 8 adults and 6 kids. Very well stocked kitchen, nice bath towels, several porches, comfy beds, pillows and bed linens. Super fast responses, easy entry system, great washer and dryer. The highest levels in the house got cooler than the lower level, so if you are "hot natured", take a higher bedroom. Icemaker was a little slow, microwave is HUGE and love the front display panel, but cooks unevenly. Only furniture suggestion is in the upper bedroom with a queen and twin bed, there isn't a dresser or any storage area, and not much room for one, so maybe get a nightstand that has a few large drawers? Very nice community pool, house and pool well maintained, large storage area for beach stuff with some provided. Nice picnic tables and lights in garage/carport type area, good amount of space for 4-5 vehicles. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The house was big enough for the 9 of us. Set up PERFECT ! We had one problem and Kim took care of it right away. Location was great also. No complaints !! Ocean Isle Beach is a very nice community. Wish it wasn’t so far away or we make it our vacation getaway.

Post Covid family vacation

The beach house is located on a very nice and quiet street. Furnishings are what I expected and as listed. Kitchen is very well equipped. Would suggest some additional info and instructions for watching the different TV systems, especially for vacationers who are technology challenged. Three minute walk to beach is somewhat exaggerated for kids and seniors. It really is about a 10 minute walk.

Very pleased

This was our first trip with our family to Ocean Isle and we had a lovely time. The house was so spacious and well decorated. We loved all the porches (especially the rocking chairs) and proximity to a pool and ocean. We’ll definitely be back.

Destination Wedding

2 families gathered for a weekend wedding. We were 10 adults and the house was perfect. Very open, close to the beach and well stocked with amenities. Beach towels were not provided so don't forget to bring your own. Super comfy beds and nicely decorated. Host was awesome to work with. Would definitely recommend

Peaceful Beach Getaway

The host was so helpful. The house was beautiful and well stocked just as we were told. My husband and I took our children and my parents who are both in their 80’s. I love that there were 2 master bedrooms so my parents didn’t have to climb as many stairs. The 5 bathrooms were a godsend! I would definitely recommend!

Great Beach House

Beautiful beach house furnished with all amenities needed for a home away from home. Very short walk to pool and beach. My family enjoyed being there in the comfort of this beach home. The covered deck on the second floor was my favorite place to relax. My 6 year old granddaughter said it was the best vacation and wanted to live there! Hopefully can come back again.

Wonderful home and location

We have stayed at several different beaches and houses through the years. Kim's house was wonderful, very clean, fully equipped, great location, kids loved the pool, short walk to the beach, even beach chairs and toys provided for the kids. Kim was a great host also. Wonderful house, close to the beach

This house was wonderful for an extended family vacation. We had 4 families with a total of 13 people ranging from 6 to 84 in the house and it was perfect. The bedrooms are separated enough to provide privacy, the kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of bathrooms and the porches are great gathering spots. The beach is a short walk across the street and the pool is right around the corner.
