Construit en 2018, ce magnifique 5 chambres / 5. Retraite de 5 salles de bains sur l'île a de magnifiques vues sur l'océan, est à un demi-pâté de maisons / 1-2 minutes à pied des plages désertes de l'est. Faites du kayak et pêchez au parc Ferry Landing à proximité. Téléviseurs intelligents (ROKU) dans les deux salons et les cinq chambres avec Wi-Fi ultra haut débit de 1 gigaoctet. Cuisine / salle à manger / salon à aire ouverte au niveau supérieur avec plafond voûté. 4 vélos et 2 kayaks sont à votre disposition.

Exactly as Advertised

Our vacation was amazing and a big part of the reason was the fact that this home was everything we could ask for! Great location, awesome views, plenty of space, comfortable beds and furniture, and CLEAN! We did not have any issues so no reason to bother our host but he was very informative and communicated all instructions from check in to check out. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Spring Breakers

This house was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed having lots of room to spread out. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the decks in the rockers. The short walk to the beach was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Property in a Perfect Location with a great host!

Wow we can not say enough about this property. Dan was a wonderful host and was quick to respond with any questions which makes the vacation that much more enjoyable. The property is just as described in the listing. It was perfect for a larger group offering individual bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple. We had a short walk to the beach. The location of the home is on an area of the beach that is less crowded then other areas of OIB. Even on Labor Day we found a large open are for our group on the beach. The property was clean, lots of open space for our group to play games and enjoy fellowship. The porch is a perfect place to wake up have coffee and enjoy some great conversations. The home had extra amenities that were available for our group to use which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Dan for the flexibility and taking such good care of us!

Very nice property which met our needs very well. A bit of a walk to beach access but not really bad. Kitchen was a bit short of bowls and pots and pans since we cook a good bit with our family but we made do. Thank you!

We had the best week!

We’ve been coming to OIB for 33+ years and this was one of the best weeks we’ve ever had! Dan was super available for any questions I had leading up to our trip, the home was VERY clean and comfortable, and the check in/out process was so simple. My favorite part of the house was the extra large deck and kitchen! Plenty of space to congregate with family at the end of a Long Beach day. We will definitely be booking this home again!

Definitely a Top Pick for Vacation Rentals

This property was perfect for our family vacation of 12 adults and 2 grandchildren. It was clean, well stocked and maintained and had everything (both inside and outside),we needed to enjoy our fantastic family vacation! The view of the beach was spectacular from the house! Dan was immediate with responding to our questions. The 1-2 minute walk to the beach and being on a more quiet side of the island was a plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning house

The house and location could not have been any better. Absolutely beautiful house and extra clean! Everything you need is there. If you stay here, you won’t be disappointed!! Directions for the TV’s were in every room and the check in and out process was clear. I would most definitely stay here again!!

Relaxing getaway

This was a great house with plenty of room for everyone in our group. Love that there is a bathroom in every bedroom. The owner was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond with any questions.Very easy to access the beach from the home.

Beautiful, Well Organized Beach Escape

Our family always takes a quick beach trip every Thanksgiving to different beaches along the NC coast. This was our 6th year and by far my FAVORITE! We loved the house and Ocean Isle. This home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I hope to return again!

Small Group Retreat

Our group consisted of 10 adults, 55 and older. We found the walk to the quiet beach convenient. The beach itself was clean and quiet. We found the property to be exactly as pictured and described accurately. Our property manager answered our questions promptly. We would definately visit this property again.

perfect getaway

We stayed for an extended weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location , 2 min. walk from beach access. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Every bedroom has a bathroom. The Host Dan is super helpful and very quick to reply to any request . We definitely recommend this beautiful home and would stay again .

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Ocean Isle Beach. Dan was an excellent host and communicated everything to us in a timely manner. The house was great for our family with plenty of room for everyone. So nice that each bedroom has their own private bath! We will definitely book again!

We have visited dozens of beaches along the East and West Coasts of the US and fell in love with Ocean Isle Beach and decided to build our dream beach home here.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The east end of Ocean Isle Beach is our favorite. It is never crowded, has access to the widest beach in OIB along the Shallotte Inlet and has easy access to launch kayaks at Ferry Landing Park. The sunrises from the kitchen / dining room, decks, and master bedroom are amazing!
