PERFECT LOCATION, 2nd row home with beach access across the street!

Home was fully renovated in 2021!!!! Home has top of the line kitchen, dining, great room/family room with open concept design. Dining table seats 8 comfortably and 4 can eat at large kitchen island. Front porch has wonderful views of ocean and enough seating for whole family to sit outside and enjoy! Beach access is directly across the street from the property for easy beach days spent enjoying the waves and salty air. Community pool is directly behind home for quick, easy access to swim. Home has lots of outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the summer breeze. There is also a nice outdoor shower to enjoy after your day on the beach. Outdoor gas grill, seating area with TV, and dining table located under the home.

Brand new kitchen complete with cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new stainless appliances. New flooring, new windows, new woodwork, new shiplap....there is no surface that has not been touched in this home.
Two master bedrooms on main floor, both with King size beds. These two rooms both connect to a bathroom that has been upfitted. Stairway to the upstairs area overlooks the Family/great room space for an open and airy feel. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs complete with queen size bed and twin bunkbeds in each bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms that have also been upfitted.

Great week at the beach.

This last week was my fifth summer at OIB and each time I've stayed in a different beach house. The house provided everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation and I would stay here again, which about the best praise you can get.

We absolutely love our family times at Ocean Isle! This rental was perfect for a great holiday, the owners were more than accommodating and we all had a grand time. Great layout inside and out for loads of fun. Hoping to return again soon!

Lovely Beach House

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, newly renovated beach house. The location is conveniently located directly across the street from the public beach access. We appreciated all of the ammenities this beach house had to offer and would certainly recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful Time

This property was perfect. I have been coming to OIB for over 20 years and this place was my favorite. It was very clean, nicely decorated, close to a beach access and very easy to communicate with the owners.

Convenient beach access, comfortable and well-stocked

A great fit for 4 couples. A close walk to the beach and community pool. The furnishings were nice and adequate for our needs. A nice porch with sufficient outdoor furniture for us all. The kitchen was well-stocked with cutlery, cookware, silverware, and dishes. Very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay!

AMAZING HOUSE!

This was our first trip to OIB for my husbands 30th birthday with our boys & some friends and we all absolutely loved it! The house is just as it shows in the pictures and the owner is super nice & responds quick! We will definitely be back very soon!

Family vacation

Our time at Ocean Isle was a blast. Chris was excellent to work with. The only issue we had was with the WiFi and a quick text to Chris and she made a call and it was good. The home is as described and was very clean. The location was excellent, just a few steps to the ocean. We will definitely stay here again for our next family vacation at OIB, Thanks Chris for allowing us to enjoy your home at the beach😊

Enjoyed our stay!

Lovely second row cottage, with updated kitchen, very clean and neat. We cooked most nights and found everything we needed in the cabinets. We enjoyed the shaded front deck, fenced in backyard and appreciated the use of the provided beach chairs at the property. Easy walk to the beach as the public access is almost directly across the street. Nice stretch of beach - even at high tide there was a generous amount of beach. The house was a perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 2 children.

Amazing property!

We had such a fabulous time here. The property is in great condition and really nicely decorated. It’s very well stocked with pretty much everything you could want in the kitchen and lots of great beach supplies. The location is great - it is right across from the public beach access making it a very short walk to the beach and the community pool is basically in the backyard. The property owner was very responsive and went above and beyond. This is one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at. You won’t be disappointed!!

Still the One

My family has visited the beach, as a tradition, during the Labor Day holiday for 30 years. Each year, we rent a different place. This year, we hit the jackpot! We can’t brag enough about the entire experience and owner! This is the first year we have wanted to stay in the same house another time! Our family voted unanimously to book this house again!

Long Labor Day

My family, my sister's family, and my parents stayed here for an extended Labor Day weekend and couldn't have had a better experience. The owners were very communicative and the house was as exactly as listed. The front porch was our favorite spot as we really enjoyed sitting out there each morning and evening. Beach access is right across the street and your feet can literally be in the sand within a minute or two of leaving the front door. The community pool is super convenient as well and was very clean and inviting. We all had such a great time and would definitely stay here again in the future.

NC Beach Vacation

The house was as expected, clean, organized and well equipped. The accessibility to the beach and pool were great. Having great weather made the stay ideal. there was something for everyone, from age 3 to 70. We dined in most nights, but on the couple that we went out, it was hard to choose. Having a list of favorites from owners and other renters may have helped. Neither that we tried left an impression. Overall we had a great vacation and would book and recommend to others.
