Ce condo lumineux, récemment mis à jour, ensoleillé se trouve juste sur la plage! Juste sortez de votre porte et sur le sable. Pas de tongs nécessaires! Ce condo offre une vue panoramique sur le golfe du Mexique depuis le salon, salle à manger, cuisine et balcon privé. Ce condo confortable peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.

Sortez sur votre balcon privé pour profiter des couchers de soleil spectaculaires ou simplement vous asseoir et regarder les vagues rouler sur la rive. Juste en face de vous seront des miles de sable blanc poudreux intacte.

Assurez-vous de surveiller les dauphins, les aigles, le balbuzard pêcheur, les pélicans plongeurs et les mouettes en flânant au bord de l'océan. Pendant que vous regardez vers le bas, les coquillages colorés et les dents de requins sont sûrs d'attirer votre attention. Ils sont nombreux! Comme vous beachcomb, assurez-vous de regarder pour un dollar de sable occasionnel aussi! N'hésitez pas à apporter votre café et rejoignez le cours de yoga du matin sur la plage. Il n'y a pas de frais et ce groupe se réunit 7 jours par semaine, toute l'année!

Ce condo nouvellement mis à jour et bien aménagé dispose d'une chambre principale avec un lit queen et salle de bain privée. La chambre a une télévision à écran plat avec télécommande et un ventilateur de plafond pour votre confort. Il y a un accès wifi gratuit dans le condo. La salle de bain a été récemment rénové et dispose d'un comptoir en granit. Le nouveau mobilier crée une atmosphère caribéenne et sont complétés par des accents des Caraïbes et Joe Tommy Bahama. En outre, il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée, récemment rénové, avec des comptoirs en granit blanc et un Keurig. Ce condo a une salle à manger séparée, et un salon avec un canapé-lit queen size.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. Perfect condo for two people - and the views are spectacular. Beach is lovely and not crowded. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. We plan to return.

Perfect location

We loved this place. So perfect for the 2 of us. Location was perfect. We spent most of our time sitting on the deck watching the water. It was gorgeous. And the best sunsets. Highly recommend

Long Weekend

Checked in on Wed and had amazing weather till Sunday when we felt the Hurricane bands of Debby. The owners touched base to make sure we had everything we needed throughout Sunday and Monday. Unit was well stocked, lots of beach toys, chairs, and noodles. Bed was very comfortable and home was nicely decorated.

Hidden Gem

We had never been to Manasota Key Beach before and it was a wonderful surprise! The beach is beautiful and having a private beach at Castaways was fantastic. The public beach was very crowded, while our area was not. The unit was extremely clean and had all of the amenities that someone needs. We will definitely be back!

14A is a perfect location for a beach vacation

First of all, Karen is a great owner, easy to communicate with and her condo is exactly as described. You can see the ocean from the deck and it’s a perfect place to watch the sunset! There is a public beach right next door and Sunday it was packed. But the weekdays were much less people. You can access the beach at the public entry (which is closest), but I preferred the Castaways entrance because it had a shower. The condo itself seemed brand new and had everything you need. I’ll definitely be back for my shark teeth hunting adventures.

Great location and roomy for the Square footage

Positives: Right on the beach, great sunset views, Right next to walkway onto the beach, Pleanty of deck seating. Felt roomy. Negatives: No water hose at building to rinse sand off when returning from beach. Heat & AC locked at a certain temp., Matteresses were wore out. Pool was never kept warm enough to swim in it. The damage fee took a long time to be refunded back to my account,

Incredible View and Privacy

This villa home was perfect! It had everything needed for the beach (towels, chairs and umbrella) and very comfortable accommodations. It felt like a beachfront cottage with privacy!

Solo Workcation

I was looking for a place where I could work remotely during the day with a nice view of the ocean, and then log off and walk to the beach to relax. This place was absolutely PERFECT and exactly what I wanted. The view truly can’t be beat. Gorgeous sunsets, clean beach, and great people. I had such a relaxing time. Karen was great, always very prompt to respond and allowed me to check in early and use her beach chair a little past check out time. Much appreciated! Would highly recommend this one, it’s a gem!!

Spectacular vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for my husband and me. So cozy and convenient to the beach. We had a beach view and had our coffee on the front porch facing the gulf each morning. We were steps from a private beach and had everything we needed, such as beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. We will definitely be back.

Spectacular Getaway

First Karen was terrific! Every question I sent was answered within minutes. When we arrived at the property, it was confusing to find 14A. But the minute we walked onto the covered front deck, we were ecstatic, which only continued when we unlocked the door. Beautifully furnished, and more spacious then we had imagined. We spent a fair amount of time on the front deck, having coffee in morning, writing postcards to the Grands, and enjoying a glass of wine watching the sunset! The beach was private and just steps from the front door. We walked to a number of restaurants for dinner that did not disappoint! It was just what we needed and we’ll surely be back. Thanks Karen!

Perfect peaceful getaway

We so enjoyed this cozy condo - right on the beach and exactly as advertised! We mostly just relaxed … but also walked to rent kayak and paddleboard one afternoon, walked to local restaurants with live music, and searched the beach for sharks teeth (found some!). The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Beautiful and quiet

Had a great stay! Office manager did not answer my message requesting info about the property or area, but checking in and out was very easy. The unit is updated and was well-kept and well-stocked. Beach is definitely steps away, but you don't just walk out the door and onto the sand...there is a walkway very near to the unit in order to get to the beach. I was able to catch some really nice video of lightning storms from the deck, missed the sunsets though because of the clouds. You're asked to keep the AC at a specific temp, so it's not really adjustable, and to keep the windows closed so the AC doesn't freeze up. You're also asked to keep the thermostat on either cool or heat, so I wasn't sure if you were allowed to actually turn it off so you could open the windows - this made it difficult to hear the waves at night or in the morning. So, if you're looking to be able to enjoy the crashing of the waves while you sleep, note that this MAY be a challenge. Phone/internet reception and wifi can be wonky, so be aware of that. Bring bug spray for the mosquitos! Overall, I did enjoy my stay and would definitely return!

A nugget that I wish was my own

We were told, and I do believe it to be true, that 14A is the nicest condo at Castaways. It's semi private being the last condo next to the public beach and the wrap around covered porch is a well furnished added bonus. The condo itself is nicely furnished and has all the amenities of home. Plenty of towels, washcloths, kitchen supplies, linens, etc.... I would call it a very romantic and quaint condo for two. The property itself is VERY well maintained, there are paved pathways around the complex to walk along . The pool and deck area are nice. It was nice to have two gas grills available to cook on. The laundry room areas were very nice and convenient as well. Karen's condo is literally right next to the beach--no long boardwalks or stairs to go up, down and over. There are also several very nice restaurants to walk to---highly recommend the key largo grouper at Lock'N Key. Finally, Karen's condo had the best seats in the house for watching dolphins in the morning while sipping coffee and toasting the sunset with champagne.

Robert and Karen (and their children) live in beautiful Evergreen Colorado. Robert is a native of Colorado, and Karen was born and raised in Ithaca, NY. Robert is a News Photojournalist for CBS news in Denver, and Karen is a Mortgage Broker.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We were married in 2004 on the beach. We are pictured here in a nearby bunch of bananas, just one of the unique tropical trees in the area. We purchased a different condo at Castaways 8 years ago, and then recently purchased 14A. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
