One will enjoy the Bright White Kitchen Cabinetry, recessed lighting, Palm Paddle Ceiling Fans, BEAUTIFUL window treatments quality MAPLE laminate flooring in the Kitchen, Living and Bonus areas, carpet in the Master Bedroom, Plantation Shutters and a newer Bathroom vanity. Overnight Guest will feel at home in the Bonus area complete in their rarely used Murphy Bed. Bring your boat, kayak and favorite beverage and lounge year-round by the heated pool or take a stroll to the public beach. Includes Boat parking, Kayak racks, HEATED pool, fishing, and fish cleaning table. Great experience staying at Tiki. Everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Full kitchen. Pool. Yoga on the beach. Located right across from the street but plenty of parking at the Englewood beach and no cost for parking.

we enjoyed our condo and our host was very helpful . we felt at home. loved our extended stay. they were pressure washing and painting, but did not affect our stay. glad they are recovering from the storms. we enjoy looking for shark teeth and it was so nice being so close to the beach. love the island.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The beds were cute, clean, and super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. The location couldn’t be better—just a one-minute drive to the beach and close to everything we needed. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly, which made the trip even smoother. The pool was a great bonus—nice, well-kept, and perfect for an afternoon swim. Overall, this condo was the ideal mix of comfort, convenience, and value. We’d definitely stay here again!

Check-in was easy. Plenty of information was given ahead of time. Parking was great as the condos were not full but boat (trailer) parking would be a problem if the resort was full. Overall experience was great.

Baseball vacation

We had a great week at the beach, condo was cleaned well and beds were super comfortable (my son slept on the Murphy bed). The location is great and the beach was easily accessible by a short path right across from the condo along the privacy fence. Laundry is located in the room next door
it is coin operated but if you know that prior to arrival, just bring a roll of quarters to use when needed. The pool was nice as well but we are beach lovers so only used the pool once. Overall very pleased and a great value, we will definitely book again if back in the area!

Shark took adventure

We had a great stay!!! Bed was super comfy!! The only thing I really didn’t like was the laundry situation. Had to pay 2 per load to was and 2 per load to dry. At the beach you tend to do a lot of laundry especially when you’re there for 8 days. Overall it was a great place to stay though!!!

The property was clean and nice. The pictures were representative of the space. Check in/out was easy and seamless. I do wish that there were better guidance on how to walk to the beach from the condo. We were never able to find it but with the damage from the hurricane to the area, that was understandable that it wasn’t as visible. Luckily it is only a few minute drive to blind pass beach so we still had a great time.

Relaxing 25 Year Anniversary

Tim was a good host and we really enjoyed the condo. It was clean, well cared for and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. They had blankets, towels and a beach umbrella that made the stay much better. My wife and I had a great relaxing anniversary. There is a Catholic Church nearby and a Publix. The only reason we left Manasota Key. Many restaurants and bars on the key. Beautiful destination.

Amazing Stay!

Tim was an exceptional host—truly went above and beyond! His condo was not only adorable and impeccably maintained, but also perfectly located just steps from the beach—simply cross the road and you're there!Everything you could possibly need for a beach day was thoughtfully provided: a camping chair, beach chair, umbrella, even a shark tooth rake and sifter for some fun treasure hunting in the sand.The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day in the sun. And the fridge and freezer? Super spacious—plenty of room for groceries, snacks, and beach-day refreshments.Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great location! During my trip the A/C stopped working so I sent a message. They responded within minutes and had someone come out and it was fixed in just a few hours. This was on a Sunday. I really appreciate the fast response and will stay again.

Quiet and peaceful.

Not bad at all a car is a must do to being off the beaten path(which is much to my liking. 1 upgrade would be the laundry room(there is only 1 washer and dryer on the upper level the 1st floor machines are out of order.)

Less convenient accessing beach

The condo is great—clean, fully furnished, and well-equipped. In addition to the picturesque king-sized bed, there’s a convenient extra twin bed hidden in a closet. It also includes two beach chairs and a sunshade tent. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, and the swimming pool, with its warm water, is absolutely amazing.The only downside is the limited beach access. Most paths to the beach are private and not open to the public. There is a small path nearby, but it has a sign indicating it’s not for residents of this neighborhood.
