Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your review. We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful beach views and found the rooms clean and comfortable! We take great pride in maintaining the property to meticulous standards for every guest. After your departure, our cleaning team noted that the property required additional cleaning. Regarding the stain mentioned in your review, it was not present prior to your arrival. Our team identified it as a small, dime-sized lipstick stain rather than blood, and they are addressing it now. If you noticed any broken or damaged items during your stay, we certainly wish you had let us know. We would have been happy to repair or replace anything that needed attention while you were here. As for the property rules, we understand that the amount of information can feel extensive. The 4 pages of guidelines are provided through the HOA to help protect the property, maintain a pleasant experience for everyone, and ensure that guests are aware of the community’s requirements. We always welcome feedback on how we can make that information more concise and user-friendly. Thank you again for recommending our property to others.
