Situé sur les rives sablonneuses du comté de Walton, Splash of Lime est une maison de ville de trois chambres exquise située sur la Costa del Mar, offrant une vue panoramique et de nombreux sièges à chaque étage.

Dès leur entrée, les hôtes seront accueillis par le salon principal qui offre une vue magnifique sur la plage et des logements somptueux. À l'intérieur de la maison, la décoration dégage un luxe et une qualité cinq étoiles. Le rez-de-chaussée offre une suite séparée pour les belles-mères accessible depuis le balcon du rez-de-chaussée. C'est parfait pour les clients qui ont plusieurs familles qui restent ensemble. I have stayed at several different places in Destin over the years. This by far was the worse

The washer machine smelled like mildew. Our clothes smelled the same way. The down stairs also smelled like mildew Holes in the couch. The furniture was filthy. The kitchen chairs are beyond worn. I can go on. We spent too much money to stay on what we did.

Great beach spot

We really enjoyed our stay !!! It was a wonderful place and the beach access was perfect! Only downside was that the kids rooms were in the downstairs unit . Having to go outside to get to it was troublesome at times. Parking in A3 was tough with our suvs otherwise amazing

Beautiful house with great location. The finishing in the house do not dissapoint. I loved that we had chairs and umbrellas set up each morning for us. Just roll out of bed and enjoy!

Very nice accommodations

We enjoyed the property and the close proximity to the water. The unit was clean and nicely appointed and what we were expecting. The biggest issue was entire families coming onto the property and setting up who didn’t notice it was a private area. While there was available beach front literally yards away, we and our neighbors could hardly get to the reserved chairs and umbrellas provided for us for the week. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.

Bliss on the beach!

PROS//Splash of Lime was amazing! The unit is convenient to most everything also. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place! Lots of nice bath towels! Lots of beach toys!! 5 GOLD Stars!! CONS//This unit needs to have a gas grill desperately! they did show this property to a potential buyer while we were there. Maybe the new owners will add a grill?!?!

Beautifully Decorated!

This condo is so nice. There is an upstairs with two bedrooms, the main floor, and a downstairs that is almost a separate condo. The condo appears to have just been redecorated and it is beautiful. Great location as well. I emailed saying our coffee pot was broken and there was a brand new one dropped off on the counter within hours. Very quick to respond. There are a couple of things that could be improved though. The outlets in the kitchen do not work. There were no trashbags or dishwasher pods for our stay. The final thing that could be improved is parking. This complex only allows two spots per unit and it is very tight. Two cars is difficult for a condo that sleeps 12 but we just parked one of the extra cars down the road at Pompano Joe's. Overall, would definitely stay at the property again!

Disappointing to say the least

We were so excited upon arriving at this property. The minute we walked in …..we walked into bugs on the counter and floor and unfortunately it wasn’t just any bug. It was roaches. I called….and they didn’t have anywhere for us to go bc of Fall break. They didnt offer us a place either. They knew about the problem bc they had traps out already. So why weren’t we contacted prior to arrival? As you know if you get those in your home, it’s so hard to get rid of! So from the start I was having to keep everything out of the way in hopes of not bringing them home. They were crawling on our food and cookware. I called every day for a week and finally spoke to the manager on Thursday. (We arrived Saturday) He sent out pest control Thursday so we decided to leave a day early bc they were coming out and dying in front of us. He offered a 25% discount which to me was very low. But at least he offered something. This post is just to make you aware! This unit does in fact have roaches and we killed so many of them. It’s frustrating and gross. Just be aware. I don’t have bugs at home and I sure didn’t enjoy paying as much money as I did to deal with them in my vacation rental. ***Also I never ever leave bad reviews so this is hard for me! I don’t like to complain but this was to much and I feel the next ones coming need to be made aware.

Great beach access!

Parking is a concern, but we really enjoyed the condo. Enough room for family to play board games, and be apart when we needed space.

Great way to get all the kids together!

This was our 15th trip to Miramar Beach, but the first time with our 3 year old grandson. All of our adult children came, as well. Everything was fantastic! The apartment on the lower level was perfect for when a tired toddler needed a break from the beach or needed to be put to bed away from the noise of the rest of the group. The location was fantastic, as our kids love to walk to the various beach bars as well as it’s proximity to all the shopping at Alvin’s. The property management company (5 star properties) was exceptional! Don’t hesitate to use them for any of your rental needs!!

Great beach vacation!

We had a wonderful time yet again at Costa Del Sol. The condo was roomy and had a great view of course. Our only complaint is that we are to have a private beach, however other vacationers continuously set up in front of the condos with no respect to the posted signs. There should be someone posted to make sure the beach stays private, as that is something we are paying for.

Spring 2022

We have stayed here previously and love the location. Our main complaint is others not staying at Costa Del Sol come set up at the private beach and crowd our space. Hot water in 2nd bedroom upstairs does not work. Blinds in master won’t open to enjoy the beautiful view. With all this being said we stay at this location for the easy beach access. It is wonderful for my family since we have young children. We will stay here again.

Great stay!

This is the second time we've stayed at this condo complex, but our first time in this specific unit. A Splash of Lime was far superior than the first unit we stayed at just a few doors down. It has been updated and looks to be well taken care of. You cannot beat the location!! We have a couple of young children and it was SO nice to be able to walk back to the unit in about 30 seconds if we needed to grab a snack, take a potty break, etc. We did have a couple small issues, but management made it very easy to report and responded promptly. Only complaint we have is that none of the lights work on the stairs to get from the main unit to the bottom floor. So if you're walking downstairs after dark, you can't see a thing! And the lightbulbs on the porch are red?? Not sure why. We did report this to management, but the bulbs had not been replaced by the time we left. We would absolutely stay here in the future, and look forward to doing so soon!!

Walking onto the beach out of our backdoor was so perfect for everyone.

The downstairs is like it's own apartment with a separate entrance and great accomodations. My daughters' family loved it as it gave them some privacy away from the group when needed.

Beautiful and Comfy

This home was well furnished and almost everything we could ever want in a beach stay. The accommodations were comfortable and clean. Only complaint we had was there was no hot water in the guest shower. They sent maintenance but he was unable to fix it. It was disappointing that they didn’t send a contractor to fix the issue during our stay. There was another shower we could use on the bottom level but it was inconvenient not using the one in our room. Other than that, the property was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was nice and clean, good amenities. The only thing we were not aware of was the third bedroom was downstairs and you could only access it by going outside from the main floor and going down stairs. That was not ideal for our family. Everytime they needed something they had to come upstairs from outside.

Beachfront convenience!

This condo was located beachfront on a beautiful section of private beach in Miramar. No crowds! The water was pristine! It was easy for us to bring the kids in and out when they got too much sun. We could even enjoy from the balcony if we didn't want to get in the sand just yet. The location and beautiful beach is already worth it. To add, the condo decor was very modern and unique. Everything felt clean and new. It felt like home.

step out directly on the sand

We had an amazing stay in Destin! We've been coming to the area for over a decade and this was one of our favorite spots. We used all floors - the kitchen is incredibly well stocked: we cooked for 10 people every day and the only thing missing was a cucumber peeler. The decks were fantastic, and the constant breeze off the water was spectacular. We stayed on the bottom floor, and if I could, I would rent out just this floor for future stays. Right off the sand, with a shower and outdoor area, it was the perfect beach accommodation. I would only say - there needs to be hooks!. The space officially sleeps 7 and it has one closet, 2 shelves within it, 4 hangers, and NO hooks. Add that, and its perfection!

Location was great

Check in was easy. Location was what we wanted and it was perfect. Hot water was installed incorrectly on the bottom floor so you kept getting cold water. Luckily we had a handy person that looked at it and said someone installed it incorrectly so we had to turn it to cold in order to get hot water in the bathroom downstairs. Fridge didn’t keep as cold as we wanted and freezer did not freeze.

Nothing better than being steps from the beach and then a few more steps to the waters edge...great beach location! Walking distance to several beach restaurants. The property is spacious and nicely decorated.

Perfect location

Very comfortable property... well stocked, great beds and perfect location. The lower level is accessible only from outside stairs, so just be aware. We had minor issues and the host company was very responsive. I would for sure stay here again.
