Magnifique condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain situé à quelques pas (à pied) de plusieurs plages, restaurants, magasins, épiceries, bars et autres activités de plage. Un très long balcon permet de dîner à l'extérieur ainsi que des vues incroyables sur l'océan, la plage et les montagnes. Couchers de soleil incroyables. Stationnement facile dans le lot à l'arrière du bâtiment avec accès par ascenseur à l'unité.

Great Location

Mike provides everything you could possibly need and is easy to reach. This Kihei condo is your home away from home and is conveniently located right next to South Maui Gardens!

Perfect Paradise!

I could not have been happier with this property! Exactly as described. The views were stunning. Perfectly located- SO much within walking distance. Very comfortable- even with 80°+ days, never had to turn the air on thanks to the amazing cross breeze you get & all the ceiling fans. Bonus of falling asleep & waking up to the ocean waves crashing. Even with construction happening on the first level of the building- it was the perfect stay. I can't wait to go back!

First visit to Maui.

The unit was in a great location with easy access to the water, restaurants, and things to do. It also had an awesome view of the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed are stay and the unit provided access to a wide range of conveniences.

Great stay!

Highly, highly recommend. If you are a surfer you will love waking up, checking the surf from the lanai and jumping in the water at dawn to watch the sunrise!

Wonderful place

We stayed with here with our two boys (15 & 12) and it was amazing. The location is perfect, plenty of restaurants/food trucks and beaches within walking distance. The place was perfect for our family and has an amazing view of the ocean. Owner was awesome and was very responsive to any questions we had. We’ll definitely be staying there again.

My husband and I had a spectacular time staying here. It condo was clean, close to everything, had literally everything you’d ever need, and Mike was one of the best hosts we’ve ever interacted with! We definitely be back!!!!

Best place to stay

This home was everything we thought it would be and more! The view of the ocean was amazing and the location was perfect for walking less than a minute to get great food and drinks. The house was stocked with a surplus of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even snorkel gear! Mike was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to have an awesome trip. We will 100% be staying here on our next trip to Maui!

Looked a little more updated in pictures than it really was. However, the property was very well stocked with everything for a trip to the beach or cook a really good meal. Building is very accessible. Definitely would recommend

Great condo in a great neighborhood.

The condo is across the street from a park on a beach. It has great views and easy access to water activities. Next door there is a dive shop and two surf rental shops for paddle boards and surfing. Two blocks away are restaurants, a taco truck and a grocery store, plus shaved ice.

Right across from the water!

We loved our stay at this cute condo right on the water! walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars too! My 16 year old son loved walking out the door for surf lessons and beach time. The pool in the building is small but I enjoyed many quiet swims during the day with a nice glass of wine. Hope to be back again someday!

Excellent location

We keep going back to this condo because it is in the perfect location for us. We enjoy walks along the beach though we are not much for swimming. Three of our favourite restaurants in Kihei, Coconuts, Freds and Maui Fish and Chips are just a nice half our walk away. Foodland grocery store is just up the street and we get special pricing there using Mike's membership.

Beautiful Island - Condo was ok

Positives were updated bathrooms & kitchen appliances, more like a studio with a small kitchen. Nice view as well. Beds were comfortable. Not so great were rooms warm & lots of rules for turning on and off the air conditioning. We were also asked to wash all towels even tho we paid for cleaning. Furniture was very old & dated.

Perfect Maui Experience

The best parts of this property are the balcony, overlooking the ocean, the local feel of the neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping (all within walking distance), and the swimming beach 1 mile down the road with easy street parking. Also only 10 minutes from the Shops and Big Hotels in Wailea for a different experience. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and Mike is by far the most helpful, attentive homeowner I have come across. The only downside was the small, dark second bedroom. Didn't compare to the master bedroom with a view of the ocean.

The full package

We couldn't have asked for a better combo of location, condo features, amenities, and host communication. The condo is right across from the park, with balcony views of the beach and sunset. Good beginner surfing right across the street - great for the water lovers and for watching the day's student surf groups. Easy access to great restaurants within walking distance, and on one of the roads that connects to the highway making it easy to get from Kihei to other parts of the island. The condo was well stocked with more than we needed for kitchen supplies and beach gear. Mike was very responsive to questions through the VRBO interface and checked in via text after we arrived. The only downside is that the condo is south-facing and gets full sun in the winter months, so you'll want to keep the blinds closed to minimize the greenhouse effect. Not a problem if you're planning to spend time on the beach (we took the beach chairs to the park instead of enjoying the balcony most afternoons), but might be something to consider if you're looking for a work-from-home option. Others have noted that the second bedroom does not have a view. We basically only used that for sleeping and didn't find that to be an issue.
