Brand new to the rental market and ready to welcome guests! More photos coming soon! Leinaala #100 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor ocean front unit with an amazing panoramic ocean view. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, free WIFI, and telephone. A king bed with a brand new mattress is in bedroom one and there is a queen bed in bedroom two. There are portable air conditioner units in both bedrooms to keep you cool. In the living room you will find a brand new (Dec 2022) sofa sleeper as well as a wall unit air conditioner and a television. The bathroom features a combination shower and tub. For outdoor activities, Leinaala #100 is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. Sleeps 5.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
Leinaala is a small 24 unit oceanfront property with panoramic views. Each unit faces the ocean. Beachside tennis courts are available for use. Leinaala has a relaxed and private atmosphere with a great feeling of the aloha spirit.

Nice place to stay at a good price

Loved the grass area and the short walk to the beach. If you walk down to the left turtles come and take naps on the beach.

Insanely convenient, well kept, and ideal sunset views

This condo exceeded my expectations. Easy to cook in the well -supplied kitchen. Decent beds (bad pillows, but that's true anywhere). Nice linens/towels. Lots of useful extras like pool noodles, pool towels, board games, etc. The fact that the pool is directly outside the condo made it comfortable to watch our kids without having to be in the pool enclosure. Sunsets on the beach every night with a pleasant grassy walk from the porch to the beach was really a highlight. This beach isn't really swimmable. It's shallow and dangerously rocky, even while wearing shoes. However, there are turtles galore in there. You only get to see them like their heads out to breathe. They don't come on shore. But knowing they're there is lovely. If I stayed in Kihei again, I wouldn't bother to look for any other place but here.

Easy walk to the beach & a great view of the sunset (just watch out for stickers in the grass between the condo & the sand).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean, in a great location and was equipped with everything we needed. Check in and out was easy and the directions clear. The only negative thing I would say is that the pillows are pretty sad. Definitely not comfortable and we’re pretty flat and old.

Stay in Kihei

We stay for a week in Kihei. The property is showing some west and tear but was fully stocked with all the essentials. Being next to the pool was very convenient and the park and beach right out the door was awesome. Overall a very nice place to stay!

Quiet sunset view!

Comfortable and clean in a great location - near everything we wanted to experience. We made great use of the beach chairs, coolers and snorkel gear. Breakfasts and evening cocktails on the lanai were the highlight of our week.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay. The portable air conditioners in the bedrooms were noisier than expected but they kept the rooms cool. The beach across the field was lovely to walk every morning.

Great stay in Kihei, Maui

The location is terrific. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets etc. And the park, beach and pool are steps from the porch. The condo itself is clean but is showing some signs of age, minor point that prompted the 4 stars intead of 5. The customer service communication with Maui Rentals was excellent. The central location is perfect for day tripping to all parts of the island. We recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay in our rental. Everything was exactly as shown on the site. It was the perfect location as it was in the middle of all the excursions that we wanted to do while in Maui. We loved waking up every morning and able to see the ocean from our lanai. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We look forward to coming back to your beautiful island to see the whales when they are back again and would love to stay at this place again!!

We enjoyed our morning walk along the beach where we saw turtles and whales in the distance. The pool is clean and offered the kids a place to swim while waiting to leave for the daily adventure. The condo is clean and spacious and worked perfectly for our family of 5. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stay in Leinaala

This accommodation is very quiet. We had the pool to ourselves nearly every day. Staff was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for things to do especially for day of check out since we had 9 hours to kill! It was nice that the unit had air conditioning but on our second to last day the living room unit started leaking large amounts of water. We called to report it and they sent someone to check it out within a few hours but they weren’t able to fix it. It still worked but we had to use all our towels to soak up the water :(. There was also gecko poop all in the windows and a few droppings along the baseboards. We never actually saw any sort of animal in our place though. The location was ok. I’ve stayed in Kihei before further down the road and there is much more in walking distance so I would recommend a car if staying here!

Fantastic beach access, comfy beds, walkable shops & restaurants

The location is great. Walk from the sliding patio doors directly to the beach - no need to cross the street. Also, various restaurants and shops are 1/2 mile away. Easy parking spot. Condo itself is neat and tidy. There are ceiling fans that need to be on 24/7 (even in February) because the air in the unit is stuffy. We didn’t turn on the air conditioning - we just opened all the windows and kept the fans going (but stuffy at night with patio door closed). This is a ground floor condo.

Cozy Kihei Condo

No issues and as advertised on the small beach area about 100yrds away in Waipuilani Beach Park. Small beach but there's other larger ones nearby. Nothing super fancy in the unit but clean & sleeps 4 comfortably with portable AC units for the bedrooms. *Not the units fault*, but sidewalks nearby are non-existent, so be sure you have a rental car to get around (spot is tight for a medium SUV, so go small). Walking on S Kihei Rd is not really an option, or just be careful. Another nice touch was the fact that the unit had beach chairs, towels, and coolers--Helpful when we ended up going down the road to other beaches most days.

Excellent location on ocean side of S Kihei Road!

Steps to the not-crowded beach. Unit is on ground floor right in front of the pool and a huge Maui County grassy area that leads directly to the beach. Amazing location. Unit was squeaky clean, beds super comfortable and fully air conditioned with powerful room AC units in each bedroom and a window unit that cools the rest of the place. Pool was very well maintained and cleaned daily. Complex manager super nice as was one of the permanent residents we met while staying there. Quiet and small Complex with relaxing vibe. Convenient shared coin laundry room steps from the unit’s front door. Well stocked unit with clean towels, lawn chairs, etc. drip coffee maker so you will need ground coffee or beans (there is a bean grinder) - coffee VERY IMPORTANT to us Seattlites (haha). Weakest feature is the bathroom which is clean but very small and has a sink with several cracks (it is still functional). Great Kihei shops and restaurants 0.2 miles away although difficult to walk to due to lack of sidewalks on busy S Kihei Road. We had a maintenance issue while there and property management responded immediately and fixed it right away (within two or so hours). Overall this place is a super find given the location, vibe and customer service! We will seek to stay here if we come back to Maui!
