Dear Victor, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to address several points mentioned in your review. Following your report, we consulted with a professional pest control company. After inspection, they confirmed that the insects found were not bed bugs, but ants, which are quite common in Málaga during periods of high temperatures and humidity. Nevertheless, we immediately took action to address the issue. Regarding the building itself, unfortunately the maintenance of the common areas and exterior structure is not under our responsibility, as these matters are managed by the building's community administration. The exterior patio you mention is a common area intended primarily for hanging laundry and is not part of the apartment itself. What we are responsible for is the apartment, which was completely renovated less than one year ago and remains in excellent condition. We respectfully disagree with the statement that the property is "falling apart." As for the jacuzzi, it is fully operational. The direction and intensity of the jets can be adjusted manually, which may have caused some confusion during its use. Finally, regarding your request for a refund, this is a private matter between you and us that is already being addressed directly through our ongoing communication.
