Spectaculaire appartement flambant neuf, "suspendu" à la mer, dans le centre de Malaga, sur la promenade de la malagueta, à cÎté du Centre Pompidou, à 10 minutes à pied du musée Picasso et de la cathédrale de Malaga.
L'appartement est au 13Úme étage d'un immeuble de 14, entiÚrement rénové, il est donc en parfait état.
Ses 2 chambres (avec TV et air conditionné), l'une avec un lit double et l'autre avec 2 lits gigognes (4 lits), sont orientées vers la mer.
Salle de bain entiÚrement équipée avec cabine de douche, salon avec smart TV, climatisation, canapé-lit, grande terrasse et la cuisine intégrée.

Best Place on the Beach in Malaga!

The location was fantastic - right on the beach, an easy walk to Old Town and the Port and close to lots of great restaurants and A Carrefour grocery store. The balcony can be noisy because of the traffic below and a bit breezy, but the views and sunrises are outstanding!The washer/dryer was confusing to operate for a non-European, even after reading the manual, so some better instructions would be helpful.

Perfect Location

From the views to the well stocked kitchen, this lovely apartment was perfectly located to the many attractions we wanted to explore. The check-in was seamless and the property manager checked in on us to make sure all our needs were met. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Great location for our short break. Chosen for its good reviews and location as one of our party has health issues limiting walking. Close to beach / marina and supermarket, shops and eateries just around the corner.

I loved walking right across the street to a beautiful beach. Being on the 13th floor, it was very quiet but you could still have beautiful views of the city life, the beach and the sunrise.

We had an excellent 4-day holiday at Malagueta. We walked almost everywhere in town, and staying at the beach with a spectacular view and good restaurants near by was made even nicer by the comfort of this apartment. Muchos gracias!

This was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th The apartment was very nice and very clean. Incredible vacation

We stayed at Francesca's residence for one month. We truly enjoyed our stay; it was exactly what we were looking for. While located only a stone's throw from Malaga's main beach, going to any location within the city took no time at all, everything was within easy walking distance. The residence itself was perfect. We would highly recommend this residence to our family and friends.

Perfection

This apartment is simply perfect! Watch the sun rise over the Mediterranean as you drink coffee on the balcony. Have quick and easy access to a wonderful beach. Enjoy a lovely short walk to the city center. Plus a well-equipped kitchen in a quiet building. We will undoubtedly be back!

Great apartment

Myself and x2 friends had a great time staying here. 2 min walk to beach and 15 min walk into Malaga Central. Apartment was modern, spacious and very clean. Olga was still cleaning when we arrived, however allowed us to leave our luggage in the property, we thought that was a nice touch. Great communication with both Francisca and Olga, always on hand if we we needed anything. (Which we didn't). Thanks for everything and we'll certainly book again. Iain J.

Vrbo introduction is not correct.

Property was good conditions. Problem is Vrbo introduction of parking. Yes this property has parking lot inside building. But need to request and confirm availability. 3 days before my arrival, I had gotten this information from owner. Owner had tried and resolved my parking lot. Please don’t forget to request parking lot, if you drive car.

A beautiful Malagueta Experience

This apartment comes exactly as described. Located within walking distance of major attractions and many excellent restaurants. Local neighborhood markets,grocers etc are likewise just a short stroll away. Francisca and Olga were most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Trips to Marbella, Puerto Banos, Torremolinos were wonderful and easy to arrange. Of course, on any given day, a stroll through the magnificent Paseo del Parque on your way into old town is an experience to enjoy in itself. Would definitely return. We are home one day and missing it already!

Lovely views!

Gorgeous views from balcony. Bit noisy with traffic below at times, but not really a problem for us. Apartment was all we needed, nice touches like washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet rolls, etc. to get started. No blackouts in bedrooms but we wanted to get up early and get out and about so I was happy with that! Olga was brilliant and fitted us in for a brief run down of the apartment even though our flight was much later than planned. Thank you for a great stay :)

Wonderful Host

The property looks just like it does in the photo's, in fact it seemed larger than we thought. The property owner was not available when we checked in so we met with the housekeeper, Olga. She did not speak English and we did not speak Spanish btu she was able to show us around and explain all the keys. We were there for a bit of a rest during a multiple week Spain vacation and this was a great place. A variety of restaurants, grocery stores all right around the corner. We were driving a car and Olga was great at getting us into the garage. Couldn't ask for more!

Wonderful place to be

This place is amazing! This is our first trip to Europe and we were pleasantly surprised with the ease of everything. 2 years of high school Spanish over 40 years ago didn’t go far but the people were very friendly, patient and helpful. This is In walking distance of enough things to keep us busy for 6 days. The beach is across the street, water was cool but clear. The sand is HOT so bring shoes you can get wet and sandy or be prepared to run to the water and back to your towel. The apartment was beautiful, quiet and the automatic shades in the bedroom made sleeping amazing. The night view off the balcony can’t be beat in any direction. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great location and View!

Apartment is very close to the beaches and Marina. 15 min walk to the historic area. Very nice two bedroom with a patio that has a wonderful view of the water. Host was very responsive and helpful.
