Whichever bedroom is chosen, guests will have exclusive use of the main upstairs bathroom.

Guest access to the upper floor is via the internal staircase from the self-contained lower apartment. Other upper rooms remain unoccupied for guest privacy.

Villa Bella Vista is a premium holiday villa nestled in the hills above Coín, offering breathtaking views across the Guadalhorce Valley. Combining Mediterranean charm with modern comfort, this elegant 5-bedroom home is currently limited to offering 3 guest bedrooms per booking, ensuring privacy, space, and exclusivity for your escape.

The default configuration includes:

A fully equipped self-contained ground-floor apartment with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a small double sofa bed (120cm), a family bathroom, a spacious lounge and dining area, a modern kitchen, and a private entrance

One additional upper-floor bedroom (by default a double room with access to a small gated terrace near the external staircase)

Guests booking the upper-level bedroom will also have exclusive private access to the main upstairs bathroom, regardless of which room is selected.

Optional upgrades allow you to substitute the default upper bedroom for a bedroom with balcony access:

Please note: Only one upper floor bedroom is available per booking. Guest access to the upper level is via an internal staircase from the self-contained lower apartment. The other upper rooms will remain unoccupied during your stay, and the owners live separately in the upper part of the house.
