My beautiful, sea view apartment has been newly renovated and furnished in fresh white with accents of peaceful sea greens, pictures and ornaments.
Itâs spacious, filled with sunshine and perfect for up to five guests. Thereâs an open plan living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a king size bedroom with ensuite shower room, a further single bedroom and a family bathroom. Thereâs a double sofa bed in the living room and a fabulous covered balcony with direct sea views.
It is a modern, beautifully presented, seafront apartment in the heart of everything which Brighton has to offer. There are a few steps at street level but then a modern lift takes you up to the third floor. A short stroll across the road takes you down to the numerous bars on the beach front with outdoor seating, live music and fresh seafood, cafés, ice cream parlours, gift shops, art galleries and the beautiful Brighton sea.
Coming in through the front door, brings you into a corridor which leads into the open plan living space. Thereâs a stylish, modern and well equipped kitchen. Here you will have use of a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave and washer-dryer.
There will be some complimentary tea/coffee in my apartment (sorry, no coffee machine). I hope this will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! If you wish to purchase more supplies for your stay there are many local supermarkets within a 5 minute walk.
The living area has a large comfortable corner double sofa bed with matching ottoman, opposite the 65 inch smart TV with Netflix, NOW and Amazon Prime. There are fabulous sea views from the south facing sofa and balcony. A wonderful space to relax, unwind and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the sea.
A glass dining table with white chairs and views to the Brighton i360 is the perfect space to enjoy a delicious meal or relax with a morning coffee and plan your day.
The spacious, bright master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a stylish en-suite shower room. Full length built in mirrored wardrobes provide ample storage.
The peaceful second bedroom has a quality single bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe.
The newly fitted family bathroom is a beautiful room which consists of a bath with shower over, a sink and WC.
We provide fresh white bedding and towels as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.
We offer remote access with easy self check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guests will have access to the entire suite.
Access is via a front door from the street and is shared with the other apartments in the block
EXTRAS:
EARLY CHECK- IN/ LATE CHECK- OUT
- We can arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, this would cost ÂŁ40 these will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, please inquire. Also, if guests check themselves in early or check out late then there is a charge of ÂŁ50 for this.
TRAVEL COT
- We can provide a travel cot if needed, we do not provide the mattress just the travel cot itself. Also, please note that these are first come, first serve, and may not be available, there is a ÂŁ30 charge for this. Our apologies but we do not provide high chairs.
PETS
- Please inquire with us as we may be able to accommodate your pet. However, please note, an extra pet cleaning fee of ÂŁ30 is charged and also guests who leave dog mess will be charged ÂŁ50. Any damages caused by your pet we will charge you for.
PARKING
- Guests can use permit holders spaces at night from 8pm-9am then guests can use; pay and display on street parking nearby or NCP car parks around Brighton and Hove. Best to check Parkopedia or the Brighton council parking web pages. Guests may also want to book a private car parking space for themselves instead. Lastly, some roads are permit holder only from 10:00am-11:00am and then again from 7pm-8pm. Please check road signs for confirmation of chargeable hours.
GUESTS LEFT ITEM BEHIND
- There is a charge of ÂŁ30 (plus postage and packaging) for any item left behind by the guest that they want posting or dropping off to them, or if they want to come back and collect.
Anything else please just inquire and we will try and be as accommodating as possible!
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
