Welcome to Grand Central self contained Garden Apartment; designed with your enjoyment & comfort in mind. This large, centrally located private two bedroom garden apartment has its own entrance will make your stay in Brighton amazing. Perfect for families, couples, small groups & business guests wanting privacy; comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Ideally situated centrally but minutes walk from the seafront & pier. Included is a great little courtyard garden with dining furniture!
Our guests usually prefer to self-check in using the code lock, the code will be sent to you two days prior to your trip date. Apart from this we are of course on hand if you need any assistance or have any questions. During your stay if you need anything please contact our Property Manager Arune.
The house is ideally situated very centrally overlooking Valley Gardens, only a few minutes walk to the sea front and pier. Although super central it is still quiet and private.
Guest access will be provided via a code lock and you will be provided full check in details shortly before your trip.
Location is the key for this amazing flat with all amenities you could want just a short walk away. Centrally located just minutes walk away from the pier, sea front and all major sights in Brighton. This lovely historic house overlooks the lovely Victoria Gardens and is minutes away from the Old Steine and sea front with all of its bars, clubs, restaurants and of course the beach.
Also easily accessible is the bohemian and funky Kemp Town and also the North Laines and South Lanes are literally a few minutes walk over the road.
Despite being so central the apartment is really quiet, private and fully self contained with its own private entrance, so is a great option for those wishing space and privacy.
This lovely flat includes a great garden with chunky wooden furniture so you can relax. Two very comfortable bedrooms and also a separate shower room, plus separate WC. Also included is a fab kitchen with all the facilities you need plus washing machine and dish washer.
We can also offer unique pamper packages and additional services with our preferred pamper partners available on request...
- Private Chef; stunning seasonal food using fresh ingredients in a wide choice of regional styles from Mediterranean, Asian to Persian with the emphasis on fresh, delicious flavours.
- Afternoon tea, supplied with sandwiches and cakes.
- Natural spa packages - with all natural ingredients.
- Summer yoga classes on the open roof terrace (weather dependent).
- Professional massage therapy (ranging from 15 minute express to one hour) provided by 'Treat Your Self Brighton'.

The house is within a ten minute walk from Brighton railway station.
All bed linen and towels are provided, plus basic toiletries. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. Two single beds can be zipped together to provide a queen size bed on request when you book.
Please note with weekend bookings we will require you to book both Friday and Saturday nights and we have a two night minimum stay.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
