Lovely Finca set in 12000m2 of land with olive and fruit trees. 30min from Malaga airport and 25mins from Marbella. Spacious and comfortable living area. Excellent fully equiped kitchen. Aircon in living area and all bedrooms. Large private outdoor areas with pool, seating and tables, dogs go free, sunloungers,yoga mats,table tennis table,outdoor draughts, practice tennis wall, bicycles, sunterrace and awnings.
Free wifi and 48 inch tv with access to all channels. BBQ area for outside cooking.15mins walk to La Trocha shopping centre with restaurants, spa/gym padel tennis and sunday market.

Lovely villa & pool which is remote yet close to the shops & town. Around 30 mins to the nearest beach and 5 mins to a supermarket. The kids loved the pool & spent hours in it.

Lovely finca with everything you could possibly need. Loads of space, comfy beds, good showers and fab pool. Private and peaceful with beautiful views. Communication with Allan and Joan excellent.Hope to return

Peaceful location, Shops and restaurants nearby, wonderful nature all around, activities for children, lots of space. The house and surroundings are neat and clean! Very nice atmosphere. In our opinion, even more beautiful than in the pictures!

All as expected and more

If you are looking to get away from it all, and still have the option to indulge in local tourism, this is the perfect spot. Rural yet central, quiet yet full of life. The house itself is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The attention from the whole team at your disposal (house manager, cleaning personnel, gardener, etc) is unmatched.

Charming villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa! The property is well-enclosed, offering privacy and a tranquil environment. Both the owner and property manager were incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space, and the garden paired with the magnificent view truly exceeded our expectations. It was a peaceful Christmas stay—thank you!

Finca de las Rosas stay

We had a lovely stay at Finca de las Rosas. The accommodation was absolutely fine for our needs, although I should mention that it had the appearance of being slightly’tired’. The bedrooms were great with very efficient air conditioning. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for a holiday villa, with every possible gadget, including 2 microwaves, air fryer, and what looked like a slow cooker. Plentiful utensils, and the food cupboards contained staples like oil, herbs and spices etc. the 2 bottles of water in the fridge were a nice touch also. The website claims it is a 10 minute walk to the town, for bars , restaurants etc. maybe directions would help, as ut took us 30 minutes to walk to the shopping centre of La Trocha which was the closest ‘civilisation’! There is no way the journey could be done in 10 mins! Plenty of restaurants at El Rodeo, another kilometre from La Trocha. We went there a few times by taxi, which at 15 each way for a 3km trip seemed very expensive, even by UK standards. The pool was lovely, and very clean. There is a note in the Villa to ask guests to top up the pool water level with the hose pipe. However, we were unable to get the valve/tap to work so we’re unable to top up the water.Bit of maintenance required around the pool regarding broken tiles, cement etc, but no doubt this will be rectified during the quiet season.Overall, the Finca was lovely, typically Spanish, and very comfortable. We would be happy to return

Great you enjoyed your holiday at Finca de las rosas and you found the finca ideal for your needs. The positive comments on the finca were much appreciated. Yes, the summer sun does affect the the cement around the pool, we have to repair some areas over the winter months. There is a shortcut to La Trocha via a path at the back of the olive trees, going the long way I take your point and 20 to 30mins in the summer would be more realistic. We would be delighted to welcome you again.

Excelentes vacaciones

Si buscáis tranquilidad y con todas las comodidades, este es vuestro sitio. Sin duda repetiremos porque estuvimos muy agusto y desde el minuto 1 estuvieron pendientes a nosotros. Camas cómodas, buena temperatura, hasta el sofá es cómodo, sin lugar a duda un sitio donde ir con familia o amigos.

The villa is situated in Andalucia a lovely part of southern Spain.
The rural setting is ideal for families and people who want a very private and quiet spot to enjoy traditional Spanish countryside and still be close to shops, bars and restaurants.
The beaches of the Costa del Sol are just 30mins drive by car.
The views from the villa are truly amazing and splendid.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The location is perfect with a rural location and beautiful views over the valley and the mountains beyond that allows guests to enjoy the traditional Spanish country life.
A chance also to speak Spanish to the Spanish neighbours and dog walkers that use the quiet tracks to walk there dogs.
The access roads to Malaga ( 30mins by car) Marbella ( 25mins) and the beaches of the Costa del sol, Fuengirola, Benelmanena are just 30mins away.
The local La Trocha shopping centre, restraurants, bars gym and sauna are just 15-20mins walk from the villa. An ideal spot for a family holiday.
