Villa de vacances / finca très charmante. Situé à 2 minutes en voiture du village blanc et animé de Mijas. 7 km de la côte. Superbes vues sur la mer et terrasses tout autour du jardin de 6. 600 m2. 100% intimité et adapté aux enfants: chemin privé; pas de circulation du tout! La maison est une ferme réformée avec beaucoup de caractère. Il y a une grande piscine, avec beaucoup de zones ombragées.
La finca comprend 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains. la cuisine est entièrement équipée. La maison ne convient pas aux personnes invalides. Le paiement par PayPal est possible,

Finca break

A lovely rustic finca in a great location. The pool and seating areas are first class. The steps and hill may be a problem for some but not us, and we are in our 60's!

lovely property for a chill out holiday

lovely property, perfect for a relaxing holiday. lots of steps to get around but well worth the effort! everything was clean and tidy and the pool was brilliant (just needs a bit of tlc). if you hire a car, make sure you get one that has a bit of welly to get up and down the steep track. the listing states it has an oven in the kitchen - it doesn’t have one but has a combination microwave - if it does have an oven we couldn’t find it! would definitely come again.

Villa is a great location but car is required as down quite a long steep road. Lots of steps around Villa but it has loads of character and the views are breathtaking. Pool good and Villa has everything you need

Finca in an adventurous and beautiful setting

We had a very nice stay in a well functioning house, with two small dogs the steep garden and many stairs were a challenge, but we knew already when booking. The pool area and the lounge area outside the upper entrance were beautiful. From the outset cleaning was somewhat lacking, seemed as if the house had been empty for a while since last cleaning, and smelly pillows well over due date, got new ones during our stay. Challenging access road, but well managed with a decent car, and a healthy walk, 20-30 minutes to Mijas Pueblo. All in all, we were happy staying in the house and consider renting it again in the summer.

Great Villa in Mijas with all the amenities that you need in Spain

We had a great time in the villa with our two teenager daughters and my in-laws. Check-in was great (thanks Karin) and the villa amenities were top - Air conditioning in every major rooms (5), chef kitchen and 3 patios to enjoy while cooking tapas on the nice propano bbq. The access to the villa is a bit rock and roll but at least you are the last house on the street. Scenic view on the sea and the Mijas mountains. Walking distance from the village (steep path to get back to the national road); the only downside is that the pool needs some tiles refresh. Other than that, it is a 10/10.

Beautiful Isolated Holiday Villa

This is a stunning large villa which is extremely private. It is very well equipped with everything provided, from air conditioning through to numerous glasses and plates, pots, pans, towels etc etc. Everything was very clean and small things thought of, such as providing gin and tonic for our enjoyment! The pool area is amazing, and also beautiful. The pool is large, the sun loungers are comfortable, there are lots of shaded areas as well as a parasol. The communication with the owner and then with Karin, the house keeper, was second to none. Karin was very very helpful and replied to queries quickly throughout the week. The only reason we didn’t give this 5 stars is that there are several extremely steep hills which the house is located at the bottom of. They are not all tarmaced and are narrow and windy. It is only half a km up to the main road, and we’re a fit family, but in 30+ degree sunshine, it was not enjoyable to climb! Plus the local taxi firm didn’t find the house until we emailed them a google maps image of where it is (we didn’t hire a car). Overall, we had a fabulous week stay. We’ve stayed in Mijas Pueblo before and love the place, we’d recommend a visit to anyone.

Gorgeous but Hilly!!

Great comms from Hans and Karin from start to finish - very friendly but professional. Karin met us in Mijas and we followed her to the villa, which was helpful. I was designated driver but could not drive the last quarter mile to the villa. The road is so steep and not fully made up. There is a road up to the front door of the house but I haven't seen a steeper road in the UK, and it is only partially concrete. The villa itself is lovely - a real home from home, nicely decorated with everything you need. Great air con in most rooms (our bedroom didn't work), really comfortable beds, tons of crockery, pans and utensils. Fabulous. The best views from the villa as well - you can see for miles!! There are brand new sunbeds round the pool, but no cushions - slightly uncomfortable when lying there all day like us! And no parasols, which in the severe heat was tough. The shade from the trees just wasn't enough, but the villa is nice and cool. We tried to walk into town a few times, but even at 7pm, the heat and the sheer steepness of the road made it virtually impossible. I know the taxis will come, but we weren't confident ringing them and being clear where to come. Overall, although there were pros and cons, we loved the place and loved our stay. Just go in knowing it's down a VERY steep slope. It's also 55 steps from the pool to the villa.

Prima huis op een prachtige locatie

Prima compleet huis, alles er op en er aan. Prachtige locatie. Rustig en veel privacy. Aanrader. Wandelen naar het dorp is wel een uitdaging, weg loopt steil omhoog :-), maar wel te doen .

2 fantastische weken

Wij hebben 2 fantastische weken gehad in het huis. Heel fijn huis, en alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. We hadden wat geluk dat het elke dag 25-30 graden was, waardoor ook het zwembad warm genoeg was. Het weggetje van en naar het huisje is erg stijl, maar goed te berijden. Zeer veel mooie zitjes om elk moment van de dag in de zon of schaduw te kunnen zitten. Het aantal trappen van het huis naar het zwembad is best even klimmen, dus voor mensen die slechter ter been zijn of hele kleine kinderen, misschien wat lastig. Malaga, Marbella en andere strand locaties zijn snel te bereiken. En via de grotere wegen ben je ook met 1, 5 uur bijvoorbeeld in Granada. Ook de beheerder Karin was fantastisch en heeft ons super geholpen met onze vragen. Wij raden het huis van harte aan!

Ein wunderbares, charmantes Haus, von dem wir uns nur schwer wieder getrennt haben

Ein wunderbares, charmantes Haus, von dem wir uns nur schwer wieder getrennt haben. Der Ort Mijas und der Fernblick von der Veranda sind unvergesslich. Der Pool war, auch wenn Anfang Oktober bereits etwas kühl, das Allerbeste am ganzen, kein Wunder, bei vier Wochen Sonnenschein! Die reichhaltige Küchenausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen, außer vielleicht: ein Backofen statt einer Back-Mikrowelle. Dass 50 Stufen zum Pool führen, ist sportlich und dient der Gesundheit. Dass aber die Stufen von der Küche zu den zwei unteren Schlafzimmern in ein enges Loch gehauen und völlig unterschiedlich sind, ist für ältere Menschen sehr gefährlich. Das dritte Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht gut nutzen, wenn nachts eine Toilette gebraucht wird, der Zugang zum Bad führt durch das zweite Schlafzimmer. Das untere Schlafzimmer mit dem Bad lässt sich eigentlich auch nur von einer Person nutzen, weil eine zweite Person aufgrund der engen, wackeligen Matratze ständig gestört wird, wenn sich die andere bewegt. Die Türen im Unterbereich müssten dringend abgeschliffen werden, weil sie beim Öffnen und Schließen starke Geräusche verursachen. Die Klimaanlagen sind ohne Erkältung nicht zu betreiben, weil sie direkt auf die Betten gerichtet sind und nicht abgestuft arbeiten. Die Außenmöbel sind sehr bequem, die Liegen hervorragend, das Bale-Bett traumhaft, aber sehr verdreckt. Die drei Sessel im mittleren Gartenbereich waren so schmutzig, dass sie nicht benutzt werden konnten. Der riesige Garten war, der Jahreszeit und dem Wasserproblem Spaniens entsprechend, stark vertrocknet. Der DVD-Spieler funktionierte nicht, und der Staubsauger war unbenutzbar wegen fehlender Beutel. Vor der Anfahrt vom Berg herab muss tatsächlich gewarnt werden, wer nicht absolut nervenstark und bergerfahren ist, bekommt an ein, zwei engen Felsenabgrundkurven ohne Seitenschutz Horrorzustände, wenn ihm einmal jemand entgegen kommen würde und er zurücksetzen müsste. Für andere ist die Strecke sicher eine lustige Herausforderung. Die geäußerte Kritik richtet sich vor allem an den Besitzer, es gibt ja immer etwas zu verbessern, aber unser Urlaub hier war insgesamt einmalig schön.

Splendide!!!

Cette maison est vraiment très belle, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine et les extérieurs sont exceptionnels. La propriété à l'intérieur et à l’extérieur est très propre et très soignée. Les différentes vues sont très agréables. Le chemin est sinueux mais le calme de la maison vous le fait vite oublier. Mijas est un village magnifique. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa.

Wonderful place to stay. A real treat.

This place really is as good as the photographs show. In fact, they do not really show just how many viewpoints there are on the property. Check in was very clear and we were met by the fabulous property manager Karin (we got lost and she was very patient). Place was immaculate. There is everything you need for a week or more self catering. The wifi is very good which was great for my kids! I would not say this property is suitable for those with mobility issues. The steps everywhere would not be for everyone I would say. In addition, the road out of property into the village is steep (again, just for those with mobility issues) but the local taxi firm is inexpensive and very reliable. We had some wonderful meals in the village. Thank you to Hans and Karin for an excellent stay. We made lots of happy family memories in the pool ha!

Stille og stilfull

Helt fantastisk nydelig plass. Huset er smakfullt og praktisk innredet. Hagen har flere plan med flere sittegrupper i sol og skygge. Avsides, omgitt med natur og rolige omgivelser. Både voksne og barn har storkost seg. Nødvendig med bil.

Beautiful villa in a brilliant location

This villa is an absolute delight which I can highly recommend. First of all I cannot fault the communication from Hans leading up to our holiday and Karin, who is the house keeper was brilliant so nice and helpful! The Villa itself is a dream, the pool is massive, there are multiple places to sit during the day and look out at the stunning views and everything was clean and tidy. Mijas which is a stunning picturesque little town is only a 5 minute drive away with lots of shops and restaurants.
