Drive to a chic retreat in a majestic estate flanked by trees and countryside. The old Dairy is an adorable barn in pastoral peace with beaches just a short drive away. Exposed stonework reflects the origins of this old Dairy. Lights gleam off brick walls, a rustic yet contemporary canvas for artwork and great decorative items. With a woodstove and super sofa, this is the spot - to be the patio door frames the countryside views.

Two bedrooms are almost match with the theme of teal shades with a nod to wildlife in the artwork and have nice views; their shower rooms are both gleaming. There's room for everyone to help in the well-equipped kitchen and you'll find all the basics. You eat at a simple rustic table in the sitting room. Then step out to a private terrace with a hot tub with a drink for views of fields and the birds over the meadows; sunsets are stunning. Perfect too for big groups who can book all the cottages on the Estate to gather. Wander along the windy lanes, head for the sandy beach at Rhosneigr, book a table at one of the many restaurants…Sandy Mount House does great seafood. Splash in the sea or walk the coast path. Then it's back home to a very comfortable bed.
