Belle, propre, confortable, spacieuse suite de 4 chambres avec une occupation maximale de 12 personnes, gérée par Hosteeva, située dans le centre-ville, à quelques pas des attractions touristiques (quartier français, rue Bourbon, Jackson Square, centre de congrès, superdome , etc). Le bâtiment lui-même est situé dans un quartier sûr. Il convient aux couples, qui peuvent siroter une tasse de thé près de la cheminée amicale. Pour les voyageurs d'affaires, qui peuvent profiter des chambres de maître, des salles de bains magnifiques et une réparation de haute qualité. Pour les familles (avec des enfants) qui peuvent utiliser les canapés-lits, les installations de blanchisserie, et pour les grands groupes qui peuvent utiliser un large salon et salle à manger et se sentir à la maison. Will Stay Again

Overall amazing. Our only complaint was that the master bedroom is HOT. We called and reported it but nothing was done about it. Luckily our home wasn't too far so we brought our own fan to use in the bedroom. Other than that, we loved it and definitely won't mind booking this place again.

Property Upkeep Lacking

Location was close to the street car so that was nice. AC for the majority of the unit worked well.’Although the furnishings and accommodations were nice and as pictured. However property lacks maintenance. We were in Unit B. Boards right outside the entrance were loose and you had to be careful when stepping on them. We called Hosteeva the first day since the ceiling fan in the master was not working and the AC unit in the room had no air flow. This was mid-late June so it’s pretty hot. No one showed up for 3 days to fix. The door in the Master BD also would not close due to the floor not being level (likely due to moisture) but we ended up having to keep it open anyway just to cool down the room. We tried to use the washing machine and ended up having to wring out all of our clothes when the washer would not go into a spin cycle. So we called again and finally someone showed up on the 4th day we were there. They could not get the ceiling fan to work, cleaned out the filters in the Master BD AC unit so there was some airflow (though still not a lot). They could not fix the washer and said they had to order a part. They did cover an electrical outlet in the master bathroom that we didn’t call about (but seemed to know that it was exposed). We washed all our dishes by hand bc the dishwasher was filthy (had mold in it) and despite running it empty to try to clean it was just too gross to consider using for dishes we were eating off of. The outside trash cans were overflowing.

Amazing Stay

My family and I stayed at this property this past week. I took so much time looking for a place to be comfortable since we were traveling for my grandmother’s funeral. I chose this place based on the pictures and location but let me say this the pictures are just a tease. This place absolutely exceeded my expectations. The location, parking, cleanliness and comfort of this home was exactly what we needed!!

Mardi Gras Weekend 2022

The property was clean. It lacked several kitchen necessities to make a basic breakfast. The floor tile is cracked, and the grout is coming out all over the rental. It moves when you walk on it. The walls are thin, and you can hear every word your neighbors say. Maybe ours were just unusually loud. The location is great for restaurants and riding the streetcar. But the neighborhood felt unsafe in the evenings, so we never left alone, always as a group. I would not stay here again.

Decent stay in a great location

The property was located right off the streetcar line and between uptown and the Quarter, which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, but the house was dirty. Our feet were black from walking on the floor. You could tell the house had not been thoroughly cleaned. Overall an OK stay for the price.

Location was great

Our first night was horrible not because of the property but the noise that was coming from one of the other units I believe they were leaving/checking out around 12AM until 3:30AM they were loud and it sounded like they were in our unit. Our last night we slept great. It took awhile to find the extra towels and wash clothes they were located in the closet which could of been placed in the drawers in the bathroom, no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. The master suite was a tad warmer then the rest if the unit it would of been nice to have extra blankets in the other rooms. Oh and the TV's unless you subscribe to other channels you couldn't get local stations. Overall I would look and stay at your other property because of the customer service.

Our stay was fabulous, it was a much needed family getaway. The condo was very spacious and clean, looked exactly like the photos. Upon entering the home all you could smell was a fresh clean home with the smell of pine-sol. Cleanliness is what is needed in the midst of a pandemic. The condo is in a perfect location to many eateries, bars and entertainment. The street car is the perfect transportation to attractions like World War II Museum, River boat cruise, Bourbon Street and etc. The home is equipped with essentials such as netflix, hulu, amazon prime and cable tv, that was a bonus because we could waych tv during downtime. My only complaints were the tv remotes and ceiling fan remotes lacked batteries, the noise level from other guest in the other condos was loud and at times there loud talking, running up and down the steps and walking all night was heard in our condo. They were staying directly above us. A mere suggestion wouls also be to change check out time to 11 or 12, if you are catching a flight in the evening that leaves a lot of downtime awaiting your flight. Over-all fabulous home and we would stay again.

Great stay. Had a good time. Wish the remotes and tvs upstairs worked. May have been user error but will never know. Never got the fan remote batteries. Nit picking but I enjoyed the stay and would probably stay again.

The property is in a good location that affords easy access to The French Quarter and Bywater, Garden District and Magazine Corridor as well as City Park and Bucktown. Street parking was always available right outside the unit. The property itself is spacious. Having said that, the place was not at all clean. There was only a wall unit A/C in the master bedroom (if there was a thermostat somewhere else, we could not find it). The ceiling fan controls were mostly without functioning batteries (a single device functioned). The finish throughout was "Rough" with features like a thin door in the master bedroom separating us from the stairs in the other unit which was particularly notable at midnight when those tenants were yelling and stomping up the stairs right outside your bedroom. We experienced quite a bit of noise from the tenents above us walking/stomping around at all hours. Overall, the quality was not very good. Being clean would have made us alot happier than all of the electric fireplaces.

Nice place but needs improvement.

The place itself is gorgeous. However, there were some finishing touches that weren't done, such as exposed wires that could easily be covered with outlet covers and no place to hang towels. There were a few roaches. But the biggest problems are the layout of the place. The neighbor's door must have been right next or over the master bedroom because we heard them so clearly we thought they were our kids. Also, the TV didn't bring in any decent stations (read ESPN). When they did, it was very poor reception. They have a Roku, which made things better. But we didn't really discover its potential until the last day.

From the booking to checking out, everything went without a hitch. The condo was well appointed and comfortable for our needs. The area was nice and convenient to any thing we needed. It was close driving distances to the French quarter or hop the tram to get where you want. We loved it.

Mardi Gras Central

HUGE comfortable place just one block off St. Charles parade route. Perfect Mardi Gras lodging for our large group. Many food and beverage options within walking distance. Given the property's many advantages, the few cons may be overlooked: the walls are thin, and the neighbors can be noisy; the lack of dedicated parking can be a challenge during Mardi Gras; and a majority of the wall outlets in the master bedroom did not work. Overall a positive experience.
