House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Great for a family

This place is close enough to st Charles to hop on the trolley, but it’s a bit of a hike to get to most neighborhoods you are coming to NOLA to see. It’s built to be a short-term rental, so don’t expect the Ritz, but there is plenty of space with 3 bedrooms (and one tiny bedroom that we made fun of). The place is clean and feels safe.

Check in was kind of crazy, my lil brother went in the wrong entrance and walk in someone else’s room. It’s two of the same houses but different addresses, same codes on both houses. Guy came out with a knife, which I thought was funny, but we got it straight. House is clean and location is 10 minutes away from everything. My family wants to return next year for Marti Gras. I hope it’s available. I recommend this property to everyone.

Great location/Poor service

Great location and space. Dryer did not work and we got no reply from Hosteeva for 3 days. Unit was difficult to find with poor directions. Kitchen has no toaster or bowls.

The fan in the down stairs bathroom didn't work . The dishwasher had to run twice because it didn't dispense the soap the first time.

Property was as listed. No major issues, just some difficulty finding the entrance initially. Must go through the black screened door on the right side of the building and walk all the way down to the end to get to the correct door.

Stairs and Street Parking

While this property did provide the number of beds and bathrooms (as advertised), I do feel the description was a little misleading. I don't recall seeing the rooms were on levels 2 and 3 - - making 30 stairs to access bedrooms. Good thing everyone in our party was able to walk up stairs and carry luggage. The site also said parking, but after booking we learned street parking only. While we didn't have a problem parking on the street, if it were festival time in NOLA, I think the streets would have been full of cars. Again, it was good enough for what we needed - but if this were a vacation or relaxing trip, I would have been more disappointed. I was frustrated that the site description did not give us all these details.

Stairs and loud neighbors

The building is very odd and property is located at the back of the building and very confusing toGet into. It simply says on second level of building but doesn’t state there are 2 large flights of stairs to go up and then another flight to the other2 bedroom upstairs. OneOf which had blood stains and make up Stains on the duvet cover. Then one nice the tenets or renters of whoever shares the building were VERY loud from 11:30pm until 1 in the morning when I finallyGot back to sleep. They were obviously in an altercation using curse words and screaming then laughing and talking very loud when others arrived. I tried to use the app orLink for the host sight but keptGetting an AI generated message saying they could not help me. We left the place the very next morning early cutting our trip Short by 1.5 days.. I tried again the next day to find check out procedures and couldn’t get anything because of the automated AI response..
