A newly refurnished large 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Cowley, East Oxford. Located just a 10 min walk from the vibrant and cosmopolitan Cowley Road.
Oxford City centre is just a 15 min bus journey away.
There is one allocated parking space for guests at the property, it also has an EV charging point for guest use.
An exceptional 2/3 bedroom ground floor apartment tucked away in a smart modern development set just off the Cowley Road.
The property benefits from a private off road parking space with an EV charging point.
The property has two double bedrooms- both with super king zip link beds that can be split to make twin beds. Bedroom 1 has has a shower en-suite. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath next to bedroom 2.
There is a 3rd room currently set up as a small snug area, but it is possible to move one of the single zip link beds in to this room should you need it, leading from this room you can also access a private enclosed patio garden.
There is an open plan kitchen/sitting room with two sofas , tv and a dining table to seat 4 guests. The kitchen if fully equipped with all the utensils you will need for a self catered stay. There is a dishwasher, fridge freezer, 4 -ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric oven.
