Bright and luxurious 1st-floor two-bedroom apartment, ideally located in the heart of historic Oxford City Centre, just a short walk from the railway station and a wide choice of excellent bars, restaurants, shops and famous attractions.
The Space
Finished to the highest standard which comprises of two beautifully decorated, double bedrooms with super comfy king size beds a stunning bathroom with contemporary rain shower; a bright and spacious open plan living area, complete with state of the art Smart TV. Great location to Said Business school

Great location to all Amenities. Bathrooms are a bit small but other than that good if you want to be on the middle of Oxford. Easy access to the train and buses as well.

We picked Oxford as our base during our 2024 F1 Silverstone vacation. this location is very convenient and accessible to the Oxford bus and train stations and close to several great pubs and restaurants. The flat is well stocked with essentials and very clean and spacious. Great experience overall and will recommend this rental for anyone coming for the F1 race long weekend or a visit to Oxford university

Great location in Oxford

A quiet apartment with parking in a gated apartment complex in the center of historic Oxford! The location couldn't be better for walking around Oxford! It is near Everything: historic centers, colleges, the main street, restaurants, and shopping. Even hiking along the Thames to get into the country is an easy couple of blocks away. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Comfortable beds and bedding. The corner showers are small, like in much of Europe.

Very nice unit in great location. Responsive to allow us to leave luggage there early before the time for check in. Only thing to be aware of is there is a washer but only a drying rack not a dryer in the unit. We had planned to do some laundry.

Short stay in Oxford

We loved our stay in Oxford but communication with host was poor. He took a long time to reply and I often had to write more than once to follow up because I had not heard back. That was very frustrating

Great location

Tim’s apartment is very well located in Oxford. Just a few minutes walk to our university tour and a few minutes walk to a wonderful range of dining options. We appreciated having a parking spot in a gated courtyard. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. The only reason to subtract one star was that communication with Tim before checking in was poor. We sent messages via the Vrbo portal as well as emails directly to his management company and never heard back. We began to worry that we wouldn’t have a place to stay and started researching hotels in the area. It’s disconcerting to have a host not respond at all.

Great location....communication needs improvement.

We stayed here for 5 nights in May. The location was great, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. I would give it a higher rating if the communication was better, issues we encountered were addressed in a timely manner and they would add a few touches that would make the stay even nicer.The Concierge Portal we received 4 days prior to check in needs updating (heating instructions, washing machine location, access codes and instructions - it says we will receive them 5 days prior, I had to email the day before to get instructions on how to get it!).We communicated via What's App and got responses the first 2 days. After that, they did not reply to any of my texts - one request was the shower drain was not draining which I consider an important one as well as a safety issue. I finally emailed Tim and he replied " I have let maintenance know about the issues and will confirm when they will attend." They did come in on the day before we left to address the drain and the only way we knew it was fixed was all the hair they left in the bathroom trash can.Other things that could be improved: Fix toilet paper holder so it doesn't fall off the wall, get an new Nespresso machine - current one leaks, add some type of shelving or under sink cabinet in the bathrooms to store toiletries as they are very small, and fix the flooring between the back bedroom/bathroom.With a little attention to details, this place could be a 5 star rental.

Perfect location

Perfect location, very clean apartment. Just what my daughter and I wanted for a relaxing weekend. Slight problem with the checkin process but Tim sorted it straight away. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect location. Well kept, clean and modern

We had a great 3 night stay. The flat is located in a nice neighborhood close to the train station and a short walk to the city centre. The Sainsbury grocery store within a 3 minute walk was very helpful. The furniture was new and decorated in good taste. The flat was immaculately clean. The beds were a bit on the firm side but comfy. Bathrooms were small but we were happy that there were 2, and they were nonetheless very functional. We didn't have a vehicle, but if we did, the availability of on-site parking would have been very convenient. If you're planning on doing laundry during your stay, there is a washer but no dryer, so be prepared to use the supplied clothes drying rack. Overall, we were quite pleased, we appreciated the helpful communications with Tim, the property owner, and he was very accommodating to give us a bit of extra time on checkout day.

Perfect size for our family, quiet and convenient to City centre.

We were met by a property manager at check in time to hand over keys, and she gave us some good tips on what to see. The house was quiet and a short walk from Westgate and the Oxford Castle. The kitchen had everything we needed for some easy meals and we were close to a few shops. The only recommendation I have would be to add some towel hooks to the bathrooms.

Stylish apartment in perfect location

Great place to stay. Perfectly located in city centre - well positioned on quiet side road with off road parking. It was very safe and secure and beautifully furnished. Nice welcoming hamper - clean and spacious. We will definitely be back to stay again. Owners were very helpful and directions / check in details were very clear.

Nice apartment, not so nice host.

There is an extra charge of £49 per person, for more than two guests, this was not mentioned anywhere in the listing, and we were told two days before our stay. We also got a noise complaint and was threatened to get kicked out because the neighbours were having a large party and we could hear their music from the living room. Throughout the stay Tim was also surveilling us from cameras around the property, and told us we weren’t allowed to have friends over for dinner, which totalled to six of us at the apartment for an hour, which is how many guests are allowed to stay in the apartment according to the listing.

Samir, As you rightfully know, you had a party at the property that went on until after 3am with people coming and going, shouting and playing loud music, you had more people staying at the apartment than you booked and paid for. This is completely against all house rules and not acceptable. Also as you know, there are no cameras within the property, there is just one camera outside the front door which is where we picked up all the people entering and the noise from within the property. The apartment is in a residential building and we respect our neighbours, you did not. You have been black listed you from staying at any of our properties and reported to Vrbo for guest misconduct.
