Ariel is a modern row house, located only 3,5 km from the historical centre of Lucca, surrounded by a completely fenced private garden (mash-wire, height: 1.60m – 1.80m). It is the perfect choice for a family with children and guests travelling with pets.
Entrance on the ground floor: living-cum-dining with rectangular couch, tv, dining table, kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, exit onto a covered and closed veranda, very bright, equipped with a table and French sized double bed settee (1.40m width). Exit onto the garden, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, basin, bidet, laundry room with washing machine.
Stairs to the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, basin, bidet. The house disposes of modern and tasteful furnishings, big windows, walls painted in delicate pastel colours – all this makes it to a cosy place. The house is attached to one side to another house, but it has its own independent entrance. Private garden equipped with a table, chairs, barbeque, deckchairs and sun-umbrella. WiFi provided. Parking within the grounds.4 bycicles at customer's disposal.
The factory that you see in the distance is closed, so there is no source of noise from this.
