Renovated apartment and brand new suites. It has 4 bright bedrooms, each one with private bathroom, a kitchen, a small living room area, a terrace in two levels full of plants and a balcony to the main street.
If I am not around to check you in, then my friends at Guestfy will take care, they belong to one of the bests Airbnb management service teams in Barcelona who are Airbnb hosts themselves. Gracia hosts small houses, many of them with their own garden, and many unique bars and restaurants. The neighborhood attracts artists, architects, and bohemian residents. Open-air concerts, sports events, and theater abound in the summer.
You will have all the apartment exclusively for you. At any time you can contact us through the Airbnb chat or by phone. Before you come, the apartment will be in perfect condition and cleanliness, if you need cleaning service during your stay please contact us. This service has extra cost.
Just a quick note to let you know that on weekends and public holidays, the street where the apartment is located will be closed to car traffic. This is part of a city initiative to make the area more pedestrian-friendly and enjoyable for everyone.
If youâre arriving or planning to move around by car, please keep this in mind and consider nearby parking options or public transport. The area remains easily accessible on foot.
This is a luxury apartment decorated in a very modern way. The flat was reconstructed in winter 2015. You will find 4 suites, each one with private bathroom and a commode where you can store all your clothes. A bed lamp gives you the possibility to read till late at night. For the beds we use the same linen as in 4 and 5 stars hotels. From the bedroom you can enter directly to the suite bathroom. We'll leave shampoo, shower gel and liquid hand soap for our guests. You will find a large and a small towel for each person.
There is a big terrace, where you can enjoy the sun, and a balcony to the main street.
As we have free WiFi you can use internet or chat with your friends.
In the kitchen you will find all the essentials: tea, coffee, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar and salt. The kitchen is totally equipped with all the things you could need. The fridge is spacious so you can place there all the things you buy. There is a place to cook, a microwave, a coffee pot, a toaster and a kettle.
There is also a service area with a washing machine and dryer. At the entrance of the house there is a big shared reception room where you can have a rest or read newspapers.
The building is equipped with elevator. If you come with a lot of luggage you can easily reach the 1st floor where the apartment is situated.
The apartment is situated between two tube stations. One is Diagonal, where you are linked with the underground lines 3 and 5. The other is Fontana, the underground line 3. With the tube you can easily travel to the centre of the city (station Passeig de Gracia), historic centre (station Pl. Catalunya). To the Diagonal and the centre of Gracia you can go by foot. To move yourself in the city itâs better to buy T10 at the tube stations or in the newspaper kiosks. Near the apartment there is also a bus stop.
Airport (El Prat): 25 minutes by car. 35 minutes by public transport (there are several combinations).
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. This applies also to all common areas in the building, the staircase and the rooftop.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150âŹ.
- The flatÂŽs capacity is of 9 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local policeâs database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 6.90⏠per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. Regardless of whether any guest stays for fewer nights, the tax is applied to the total number of nights in the reservation.
-Starting May 1st, the tourist tax will increase to âŹ9.35 (VAT included), per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
