Passeig de Gràcia - Diagonal, 120 m2 dans le Town Square de Gracia

120 m2 dans le plus beau, le plus charmant quartier de Barcelone, avec la vie Plaza. Deux chambres, une avec un lit double et l'autre avec deux lits, deux salles de bains, salon avec un canapé-lit de haute qualité, grande salle à manger et cuisine américaine dans le centre de la ville et bien desservi.

Typique de la fin du 19ème étage, entièrement rénové et décoré avec des touches que vous adorerez.

A deux ou trois stations de métro du coeur de la ville (Plaza de Catalunya).

Le «Aujourd'hui» Gracia correspond historiquement à une petite ville près de l'ancienne ville de Barcelone dans la rue principale actuelle (Paseo de Gracia) de villa et a gardé jusqu'à aujourd'hui, les caractéristiques formant une grille très urbain typique des vieux villages (des rues étroites, beaucoup d'entre eux des piétons et des places réservées pour les piétons.)

Un quartier spécial où vous pouvez profiter de la routine quotidienne de leurs personnes, leurs enfants et à se perdre en marchant dans ses rues deviennent une aventure de nouvelles expériences. (commerces, restaurants et lieux) Nous vous invitons à découvrir par vous-même.

L'appartement sera également disponible pour les séjours de deux nuits avec un supplément de 40 €.

L'appartement est loué complètement. Vous avez pas de partager avec quelqu'un d'autre. Il doit livrer dans le même état de propreté dans lequel il a été reçu, sauf draps et serviettes.

L'appartement a les éléments de base suivants dans une salle de bains et cuisine, à votre arrivée, sans aucune implication qui atteignent au total de votre séjour:

Fantastic location

Javier was great and very helpful. The location was perfect. Easy access to everything and a wonderful atmosphere in a great neighborhood. The apartment itself is a bit more worn than the pictures indicate.

Great location

The suite is centrally located and easy to walk to great shopping and cool bistro’s. It’s bustling day and night- giving you the real Spanish experience. We loved our stay in Barcelona and will definitely be back.

Very convenient, but be aware of two flights of narrow stairs - didn't affect us (group of 4: 60-70). Would easily stay again.

Wonderful Stay

The unit itself is clean and comfortable and the area is very safe. Lots of shopping and restaurants and we felt immersed in Barcelona daily life. It was a wonderful stay!

Perfect location to explore Barcelona

Our only regret is that we were not able to stay longer in this very spacious and comfortable suite. It overlooked a very lively neighbourhood square that offered access to many restaurants and shops. We walked to many of the iconic Barcelona sights, and our host Javier was very helpful in responding to our enquiries and getting us a taxi at an early morning hour. Thanks so much Javier - we hope to return!

Great stay in an area that makes you feel like a local resident

Our family of 4 had a great stay here! Super spacious with an authentic “old” Barcelona feel. Beds are comfy and AC works great. The square is amazing with everything you may need and great food. There was a big presentation on the Friday night with music, dancing and even a castell (human tower!). Lovely neighbourhood to walk around and feel less like a tourist.Thanks for a great stay.

Apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious as well! Location is in a beautiful square that is local and organic to the environment. 5 of us comfortably stayed with no issues. Would definitely stay here again

Nice Place to Stay

This location is as advertised, although the stairs to the apartment are a bit narrow and difficult to navigate with luggage. Easy access to many restaurants as well as taxis. I had good communication with Javier and the check-in process was easy.

Gracia visit

Our group (4 senior adults) spent 3 nights in May at the apartment Javier was very helpful in coordinating the checkin process, and let us drop off luggage early. The location was amazing and we loved being on the square. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our only concern was the steep stairs — and that was simply everywhere in Portugal. Thank you!

Great Homelike Space!

The unit was located in a great neighbourhood that made us feel like we were living in BCN. The plaza outside was terrific. The main bedroom was located in the back of the unit with blackout blinds (dark and quiet), we had awesome sleeps. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer came in handy during our stay. Gracia Javier for a wonderful experience!

Loved this location

Stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 5. Spacious and comfortable. The owner was responsive and helpful with an unexpected problem (city shut off water for a short time). Easy to get keys and access. We loved this area. It overlooks a plaza that feels full of local families. It's lively and vibrant on the weekends and evenings with families and friends enjoying the space (but also doesn't stay noisy too late). Lots of nearby shops for coffee, pastry, empanadas (!!) etc.

A Taste of Local Life in Barcelona

We loved this apartment. Ideal for 4 adults, spacious and well appointed. It overlooks a lovely square where you get a glimpse of local life in Barcelona. Everything you need within steps of the place — restaurants, bakeries, gelato, small supermarkets. It is on the second level of a walk up so be prepared if you have heavy cases. Totally doable.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located in a nice part of town. The residence was spacious and my family had plenty of room while staying. Unfortunately, the fuse continued to blow several times a day so when we returned after a long day we needed to wait for the air conditioning units to cool the place down again once we flipped the fuse in the box. The property owner was helpful and indicated where the box was so we didn't have to wait for his arrival. Overall it was a nice stay.

Great place in excellent location

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities (though it could do with a dvd player), very clean and bright, exactly as the photos show. Location on the square was great when travelling with children, plenty of space for them to run around while parents can sit and relax in the numerous restaurants and cafe's around the square. There was a small fiesta while we were there and we were treated to a full orchestra playing one evening. Plenty of small unique shops in the area. The owner was very helpful in every regard. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Barcelona

Our family of five (3 children - all young adults) stayed in the apartment. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax on our own and also come together comfortably. The location of the apartment was away from the main tourist zones (which we always try to do) and the square outside our door was lively. Great restaurants, meat/cheese, empanadas, pastries, and the most delicious gelato were all available in the square. Supermerkat convenience store was also in the square, and larger ones were close by. Javier was a wonderful host who answered our questions quickly and was available if we needed anything. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Gracias Javier!

Paseo de Gracia

Our family of four (3 adults and 1 teen) enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean and comfortable and had a great kitchen to work in. The air conditioning was especially appreciated during our warm August stay. The plaza outside was interesting to watch local life and there are plenty of good places to eat all around. It was conveniently located to Gaudi's Casa Batlo and the Pedrera, and Guell Park was only a couple of metro stops away. Future visitors should take note of Javier's comments about the stairs being narrow, and especially narrower on the last flight up. People lugging heavy bags might find it tough. Javier was an accomodating and gracious host. He was helpful with suggestions about where to shop for groceries, where to park, and so on. Property Management Greed

I received an email with confirmation on my stay and keys after paying in full. I reserved this Vrbo 8 months ago for reassurance of my stay in Barcelona. After flying for 20 hours on no sleep, I was so excited to just get set up, unpack and go to bed. In the cab on the way to the Vrbo I received an email my place was no longer available. It’s now 9pm it’s pouring rain, I’m in a foreign country with no idea where I am. What could I do but cry. Thankfully my cab driver took pity on me and drove me to a hotel and made sure I was able to book a reservation. I was lucky but this put me in a very dangerous position that could have had a very negative outcome. I was able to get a refund and book another hotel but continue to be stressed out and lost a full day of touring the city trying to resolve this mess. Because of this experience I will never book Vrbo out of the country. I believe the property management took advantage of this situation by cancelling my reservation and booking someone else at a higher rate.

Un appartement très spacieux en plein coeur de Gracia. Idéal pour se baigner dans la vie de quartier. Avec des restaurants / café/ bars / gelateria. L'appartement est tout équipé et bien rangé. Nous avons profité de chaque seconde dans l'appartement. De notre arrivé avec l'accueil de l'équipe de ménage jusqu'à notre départ.

Apartamento fabuloso!

This was a wonderful apartment for our family of 5. We loved being in the town square with numerous cafes, restaurants, and markets. Anything we needed was just steps away! We also loved being able to spread out in the spacious apartment, and the AC was fabulous after hot days exploring Barcelona! The beds were comfortable, and the host was wonderful! Great stay for familes

We really enjoyed our stay here. The square provided lots of entertainment for the 3 young kids we were traveling with, and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a long day of sightseeing. The metro station and restaurants were all an easy walk. The stairs are narrow and were a little tricky to navigate with bags/stroller but did not detract at all.
