Welcome to our luxury lovely apartment located in the best area of gracia! It is a cozy, modern and comfortable apartment, ideal for couples or groups of 3. Designed completly for the confort of our guests. It has AC, TV, washer/dryer, Wifi. It is 2 min away from "Gracia" station and 5 from "Fontana", 10 minutes to the city center! In an area with lots of good restaurants and shops.
If I am not around to check you in, then my friends at Guestfy will take care, they belong to one of the bests Airbnb management service teams in Barcelona who are Airbnb hosts themselves. The flat is located on a street that is in the GrĂ cia neighbourhood, a popular and lively area of Barcelona. This street is centrally located, making it convenient for those who want to explore the city and enjoy all it has to offer.
GrĂ cia's history dates back to the 17th century, when it became an independent village. In 1897, GrĂ cia became part of Barcelona and today it is known for its bohemian atmosphere and narrow streets full of shops, bars and restaurants.
There are many tourist attractions close to the flat, including Park GĂŒell, one of Barcelona's most famous parks and designed by the famous architect Antoni GaudĂ. Also nearby is the famous La Pedrera building, another of Gaudi's many iconic buildings in Barcelona.
For those looking to sample local food, there are many typical bars and restaurants in the area, including La Botiga del Café, a cosy café serving delicious breakfasts and brunch, and La Pepita Burger Bar, a restaurant specialising in gourmet burgers.
There are many dining options in the area, ranging from small restaurants to more upscale places. There are also many types of transport close to the flat, including buses and the metro. The nearest metro station is Fontana (L3), which is just a few minutes' walk away. The area is also well connected to the rest of the city, making it easy to get to any place you want to visit.
The apartment is your own.
The apartment has been decorated with nice design furniture to make you feel comfortable during your stay and fully equipped with everything you need.
This lovely apartment with modernist reminiscences has a total area of 45m2 and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is located on the ground floor (a bit below street level) of the estate.
Upon entering you will fall in love with the classic beauty of the furniture, creating a very pleasant & pacefull feeling. It has a living room equipped with a sofa bed, and flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player, a full equipped kitchen, the bedroom with the double bed and the bathroom.
For transportation, GrĂ cia is served by the L3 (Green) and L4 (Yellow) lines of the Barcelona metro, with stops at Penitents, Vallcarca, Lesseps, and Fontana on the L3, and Joanic and Verdaguer on the L4. The Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) also operate the GrĂ cia station of the Barcelona - Metro de VallĂšs line. Additionally, numerous bus and night bus lines in the TMB Barcelona system cover GrĂ cia. As with the rest of the city, bikes are very common.
All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a ⏠5 management fee.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150âŹ.
- The flatÂŽs capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local policeâs database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests.
- A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 6.90⏠per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. Regardless of whether any guest stays for fewer nights, the tax is applied to the total number of nights in the reservation.
-Starting May 1st, the tourist tax will increase to âŹ9.35 (VAT included), per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this may prevent you from opening the door when you return. In such a case, it would be necessary to call a locksmith, the cost of which, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting at around 250 âŹ). In such cases, the guest will be responsible for covering the cost.
