This gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom, second floor apartment (no elevator) in the centre of Florence has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely.

The entire apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to details and refined taste for design furniture and comforts. The earthy color palette of the apartment creates a warm, pleasant atmosphere, in the typical Florentine style.

The space is clean and practical and accommodates comfortably up to 6 people.
It's located on the second floor of a historic building without elevator and comprises:

- a fully equipped kitchen with dinner table
- a spacious master bedroom with good storage space, 2 single beds that can be put together to form a double bed , and 1 additional single bed (3 beds in total), television
- a second bedroom with 1 double bed, television
- two spacious family bathrooms with a shower
- laundry room with sink and washing/dryer machine

The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, 3 flat screen televisions, a fast fibre Option WiFi connection.

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, ecc.

The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it's ideal for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence.

Access
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
