Fantastic Flat

My family of 5 stayed in this flat for 10 days. The flat was clean, well equipped and in an ideal location. There are 2 metro stops within a short walk, many restaurants and many shops steps away. The owner was very communicative and responsive. I highly recommend this property, it one of the best I've ever stayed at.

Wonderful week in the 8th!

Our group of 4 women had a great stay in Laurent’s gorgeous apartment! The photos don’t do it justice - it is so spacious and lovely with everything you could need. Location is great - just off the Champs Elysees, with two metro stops close by, and bistros, brasseries, and shopping at your doorstep. I was a little concerned it would be noisy, but the double windows really block out any street noise. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Laurent’s beautiful Paris home from October 2–9, and it was truly one of the most pleasant travel experiences I’ve ever had. Laurent was an exceptional host and her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed to access the building and even shared helpful recommendations for family friendly spots, nearby metros, and must-see attractions nearby.Upon arrival, we were greeted with a stocked fridge: eggs, milk, bread, etc. so we could settle in and enjoy breakfast without rushing out. That small gesture made a big difference after a long journey.The home itself was perfect for our group of five (one adults, two young adults, and two children). With four bedrooms and five beds, everyone had their own space, and the multiple bathrooms made mornings easy. The location was ideal, central and close to all the major sights, with the metro just steps away and major shopping areas within walking distance. You’re minutes away from Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Seine River, and more. We felt truly connected to the heart of Paris.I wholeheartedly recommend Laurent’s home to anyone visiting Paris. We felt cared for, comfortable, and completely at ease. I’ll absolutely stay here again on our next trip!

Beyond Expectations

The location is great-not far from Champs Elysees. There are also several nice cafes and a boulangerie close by. We felt very safe here as the apartment is on the 3rd floor.(there is an elevator)The apartment interior was perfect for our group of 5. There were 4 bedrooms (2 shared a Jack and Jill bath)-the other bedrooms had their own bath plus there was a half bath in the hall. There was lots of closet space with clothes hangers in each room. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with every appliance you could possibly want to prepare a meal. The hostess had croissants, bread, juices, cheese, and other items for us. We would definitely recommend this apartment-great location, safe, and spacious. Mme Lauren was a pleasure to work with and replied promptly to any of our questions.

The Best VRBO We've Ever Stayed In

My family of six (two parents, and kids of 21, 19, 13 and 12) has stayed at VRBOs around the world. We just spent 17 nights at this beautiful, comfortable, well-situated and phenomenally furnished apartment in Paris. Communication with the host was incredible - everything you want when you're arranging for a nice place in a foreign city. He was responsive in the months leading up to our visit, present and available during our visit, and made us feel 100% confident in our stay. Laurent is great, and we sincerely enjoyed meeting him. He even had put a few bakery goods and staples in the fridge so we were prepared for our first morning. :) The apartment is HUGE with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, has an awesome, well-equipped kitchen with every convenience, and comfortable gathering areas. The appliances are perfect for cooking, with every conceivable thing one needs to make and serve great meals. Laundry was a breeze and everything in the whole, impeccably maintained place worked perfectly. Small things that make a trip so easy, like scissors, an iron, a few extra adapters we could use, lots and lots of plates and glasses - these were so appreciated! We literally wanted for NOTHING at this apartment. The location is superb, just about 100 meters from the closest metro stop, and a five minute walk to the Champs Elysee. Building is quiet, convenient and safe, with a lift and lots of cafes right outside. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Recommend 110%!
