Cet appartement de 210m² avec 5 chambres et 5 salles de bain, terrasse, balcons, vue sur St Sulpice et le Sénat, est situé à quelques pas de Saint Germain des Prés et du Jardin du Luxembourg. Il se trouve sur l'une des adresses les plus prestigieuses de Paris - l'élégante, calme, large et très sûre rue de Tournon (qui abrite également le Sénat français et la Garde Républicaine). L’appartement est sur 3 étages et occupe la moitié supérieure de l’immeuble. Les étages inférieurs sont occupés par une galerie d’art ne recevant que sur rendez-vous.
L'appartement a été récemment rénové avec l’aide d’un architecte d’intérieur de renom utilisant des beaux matériaux : cuisine sur mesure avec piano Lacanche, plans de travail en pierre, poutres apparentes, parquets, robinets Horus, etc.
Les chambres donnent sur une courette. Elles sont très calmes.
L’appartement est plein ouest offrant beaucoup de lumière et de beaux couchers de soleil sur St Sulpice et les toits de Paris. De la terrasse, on aperçoit la Tour Eiffel au loin.
Climatisation réversible et chauffage central.
Pour des raisons de sécurité, l’appartement ne convient pas aux familles avec enfants de moins de 7 ans.
Un nettoyage quotidien léger (sauf le dimanche) est obligatoire et inclus dans le prix. Le nettoyage complet à la fin de votre séjour est également inclus.

Un magnifique appartement parisien pour un séjour inoubliable

Un logement idéalement situé offre une vue sur le Sénat et la tour Eiffel dans un magnifique arrondissement de Paris. Choix des couleurs, du mobilier, des matériaux, le logement est décoré avec gout et à une âme. La petite terrasse tout en haut nous offre une vue sur les toits de Paris et nous plonge dans la capitale historique que l’on aime tant. Les espaces de vies communes sont spacieux et permettent de se regrouper à plusieurs alors que la configuration sous forme d’appartement séparé permet de conserver une certaine intimité. Merci à Ludovic et son équipe pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité sans faille. Un logement que l’on a adoré.

Un très bel écrin pour se retrouver en famille avec des amis .

Ecrin spacieux décoré avec goût et idéalement placé pour se retrouver avec notre famille (5) et amis (2) , pour fêter un événement artistique privé , organisé par ma fille et son compagnon, artistes photographes/cinéastes , au cinéma UGC Gobelins, et deux anniversaires (mon époux et ma fille !)… Nous avons trouvé beaucoup de confort (chambres - salons - et cuisines ) pour échanger et partager tous nos repas , au calme et en toute convivialité et nous reposer durant tout le séjour. La terrasse absolument magnifique a permis les apéritifs au coucher du soleil , avec une vue magique , avant de passer à table dans la salle à manger juste à côté. Un grand merci aux intendants, Amy et Choi pour leur accueil à l’arrivée et durant le séjour où, grâce à Amy , nous avons organisé un dîner aux saveurs d’Asie fait maison , à domicile. Absolument extraordinaire. 4 jours de soleil et de joie , plus qu’une recommandation, nous vous assurons que ce lieu est particulièrement beau et très bien équipé pour vivre une expérience unique. Perfect accommodations for our large group!

We had two families with a total of four adults and six children (ages 9-14) staying here for spring break. The accommodations were great - allowing each family to have its own space but also enabling our entire group to congregate around the kitchen table and/or the outside terrace. The kids loved staying up late to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle on the hour (easily visible from both the terrace and one of the bedrooms). Having read the other reviews, we were well aware of the stairs and approached them as an opportunity to work off some calories from all the delicious French food. The location of the apartment can’t be beat - a short walk to the Seine, Louvre, Notre Dame, Metro, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. All of the interactions with the host were great. We would definitely recommend this property!

Week in Paris...family trip

The property was fantastic! Could not beat the location! We felt safe walking everywhere. Short walk to the Luxembourg Gardens, restaurants, bars, etc. The Louvre and d'Orsay were walkable as well. The balcony has a view of the Eiffel Tower...my young niece enjoyed eating her pastries, listening to the Ratatouille soundtrack, and watching the tower sparkle at night...starts at 8pm everyone... for 5 minutes every hour. The beds were really comfortable, great to have a washer and dryer, and nice to have a tv for some teen downtime. It was a wonderful, memorable week. Really can't say enough-Thank you!

Wonderful stay in a perfect location!

We were a group of nine adults and had an amazing stay here. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable and charming. The property easily accommodated all of us, was absolutely lovely, impeccably clean and maintained. We had one question on the heat, which was quickly addressed. Highly recommend this spot!

FANASTIC!

I would give this property 10 stars if I could. We traveled to Paris from the US for February break. My husband and I with our children (13, 11, 8) and my parents. The St Germain neighborhood was a dream and the flat was perfect for us. We sat outside each night watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle. It was magical. We can’t wait to return - highly recommend!

Beautiful & spacious

Absolutely loved our stay here! We were 8 women traveling for a 50th and the space was perfect. The common areas could fit all of us comfortably and it was even decorated for Christmas was so charming. Location can't be beat. We walked everywhere, so many restaurants close by and the property manager is right across the street should you need anything. Would definitely recommend to able bodies (a LOT of stairs).

Nothing Short of Fabulous!!

Interactions with Ludovic, the property owner, were great. We had an unexpected hospitalization of our 9 year granddaughter and he was so helpful and considerate during the time. The apartment is located in a fabulous, very safe location and easily within walking distance to attractions and/or the metro. We arrived a week before the Olympics and stayed until a little after they began and our experience was first rate. Do however, know that while there are many stairs they are circular and this made going up and down a little precarious, but we were in great shape after two weeks of our visit. We had a group of 10 ranging in age from 9 to 67. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Choi was very helpful and there were many thoughtful considerations provided. Thank you Ludovic. I can't thank you enough for your thoughtfulness during our stressful time.

Beautiful apartment. Ideal for a large family or group.

The apartment was very lovely. The neighborhood was near a lot of beautiful sights, shopping, restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment. One caveat-there are many stairs to get up to the apartment so anyone disabled or very unfit would find it difficult to navigate.

Excellent Stay for Active Family

We couldn't have been happier to spend a week at this comfortable, charming, and eclectic property. It was ideal for our party of 8, aged 10-50. We were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go, and attractions such as the Luxembourg Gardens and St. Sulpice were literally at our doorstep. The neighborhood was a dream, with great restaurants and shops, and the best bakery we could ask for. The nearby grocery store and access to the metro made it easy to feel at home right away, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood at all times of day. As for the flat itself, we loved having private and community spaces in the home. We spread out among the various rooms on the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors, and everyone slept comfortably. There was plenty of room for all of us and lots of eclectic character which we preferred to a cookie-cutter location that could have been mistaken for a US property. The terrace with distant views of the Eiffel Tower was our favorite place to gather after our long and full days and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals and take care of laundry! There are a lot of stairs, and the bathrooms are not typical of US bathrooms, but that was part of the charm. Beautiful views of the Paris rooftops and camellias blooming up the walls of the internal courtyard (even in March!) aren't typical of US properties either, and we wouldn't have traded those for anything! We are beyond grateful for the support of the hosts and staff.

Elegant and Convenient Location

Apartment is beautiful, fully equipped with all necessities as well as extras. Be prepared to walk steps. There are a lot, but it's good exercise. Owner was in contact several times to ensure that we were happy and all was well. Choi, who brought us the keys and explained the workings of appliances was extremely attentive and helpful with a few issues. We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay in the apartment and would recommend it to others.

Safe and roomy Parisian flat.

After discovering this place on VRBO, I had booked online. The owner did reach out to me with a price adjustment/increase due to demand for the upcoming Olympics. My stay was March 18th-23rd, 2024 with my family of 7. Once we agreed on a negotiated price the owner was very good at communicating and sending me the detailed information for appliances and the check-in process before arrival. The owner was able to accommodate and early check-in since we were arriving around lunchtime with alot of luggage. The owner was very quick and responsive to my questions. As other reviews have stated there are alot of steps, we rented multiple apartments and they are on 3/4 different floors. So be prepared and keep in mind any physical disabilities. The apartments are great size and plenty of room, plenty of seating areas whether inside or outside on the terrace. The building is older but the owner had made some updates in the kitchen that were nice. There are dishes, however I can't state how many as we ate out the whole time. There is a beautiful gas range though if you plan to cook. The floor plans were unique to us being from the US. For example the kitchen is on the 5th floor a stairway up from the living room. My mom loved the apartment and felt it was true Parisian. The apartments were very clean. The area felt safe and secure, a police station across the street. We walked everyday and night around the area.

Magical apartment in a great location

We came for a friends trip to Paris, and the apartment was perfect for our group of 8. This place is large by Paris standards, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated. You will truly feel like you are in an amazing Paris apartment, complete with a bit of an Eiffel Tower view. There are so many great neighborhoods in Paris, and this one is right up there. You are a quick walk to anything you could want, and an easy stroll to the Seine and all it has to offer. There are also several bus lines and Metro stations to connect to destinations further out. We got a weeklong Metro/bus pass (~35 euro) at the airport and took the RER B line to and from the airport, as the stop is a 6 min walk from the apartment. The apt is across the street from several government buildings with a security presence at all times of night, making the area feel that much safer for our group of 8 women. As other reviews mention, there are a lot of stairs, so be prepared if you are coming with lots of heavy luggage. That initial climb with all of your bags is the hardest though, and after that each trip up and down will feel like a breeze. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place for your next stay.

Amazing location

Apartment was fantastic. Amazing patio with views of the Eiffel Tower and an unbeatable location. Would definitely go back!!!!

Paris Christmas

Our family of 9 throughly enjoyed our stay in this very lovely apartment. Each floor was so different, loved the art work and furnishings. Even the 85 stairs, no elevator , we made it, that is my sister and I at ages 80 and 82. Really you just take your time and good workout! We celebrated Christmas morning on the third floor where Ludovic had a Christmas Tree and even Santa had come! The grandchildren loved it as we did too, thsnk you Ludovic. The neighborhood was charming, grocery store within walking distance along with restaurants. Choi, the greeter was wonderful helping us with our luggage and checking to make sure we had everything needed. You will enjoy this apartment and for families it’s perfect. A small kitchen on the second floor and a larger one on the 4th floor with dining table. I am sure Spring and Sunmer would be fabulous with outdoor dining too. Enjoy your visit 😊

Great Value

We were a family 5 , with three adult kids all in their 20’s. We needed a place in Paris where we all could have privacy but most importantly have spaces to gather for family breakfasts, drinks, etc .. This apartment provided exactly that for a great value. 4-5 bedroom apartments are very hard to find in Paris at any price , but Rue Tournon was both spacious and affordable. Our favorite part was the 5th floor kitchen , huge stone table and terrace and views , remarkable ! The apartments were clean and Choi was very helpful. Things to know : the Steps !! We are a very sporty family all in good shape and this is a lot of steps to walk up multiple times of day. Arrival day is tough with all the suitcases . We did always feel good about walking off dessert ! Also the 3rd floor is a completely separate apartment which worked well for my husband and myself but might not for other groups . Another thing to note is the separate WC’s. They are tiny!!!!!! and may be a surprise to American standards. All in all this is a charming and quite quirky collection of rooms and apartments that is an excellent value and can work well for large groups. The neighborhood /location is truly 5 stars. Sightseeing in Paris with Friends

The apartments were great for our group of 10. We enjoyed the terrace and the view was amazing with the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The location is great with walking distance to many shops and cafes and also the Metro. It does have many steps to get to the top level.

Ludovic began a Paris rental business ten years ago and we now also own three beautiful properties near St Remy de Provence.
We have been fortunate to have met wonderful people through VRBO in the last decade. An appreciation of a certain taste and lifestyle is usually something we have in common with the guests who pick our homes.
