Welcome to this lovely and newly renovated penthouse located a few minutes walk from the Miramar shopping center and the historic castle Castillo Sohail with frequent concerts and events during the summer months.
The apartment is located in a quiet area of Fuengirola with close proximity to everything you need during a holiday, such as the beach (350m) Miramar shopping center with grocery stores, shopping, entertainment and restaurants (500m) and the nearest restaurant is just around the corner.
The area is child-friendly with several playgrounds, parks and outdoor gym along the promenade.It takes about 20min to walk into the city and costs about 7 ⏠by taxi into town (may vary depending on time and number of passengers).
When you step into the apartment you are met by the light and the lovely mountain view from the balcony, a few steps through the hall you have the fully equipped kitchen on the left with a dining table for 4 people and a comfortable sofa and a large smart TV. There is 100MB fiber connection.
Further out from the living room you have the lovely balcony with afternoon sun, and during the summer sun from noon to sunset. Here you have a beautiful view of Fuengirola and the Mijas mountains.
Master bedroom has a large double bed as well as wardrobe space and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with double bottom and single top.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with WIFI, A / C in all rooms, Smart TV, washing machine and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package âŹ39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
