Cet appartement de luxe est situé à seulement 200 mètres de la plage, en première ligne du centre commercial Myramar. À seulement 15 minutes du village de Mijas, à 25 minutes de Marbella, à 2 minutes de Fuengirola. Complexe fermé privé et sécurisé, calme et paisible. Situé dans le meilleur quartier, non loin de nombreux excellents restaurants pour manger à l'extérieur, faire du shopping, etc.

Le complexe possède sa propre piscine privée, avec une piscine pour enfants parfaite pour les jeunes enfants, des jardins tropicaux exclusifs que les enfants adorent jouer.
Menant du salon est un balcon spacieux pour votre propre détente, meublé avec table et chaises de patio pour vous permettre de dîner en plein air. Avec 1 chambre double et 2 chambres lits jumeaux, cet endroit est idéal pour les familles, avec beaucoup à voir et à faire dans les environs pendant votre séjour. Également à proximité de nombreux terrains de golf.

Le prix de location comprend le nettoyage, l'électricité, l'eau, la literie et les serviettes.
Des packs de bienvenue, des lits bébé, des chaises hautes et des escaliers sont disponibles sur demande à des prix décents.

La propriété a été meublée et décorée à un niveau très luxueux. Salle à manger moderne et un grand salon avec TV, DVD, Hi Fi, VHS. Du salon mène une grande terrasse avec une table à manger de jardin supplémentaire et des chaises pour se détendre.
La propriété a deux salles de bain complètes (1 est en-suite). La cuisine est entièrement équipée. L'appartement est entièrement climatisé / système de chauffage. Garage souterrain.

L'appartement de luxe est situé dans le complexe appelé Myramar Palmeras, endroit très sécurisé avec une grande piscine, de superbes jardins tropicaux. Situé dans un quartier calme, à proximité du Deluxe Myramar Hotel et des terrains de golf. Cinquante mètres du célèbre centre commercial Myramar Erosky avec des magasins et des restaurants.

Fabulous apartment very well equipped

Beautiful Apartment

We have just returned from a 9 night stay in this lovely apartment. It had everything and more that we needed. Very spacious and huge balcony. Location was excellent for us as shopping centre across the road and beach 10 mins walk. Main centre was about 25 mins walk. Swimming pool area very clean and well kept. Very friendly people living in the apartment block who always spoke to us. Fabian is an excellent host, he allowed us to check in early and met us at the apartment to show us around and checked in with us that all was ok halfway through the week. We would definitely stay here again.

Booking was straightforward, Fabian answered any questions we had. It was a lovely apartment a real home from home. Apartment was clean and well cared for. The area was close to a huge shopping centre and supermarket and also clise enough to walk to the beach and the town. Will definately book again in the future.

Great apartment in a nice area

The apartment was as expected from the pictures. The porch is really big and it has sun in the afternoon. The area has a lot of activities suited for a stay with children; skatepark, pool, beach and playgrounds nearby.

Home from Home

The apartment was as showmen in the site photos, had everything I needed for my month stay there. The reason I booked the apartment was it’s balcony, which although a little wind at times I used regularly to sit in the afternoon sun which lasted until 5.30. It location is excellent 20 mins walk and your in the town centre itself, 30mins to the marina, across the road is the Miramar shopping centre, with 160 stores, coffee shops and restaurants along with a large Carrefour Supermarket. Fabian himself couldn’t have been more helpful was only a text message away. When the coved rules changed for returninn to the UK he advised me on where to find a test centre. Thank you once again Fabian for everything. I had the relaxing break I was looking for as did my granddaughter and her boyfriend who joined me for a week of the break

Muy buen apartamento, amplio, limpio y cuidado y una amplia terraza donde pasar el tiempo y al lado de un centro comercial donde puedes encontrar de todo. Lo recomiendo.

Muy buena.

El propietario super atento desde el primer momento, el apartamento muy limpio y las camas cómodas, muy recomendable si quieres unos días de desconexión. La piscina es bastante grande y la playa muy cerca. Si alguna vez viajo a fuengirola de nuevo, no dudaria en repetir.

Fantastisch appartement

Een heel ruim en schoon appartement waar wij met 5 volwassenen een heerlijke tijd hebben gehad. Het appartement bevindt zich in een heel mooi complex met een heerlijk zwembad en een prachtige tuin. Wij komen hier zeker terug!

Great location, spotless and plenty of room. Balcony with a view.

Loved the balcony space, bedrooms nice and big with plenty of wardrobe space. Comfy beds as well. Lounge excellent and well furnished. All rooms were spotless. Excellent location being close to Miramar Supermarket and easy walking into Fuengirola. Must thank Fabian for all his help, really appreciated his efforts. No doubt we will return in the future.

Bra bostad. Vad som fungerade perfekt var Fabian som var "key-holder" och höll kontakt via telefon, sms och mejl även när vår resa blev försenad en dag. Han föreslog lösningar på våra frågor och problem. Mycket vänligt.

Spacious apartment

Spacious apartment with 6 beds and a roofed and spacious porch. 1 min to the City Mall which has a bus stop, and 7 min to the nearest beach. 20 min walk to the City center and the best beaches and restaurants. Good communication with the caretakers before, under and after our stay. We recommend this place to other travelers.

As it says on the tin

Came here with three pals we had a great time the apartment was what it said it was clean and spacious also Maria and Fabian where very helpfull in anything I asked. The location was excellent with the shopping centre just across the road where you can stock up with everything you may need. A twenty minute walk to the hub of Fuengirola night life with a taxi back approx €7.. If I was going back to this area of Spain this would be the first place I would look for. Alan Duncan

wonderful place to enjoy your holiday!

We loved our stay in this apartment! The balcony has a lot of space: a table for 6 persons and a corner where you find garden chairs. The balcony as sun in the afternoon. On the other side there is another small balcony where you can sit with 2 people, enjoying your morning coffee in the sun, having a view on the pool. We visited the apartment with 3 adults and 2 kids ( 9 and almost 12years). They enjoyed the pool. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with closets for your clothes. The master bedroom is linked to bathroom 1, containing a bath where you can shower as well, bidet and toilet. The washstand is there as well, in a linked separate room, so one can shower and one can brush teeth. 2nd bathroom has a bath (incl shower), toilet and washstand as well. All rooms have airco and screens, which makes the stay even more pleasant. Kitchen is all you need: washing maschine, dishwasher, large refridgerator and enough plates, cups and cutlery. When you walk out the appartment downstairs, it is only a couple of minutes to the large shopping mall with all the shops you can imagine. If you turn right when you're outside, you walk for appr 7 minutes and you are at the beach, at the end of the boulevard. Center/harbour is a 20/25 min walk. Fabian and Maria were very friendly and willing to assist where necessary. Wifi available for extra costs. We enjoyed our stay very much and absolutely recommend this location. Hopefully we can visit it again in the future!

Fantastic apartment and location

Just back from a weeks stay,great sized apartment and there was plenty of room for the 6 if that stayed.Apartment is in a great location and only takes 10 minutes to walk to the front and about 25 minutes to the harbour. Apartment was very clean and had everything you need . Only downside would be no loungers at the pool which kind of puts you off going. Would highly recommend this apartment and location,would definitely go back. Thanks Fabian and Maria for letting us stay

Great apartment

The apartment is a great size and in a great location. The apartment was very clean on arrival and we were met by Fabian who seems very nice and showed us round the apartment. The apartment had fast Wi-Fi it cost us 20euros for the 2 weeks. There are 3 good size bedrooms, good size lounge and really big terrace with outside dining for 6. There is also seating for 6 at the other table outside. The dining table inside seats 4 which we did not really use as the weather was so good. The apartment is on the third floor and in a very nice and well maintained block with a lift. The pool is a good size with easy access the one end of the pool. There is also a small kids pool with a depth of 0.5m. Unfortunately there are no sun loungers provided outside by the pool. 90% of the people were Spanish which we liked and all were very friendly. The location of the apartment is great with only a short walk across the car park to the shopping centre which has all you need. From outside the shopping centre there is a taxi rank and also a bus stop making getting any where easy. Town is a 20-25min walk from the apartment. The beach is only 5 minutes by foot from the apartment. (all times are approx. We were walking with a 3 year old). If you are with kids the water park and crazy golf are very close as well. If you play paddle tennis there are courts right outside the building but we did find who's they were are or how to play on them. The only thing I would say is the apartment needs more cutlery and as there are no sun loungers down by the pool maybe providing them in the apartment would be nice. I have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and would definitely stay there again if we were to go to Fuengirola again.
