In the lounge, there are two matching sofas and a Smart TV, so you can curl up and watch a film, in the warmth of the coal-effect gas fire. The open-plan kitchen/dining room offers a large table and chairs, plus plenty of equipment to cater for your family meals. A utility room provides an additional fridge/freezer and a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also a twin zip-and-link (please specify if you require a double or 2 singles)  bedroom and a convenient shower room on the ground floor. Head upstairs and find another twin zip-and-link bedroom (please specify if you require a double or 2 singles) with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and another twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom. Outside, enjoy sunny days and sizzling BBQs on the south-facing covered patio.
Take a ride on Britain’s oldest passenger ferry, dating back to Saxon times, across the Teign Estuary, less than half a mile away. You can enjoy a spot of retail therapy in Teignmouth or take a stroll around the Victorian pier. Alternatively, take a short walk to Ness Cove Beach (1 mile), a secluded beach nestled within the cliffs and accessible through an original smugglers’ tunnel. Here, you can discover rock pools and enjoy a refreshing swim.
