Stunning self catering studio apartment, with a vaulted ceiling, and oak beams. Beautiful shower room with huge walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen, Wifi and parking . Surrey Hills AONB Surrey/Sussex border. Be as busy or as chilled as you wish here in the English countryside. Miles of local footpaths for long country walks and plenty local pubs for a cool drink after that long walk. Lots of local activities to enjoy in the Surrey hills including vineyards and breweries. Easy access to the south coast and into London too.

An ideal base for two. Very comfortable and well equipped.We only stayed for one night but could have happily stayed much longer.

Exceptional location for us. The Nook is great for a couple, was clean and welcoming. It was a little close to the road for us, the fan was very welcomed and handy. Thx for the nice night ee had at your place.

We were volunteering for the Capel Military Show and needed a base for a few days. First time not using a hotel we were very pleasantly impressed with the Nook when we arrived. The room was very well fitted with quality materials and equipment and we felt immediately relaxed and comfortable. The shower and bathroom would be exactly how I would plan and build my own. Brilliant little touches, like a small bottle of milk to make an initial cup of tea and the Kit Kat bar was just perfect. We definitely be rebooking for next year. The booking process as well as arrival and departure procedures were perfect and added to the perfect stay.

Perfect Annex

We stayed here whilst our family occupied 'The Forge; and it was the perfect accommodation for us, allowing us to retire to bed, & being able to leave the younger members of our family time to themselves, as they had not been altogether for some years.

Great little place

Stayed for work. Well equipped, very clean and smart. Close to main road so can hear traffic if you are a light sleeper but perfect location.

Beautifully appointed property

The property is decorated, furnished and has all the extras of a premium level. Coffee machine, boiling water tap, lovely bathroom with lovely toiletries. Situated on Ockley's green, so perfect for dog walking and next door to the pub - no noise from there.

Small gem

We stayed for 3 nights with a dog. Small but good use of space and exceptionally well furnished. Excellent for dogs, as village green and footpaths are right across the street. The street is a pretty busy one so expect some noise.

Absolutely sensational stay!

The studio apartment was everything. Great lighting, comfy bed, the shower was class too. I loved using the kitchen to cook too, aswell as sitting back on the sofa with my feet up watching the Tv. (Which also pulled out so you could watch in bed) The pub next door was the perfect addition to this stay, which did the best Guinness and a great red wine selection. Thanks so much. I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone who wants a get away somewhere quiet that is only an hour from London.

What a Gem!

This is the second time I have stayed here and I love it. The host Amanda is on hand for any problems (first time I couldn't open the front door, second time I left a bag behind!). Next door to a pub but no noise from there. Wonderful fields opposite for walking my dog. Immaculate fixtures and fittings. Due to mobility problems I did struggle climbing into the property until I realised I could hold on to the round door knocker! Not far from a road but very little traffic; I struggle to sleep but slept like a baby here. Very modern appliances but folder with every instruction leaflet. I will definitely be back again.

Vous êtes reçu par Amanda Barclay

The Nook is an annex to our other holiday home, it is situated at the front entrance of the drive. You have sole use and are well screened from the main house. We are non intrusive hosts but we are on hand should you need us. We have lived in Ockley for 7 years. The whole shared front drive is pedestrian access only so no vehicles park overnight. We have completed a beautiful renovation of the property and hope you will enjoy the high level of luxury.

Recently renovated this luxury studio apartment has all you can need for your escape to the English countryside. The beautiful vaulted ceiling with oak beams is finished with an amazing iron chandelier. The fully equipped kitchen allows you the choice of home made suppers or if you don't feel like cooking there is an abundance of great local pubs for eating out, including two in walking distance. Fabulously located for exploring Surrey and Sussex , the local area is a haven for walkers or those just wanting to get out of the city/suburbia for a few nights. You can be as busy or as chilled as you choose.
