Aloha et bienvenue au Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B15 dans le sud ensoleillé de Maui! B15 est un condo de style maison de ville avec vue sur l'océan au 2e niveau à Kihei Sands Condominiums. Il a un lit King dans la chambre principale; Lit King dans l'un des lofts à l'étage; 2 lits jumeaux dans la deuxième mezzanine à l'étage et un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Le Kihei Sands Condominium est situé directement sur l'une des meilleures plages de Maui, Sugar Beach. De notre piscine en bord de mer et de notre terrasse avec barbecue, vous pouvez pratiquement toucher la plage - propre, sablonneuse, peu peuplée et s'étendant sur des kilomètres dans les deux sens. À quelle distance se trouve la plage? Littéralement environ 6 pieds! Nos patios et pelouses sont idylliques. Profitez de chaque matin avec du café fraîchement moulu et chaque soir en regardant un coucher de soleil spectaculaire pendant que vous grillez le dîner et sirotez une boisson.
Kihei Sands est un endroit spécial plein de l'esprit Aloha. Notre aménagement intime est l'endroit idéal pour les réunions, les escapades de groupe, les jeunes mariés, les personnes âgées, les familles, les couples et les amis. Avec 23 unités au choix, il est facile de trouver la solution idéale pour tous les membres de votre groupe, du nombre de chambres (1, 2 et 3) aux configurations de lit.

Great stay on Sugar Beach

Nice property with beach access and a lovely pool. We stayed in season for whale watching and saw breaching whales from the beach! Property is well maintained and a great access point for the many attractions of Maui.

A peaceful retreat on the beach

We stayed here for four days. Perfect for my husband and I and our two adult children. We just loved it! The condo development is small, quiet and just so lovely. We spent as much time outside enjoying the beach setting. Located in longest sand beach on Maui you'll love the morning walks. The condo has a great common area for grilling, eating, swimming, relaxing and looking out at the beautiful scenery. Our condo had everything we needed. We absolutely loved Maui, centrally located so you can get everywhere very easily for touristy excursions. We loved everything about our stay. Dreamy and wonderful memories.

Kihei Sands knocked it out of the park. Flawless check-in, flawless check-out and everything in between was perfect. Great communication, very hospitable, just an overall A+. Six of us stayed in the three bedroom, two bath condo and we had everything we needed. I recommend it over and over again and will definitely be back.

Kihei condo on the beach

We loved being close to the beach. We enjoyed using the extra equipment left by others. There really were plenty of chairs and boogie boards. Enjoyed the pool and the chairs on property. Parking lot is tight and small and teeny, mini van with sliding doors helped make that better. We felt close to anywhere we wanted to go. Near a local farmers' market, shave ice and a little store. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Last stop on our Hawaii trip

The unit was clean and everything was functional. We had 6 adults staying here and it was a bit small for our group. Had it been a group with a couple of kids it would have been more appropriate. Pictures make the unit appear a bit bigger. Property was beautiful and we loved the back patio and pool. We were in the ocean a couple times behind the condo as well. The unit is a bit outdated but again it worked for us. We were not in it a lot - we spent our days out exploring the island.

It was very cozy, well equipped,!the condos are right on the beach, our unit has a small deck and you can see the water. The morning coffee on the patio was a super extra bonus! Patrick is super helpful with where to go and what to do.

Short walk to Sugar Beach Bakery and Shave ice! We will definitely be back.

The property was right on the beach for easy access to the ocean. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. We would highly recommend this condo for a vacation.We enjoyed whale watching, a luau, hiking, the Road to Hana, surfing lessons and watching the sunrise in Haleakala National Park.

The beds were comfortable, the property was clean, well-maintained. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The grounds were beautiful & well cared for. Great customer service. They were able to let us checkin a little early which was very helpful with 2 young kids. Will highly recommend. When they say parking is tight, believe them. It was challenging with a minivan. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was very good. The condo was well appointed. A suggestion I would make is to replace all of the teflon pans as they are badly worn and no doubt leaching chemicals into food.Also, this is nothing that the condo owners can fix, but there was a stench outside on several of the days we were there so bad that it kept me from enjoying the outdoors. I asked multiple sources about the origin but the only one that made sense to me is it's coming from the sewage treatment plant down the road. For this reason, I wouldn't stay in Kihei again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kihei Sands turned out to be close to perfect for our family vacation. The pool/patio/BBQ area is quaint and comfortable, and just steps from the beach. The location is very convenient. Highlights for us were morning coffee and evening cocktails on the patio, long walks on the beach, and swimming right in front of the condo. There were only three things that weren’t so great: 1 the parking spaces in the parking lot are too small! It was challenging to get in and out. 2. Limited laundry hours (2p-8pm)3. On checkout morning, the housekeeper stood outside our door for over an hour, watching us take out trash and haul bags to the car. This was very uncomfortable for us, and prevented us from enjoying a few minutes to relax one the patio one last time.

We walked the beach many times in both directions and loved how it was not super busy. There is a great common area with tables, grills and chairs to relax and enjoy. We loved how quiet it was and our condo was perfect for us. The unit isn't big but it has what you'll need. If you are in Maui, you aren't spending time indoors so it was cozy but worked for our family or 4 and was very nicely updated and they had everything you needed! We loved our time on Maui and would stay here again! Wonderful place!
