Aloha et bienvenue au Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B15 dans le sud ensoleillé de Maui! B15 est un condo de style maison de ville avec vue sur l'océan au 2e niveau à Kihei Sands Condominiums. Il a un lit King dans la chambre principale; Lit King dans l'un des lofts à l'étage; 2 lits jumeaux dans la deuxième mezzanine à l'étage et un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Le Kihei Sands Condominium est situé directement sur l'une des meilleures plages de Maui, Sugar Beach. De notre piscine en bord de mer et de notre terrasse avec barbecue, vous pouvez pratiquement toucher la plage - propre, sablonneuse, peu peuplée et s'étendant sur des kilomètres dans les deux sens. À quelle distance se trouve la plage? Littéralement environ 6 pieds! Nos patios et pelouses sont idylliques. Profitez de chaque matin avec du café fraîchement moulu et chaque soir en regardant un coucher de soleil spectaculaire pendant que vous grillez le dîner et sirotez une boisson.
Kihei Sands est un endroit spécial plein de l'esprit Aloha. Notre aménagement intime est l'endroit idéal pour les réunions, les escapades de groupe, les jeunes mariés, les personnes âgées, les familles, les couples et les amis. Avec 23 unités au choix, il est facile de trouver la solution idéale pour tous les membres de votre groupe, du nombre de chambres (1, 2 et 3) aux configurations de lit.

Great stay on Sugar Beach

Nice property with beach access and a lovely pool. We stayed in season for whale watching and saw breaching whales from the beach! Property is well maintained and a great access point for the many attractions of Maui.

Perfect for our large family

The property is gorgeous and meticulously maintained with beautiful plants. There are plenty floaties and noodles for the pool, which the kids loved. The patio has plenty shade under the umbrellas and is where we spent every evening watching the sunsets - and saw plenty whales during the day. We're already planning our next trip!

Best place to stay

Kihei Sands knocked it out of the park. Flawless check-in, flawless check-out and everything in between was perfect. Great communication, very hospitable, just an overall A+. Six of us stayed in the three bedroom, two bath condo and we had everything we needed. I recommend it over and over again and will definitely be back.

Wi-Fi is fast and location has good cell reception. ABC Store, bakery, and shave ice 10min walk away. We will for sure stay here again on a trip back to Maui! All the staff is friendly. Last stop on our Hawaii trip

The unit was clean and everything was functional. We had 6 adults staying here and it was a bit small for our group. Had it been a group with a couple of kids it would have been more appropriate. Pictures make the unit appear a bit bigger. Property was beautiful and we loved the back patio and pool. We were in the ocean a couple times behind the condo as well. The unit is a bit outdated but again it worked for us. We were not in it a lot - we spent our days out exploring the island.

They were able to let us checkin a little early which was very helpful with 2 young kids. Will highly recommend. When they say parking is tight, believe them. It was challenging with a minivan. It was very cozy, well equipped,!the condos are right on the beach, our unit has a small deck and you can see the water. The morning coffee on the patio was a super extra bonus! They have it all set up beginning at 6:00am. From coffee in the morning on the patio to sunset at night with wine, chatting with fellow vacationers was pretty sweet! Patrick is super helpful with where to go and what to do.

Nice condo for our getaway

Condo was comfy and accurate in description. Enjoyed being on the beach which allowed my wife and toddler to go on morning walks on the sand. Waves were slightly too large for our toddler to play in. The facility was nice in that it allowed use of community grills on the patio and access to beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys. Really enjoyed our time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was very good. The condo was well appointed. A suggestion I would make is to replace all of the teflon pans as they are badly worn and no doubt leaching chemicals into food.Also, this is nothing that the condo owners can fix, but there was a stench outside on several of the days we were there so bad that it kept me from enjoying the outdoors. I asked multiple sources about the origin but the only one that made sense to me is it's coming from the sewage treatment plant down the road. For this reason, I wouldn't stay in Kihei again.

Great Vacation

This property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. Great beach access. The property managers are very knowledgeable and told us the best places to go to do various activities. Would stay at this property again.

Kihei condo on the beach

We loved being close to the beach. We enjoyed using the extra equipment left by others. There really were plenty of chairs and boogie boards. Enjoyed the pool and the chairs on property. Parking lot is tight and small and teeny, mini van with sliding doors helped make that better. We felt close to anywhere we wanted to go. Near a local farmers' market, shave ice and a little store. Would definitely recommend this place!!!
