Loved the place. What was great is there was a bit of sand when we came in, we asked them for a cleaning and they wasted no time cleaning it up. Very great stay and place!

Great Stay in Kihei

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed the stay at Kamaole Sands. The layout of the condo was perfect, with one bedroom upstairs for the grandparents and 2 down for the parents and kids. Great location for daytrips all over the island. Never far from anything! Management was very responsive and checked in on us a couple of times during the week. We really appreciated that!

This was a great place to stay. Everything worked great and was a good location. The AC units blow hot air onto the lanai, so don’t plan on spending much time out there. The beds are very comfortable, but the couch bed is not comfy.

We especially appreciate your feedback about the lanai and the sofa bed, as guest input helps us continue improving the experience for future visitors. The best way to enjoy the lanai space is to just temporarily turn the AC off while sitting out there. The sleeper sofa mattress is relatively new but we will take another look at it! The property is great (pool area, walk to beach, etc.), and the unit was tidy and well-stocked with bear gear, towels, pack and play, etc. Communication with the host was also prompt and helpful!

Our condo was very clean and met all of our needs. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. Being able to walk to the beach was nice. Having restaurants and shopping nearby was great. Our only complaint was that you couldn’t really enjoy the lanai because the hot air from the AC unit blew right onto it. Other than that, we loved it.

Aloha! We stayed at Kamaole Sands in a 3 bed 3 bath, with our 2 adult children. Rooms were clean. VIP management was excellent! We had a hiccup and Carol and her team handled it quickly and professionally! We appreciate you! The grounds and pool were excellent. Maintenance was always doing something to maintain shrubs and foliage. Beach was very close and the stunning sunsets! I couldn’t say enough about those! We walked every evening down Kīhei Rd to the shops, restaurants and cafes. Maui! Beautiful we will return!

The description of accommodation was exactly as advertised. Wonderfully near every thing we wanted to do, especially beach activities and great water showers to clean up sand after our beach adventures. We could have stayed forever ever enjoying lots of comfortable living arrangements. Highly recommended and very good for large family gathering. On the update to needed repairs, the fridge was not very new and leaking water onto our top shelf groceries. We adjusted storage space for this,so workable.

Perfect Home Away from Home for Large Family

Perfect space for our family!

This space was perfect! Three full bathrooms and enough space for our family of eight! Super close to the beach, food, shopping, and the best snorkeling spots! Would stay here again and will recommend to others.

Great Location and Space for Families

This condo was in an excellent location. Was right across the street from the beach and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The dedicated parking spaces were very convenient. The condo was also in nice condition, and plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 small children. Was a great stay for our family trip.

Check in was super easy. Kamoale Sands is really conveniently located and has beautiful grounds. Condo was good and worked wonderful for our family of eight.
