This historic villa is in Pastena and it faces the sea with a stunning view.

The villa hosts 5 apartments; Ametista, Opale, Zaffiro and Smeraldo, and the dependance Acquamarina.

Opale is part of the Dimora Artistica complex: a beautiful villa, that hosts four apartments, terraced gardens and a small independent dependance situated amidst citrus groves.

This villa is probably one of the most charming and panoramic villas in the whole Amalfi Coast.

Built at the end of XIX century, stand out like a jewel in Pastena, a little hamlet of Amalfi.

After a recent restoration; it has four wonderful flats and also a dependance, and it paid attention not only at the conservation of the original areas but also at the protection of the privacy for all the guests.

The flats are different-sized and can host from 2 up to 8 guests each, to meet above all every requirements.

A wonderful lemon grove stand above the villa like a tiara; there is also a biological vegetable garden for the guests; also, the guests can use the well-equipped kitchens to have a dinner with a dream panorama.

Villa layout:
Property with 5 levels: the ground floor at the street level, the mezzanine, the first floor with the main garden level and then the second and third floors.

The main entrance is at Street level, where there is also an elevator which allows the access to all the apartments.

On the Mezzanine level are the Lounge, the Reception Office, and the Ametista apartment, while on the first floor there are Opale and Zaffiro apartments, as well as the main garden level.

Also on this level, a panoramic balcony belongs to these two apartments.

Smeraldo, the biggest apartment, occupies the whole second floor; while at the third floor there is Acquamarina, the private dependance.

Furthermore, on the rooftop is a sunbathing terrace with stunning views. The 4 apartments, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, guarantee privacy and tranquillity.

With furnishings, paintings and other decorations of the family, the idea was to recreate the atmosphere of an aristocratic house of the last century.

As result; a blend of elegance, contemporary light and colour, and tradition.

Outdoor areas:
The grounds and gardens of Dimora Artistica are an integral part of the overall heritage of the property. Aside from the main garden level (the “hanging garden”), there are seven terraces that at one time were cultivated entirely in citrus groves.

Only the four lower terraces are still intact, but stand as a testament to the culture of the Amalfi Coast region and the relationship of its people to their land.

Opale is a wide and charming build positioned on two levels: on the lower level there is a living room, plus one double bedroom, a kitchen and the bath equipped with shower (all of these rooms open on a big and private terrace).

Then, the bedroom placed on this level uses a private portion of the long balcony that runs the length of the facade.

On the upper level there is one bedroom with two twin beds, which can be also put together so to form another double bed, another bedroom (which is a loft bedroom) with a single bed and a bath equipped with tub.
