Casa Elena est un appartement joliment rénové et meublé avec un mobilier raffiné. Il fait partie d'une ancienne villa du XVIIe siècle à la façade cintrée. L'emplacement est stratégique.

La propriété se compose de deux étages.

PREMIER ÉTAGE comprend:

• Deux grandes chambres doubles, avec accès au patio avant
• Deux salles de bain avec douche
• Cuisine avec lave-vaisselle
• Grand salon et salle à manger avec canapé-lit
• Terrasse panoramique accessible depuis chaque chambre et salon avec table et bancs pour manger à l'extérieur
• Grande terrasse, vue sur la mer, comprenant une table et des chaises pour six personnes, des chaises longues, un barbecue, une douche extérieure et un jacuzzi (disponible d'avril à septembre)

Le plancher supérieur comprend une mezzanine avec deux lits simples (non joignables).

La maison est facilement accessible, à environ 35 marches de la route principale; comprend un parking clôturé (payant) relié à la propriété.

Beautiful views of the ocean from this location

Beautiful views of the ocean from this location! It is also conveniently located near the bus stop to get all around the Amalfi Coast. Our host was proactive and always available, and even helped us arrange transportation to and from the villa. They also provided a list of local restaurants with open/closing times. It was a wonderful experience!

We had a fabulous time at Casa Elena

The outside area was the best part of the stay, we made full use of it. we cooked as a family every evening in garden. we found a great quality and value local butcher down in the town. Smaac were very helpful, responsive and proactive in ensuring that our visit was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay at casa Elena. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities we needed. Short walk to market, and close to several restaurants. The view was picturesque! We enjoyed a glass of wine on the veranda, taking in the sights and fresh air. Franceso was super responsive with all questions we had, and responded back right away. We truly enjoyed our stay, and we hope to oneday visit again.

Absolutely magical place to stay with an amazing host

Absolutely magical place to stay with an amazing host - The photos do this Praiano villa no justice, every detail was so cute and intentional. Spotlessly clean and well appointed with all the amenities needed for a longshort stay. The location was very good as you have 4 highly rated restaurants, 2 markets, Vespa rentals and a laundry service within a 4 minute walk. It’s a peaceful oasis in the otherwise overly-crowded Amalfi coast. The host (Francesco) responded within minutes to whatever we needed and was proactive either communications and instructions. We would recommend Casa Elena to anyone!

Exactly as listed with no surprises!

Exactly as listed with no surprises! Easy, quick communication. Great location- easy to walk to restaurants and beach/marina (if you keep in mind this is the amalfi coast, there are obviously hills & steps). Wonderful outdoor areas to enjoy the peaceful ocean view and a lot of space inside to comfortably hold a group of 4.

Amazing stay!!

The views are amazing! You’re perfectly centered between Busy Positano and busy Amalfi .. it’s perfectly off the beaten path and it was perfect! WiFi wasn’t working but we didn’t need it because we had international plans- but for another family relying on it that may be an issue but it wasn’t for us!

A lovely house in a perfect location

We found this house to be very comfortable, near the bus lines, restaurants and grocery. This made meals at homeout convenient. The home is beautifully furnished and private for two couples. The owner and staff are attentive to details and needs. I hope to return next year. Thank you Elena and Norman for our wonderful opportunity to be in your casa in Praiano Italy. I should have requested an extra gate key for two couples.

Nice family spot

Excellent view. Beautiful backyard: some grass, nice ceramic dinner table, natural stone bricks, lots of bushes. House is a bit old from the first impression, built in a 60es I’d say, but it has all you need and gives hard to duplicate nice Italian country vibe. Duomo (church) right above it is a place of activities (orchestra, opera signing) during weekends. Fireworks on Sunday was a nice touch. Staff is responsive. All in all, we had a great time in there.

The villa had great views and the area is quiet,

The villa had great views and the area is quiet, yet still walkable to the grocery and a few restaurants. The only thing that I did not really like was that the 3rd bedroom is really an attic space without a door, and the stairs are steep and narrow and difficult to get luggage up. It would be fine for kids. The hosts were super responsive. If you need a scooter, they are just next door. The AC was fantastic.

My friends and I had the most magical stay here.

My friends and I had the most magical stay here. The views are amazing and location is perfect. Walking distance from many restaurants and a grocery store. The Villa was very clean and spacious. However, the staff running this location is what truly made our trip amazing. I cannot thank Francesco enough. He helped me book many activities months in advance and always replied to any questions in a very timely manner with the most patience. I can confidently say we would not have had as beautiful of a trip as we did had Francesco not been helping us. Do not hesitate to book your stay here, you won’t regret it!!

Convenient location and wonderful management

We loved staying both at this property and in Praiano itself. The management staff were extremely prompt in responding to communication and helping us arrange everything from transportation to grocery delivery. The outdoor furniture needed a little TLC, but other than that, we loved our stay at Casa Elena as 4 adults and 2 kids.

Unbelievably gorgeous

Beautiful inside and out. Gorgeous view. Beach within walking distance but highly recommend a taxi back… the uphill walk is challenging! Many restaurants to choose from. We did a boat tour which left from the beach area. Everything was very convenient! Highly recommend this villa and hope to return some day! Ciao

Gorgeous Villa and Views!

This villa was everything you could imagine. It was a great size with outside patios for dining or lounge chairs for the sun. The views were incredible. It is a short walk to the market, restaurants, gelato and the beach! We had a wonderful time.

A beautiful location which is very accurately reflected in the pictures. Praiano is quiet with very good restaurants nearby walkable (la moressa, Kasai and l’ama. If you want to go tot he beach be ready for stairs!! Il pirate was delicious! Used interno bus in the morning- afternoons are usually full. Close to tutto per tutti for a few groceries. House and SMAAC were the best!! So helpful and checked in to be sure everything was good- especially when we were delayed two days due to the strikes! Grazie Mille!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment

Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. The view from the front terrace is beautiful! The hot tub is secluded and private, and although we didn’t have the opportunity to use it, it looked very nice. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with, they were very proactive and helping us find the location and get settled. It was very convenient to be able to park the car right on the property. The only possible negative is that it is a bit removed from all of the action. It’s very quiet and peaceful, and there were twothree restaurants in walking distance that we found. Otherwise, we had to take the car to go to any nearby attractions. Overall a very nice stay!

10 year anniversary rental

We had an exquisite time at Villa Imperati and highly recommend staying here IF you don’t mind the 250 stairs from town center to your front door. The views were spectacular! The pool was refreshing! The sunsets were breathtaking!!! The only complaint we have is the WiFi could be spotty at times so it was difficult to communicate with our property manager for that reason. Overall, an amazing trip and that you to Norman for all he did for us during our stay!
