Spacious, clean, AMAZING view, right next to a great supermarket and an incredible restaurant. Highly recommend Pasquale and this property!!!! Pasquale helped us with our luggage when we arrived and during check-in he thoroughly explained the bus schedule, how to get to the nearest beach, and set us up with umbrellas and chairs at the beach as well as arranged a sunset tour on a private boat with Captain Felipo for us. When I booked the apartment and asked for advice, Pasquale pointed me to a private driver named Gianni who was absolutely wonderful. This property and Pasquale and his connections made our stay on the Amalfi Coast PERFECT!!!!! Highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this fantastic home. The view was amazing and we enjoyed relaxing on the large private terrace. Yes there are two staircases to get up to the house but this is the Amalfi Coast everything is on a hillside. The location is convenient to a grocery store and several great restaurants. The parking lot was very convenient. The house is well equipped and very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were sad to leave.
We had a marvelous time at this beautiful property. Our hosts were terrific and we really enjoyed every moment on the Amalfi Coast. This is a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return again!
Pasquale and Raphael were wonderful hosts! They were very helpful with guidance and information. The views are spectacular and the apartment is clean and comfortable and includes everything you will need for your stay. Easy to get to Amalfi via bus and from there to take the ferry to other towns along the coast. Grazie Mille!
After a busy few days in Rome & Florence, my family of 6 had a welcome respite by the sea. We loved this apartment. Pasquale was very easy to communicate with and helpful. Note :: youâll want to visit the nearby towns and plan to spend on taxis as the sita is unreliable, we visited in March and the bus was full 2 of the 3 times we tried. 50eu to Amalfi (our favorite) and 100Eu to positano. You must plan to shop at Angelos market below for food and produce for your stay. DELIGHTFUL! We enjoyed Ninos and also watching a lively soccer game below. As long as you understand that thereâs stairs and plan to taxi, youâll be in great shape! This time was along of favorites in Italy!
It was a great experience from the time Pasquale greeted us upon arrival until we left. The home was big, clean and well appointed. Wonderful culture. Thank You!
Even though the villa is a bit farther out from the main city, itâs view of the sea made it worth it. Pasquale was available if we needed any help and even helped us get to the villa on our first day about where to get off the bus. The lemons he gave us were simply delicious as well
This unit was perfect for our group of 6 ladies! There was a bed for everyone and the two bathrooms were very welcome ;) Great view from the amazing balcony. Beware, there are a lot of steps to get the amazing view, but Pasquale is wonderful and so great to help carry the luggage! I would absolutely stay here again.
We had a lovely stay in this home in Conca Dei Marini. The host Pasquale was very pleasant to deal with and responsive with any questions we had. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent with some great restaurants close by. We would highly recommend staying here... the views are spectacular as well. The welcome bottle of Prosseco was very much appreciated. Thank you!
We were greeted warmly by Pasquale. He was very thoughtful and explained to us how everything works and how to commute from one neighborhood to the other. He welcomed us with a bottle of champagne!!
The house is very nice with amazing views!! We didnât want to leave. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean.
We will definitely stay with Pasquale again and we highly recommend his home. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Great flat with beautiful views of the sea. Worked great for my family of four (2 adult children). Plenty of space and two bathrooms. Pasquale is an excellent host and the flat was very clean. There are a few stairs to climb, but there are stairs everywhere on the Amalfi coast. There is a small market on the street next to the stairs to the flat and two restaurants and two cafes within a few minutes walk. We had a rental car and found easy street parking near the flat. Parking pass was 5 euros/day. Would definitely stay there again.
The house is stunning, clean, has everything you need. The view is super magical. The host is superb. But the place has only one shower that can be a consideration for larger families.
If you are older and from Florida and not used to stairs, this place is very challenging as there is 120 stairs that you have to take rain or shine and even at night, where part of it is dark and at least 25% of them have no hand rail either. Parking is also down the 120 stairs. So honestly challenging for elderly or people with young children, and also for out of shape people.
If these are not issues for you, this place is the best place you can find.
Thank you Pasquale đđđ
Loved this property! Pasquale was an awesome host. He met us in person and gave us lots of important info about the town, dining options, transportation, etc. The view was fabulous!! The apartment had just about anything you could need. The only negative (and itâs a small one) is that thereâs only one shower. Even though there are 2 bathrooms, the other one has a large spa bathtub only. However, that wouldnât deter me from staying at this awesome property again. We loved it!
We had a wonderful time at Casa Raffaele. The host Pasquale was an excellent communicator and super helpful. The location was great because we were right between Amalfi and Positano so it was easy to get around. Conca is a beautiful town as well. Lots to see. Thereâs a supermarket and a wonderful dinner restaurant right beside the unit. The home is spacious and clean and having two bathrooms was helpful. The one thing to note is that you will need to climb stairs to get up to the unit so be prepared. The view is worth it as is the unit if you have a family travelling with you. Thanks Pasquale for everything!
Incredibly clean and spacious house with fantastic views of the sea. We had a great time here. It's good value for money, and I'd recommend it to friends and family alike. Pasquale has ensured the house is well-equipped, and takes some time to help you familiarise with the surrounding area (as well as securing your all-important parking permit!).
I would say that the description of the beds per room should probably be A) 1x double, B) 2x single, and C) 1x single, but this is hardly a big deal. I would also warn some travellers about the stairs up to the accommodation, but that's true of almost all properties along the coast here.
BEAUTIFUL property, even better than what was pictured in the photos. Huge terrace, STUNNING view, comfortable beds, nice living room. It was very roomy (we were a family of 6). Also a very lovely beach, market and cafe near by.
Pasquale was very kind and met us at check-in. He gave us lots of information about the area and how to get around.
The only downside is there are quite a few steps you have to take to get up to the property from the street. You also have to be mindful of what times the shuttle is available if you go out on day trips to Amalfi/Postiano/etc. It is a very long way up from the main road (where the busses and beach are) back to the property.
But, with that being said, the steps were SO worth it. It was a very unique experience coming home to such a peaceful place after spending all day in busy tourist towns.
Would definitely stay with Pasquale again!
This property exceeded our expectations in every way:
1. The entire space is much nicer in person, and the view from the two bedrooms and kitchen is incredible.
2. Pristine in all spaces! Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms.
3. Pasquale, the host, has been helpful beyond whatâs expected to include assistance with our luggage, directions, dining and attractions recommendations.
4. Location - public transportation and the local shuttle available on the street level, right below the apartament and Pasquale provided detailed schedules for each. There is also a market stocked with all breakfast and lunch essentials, toiletries, and wine.
5. Public parking is near by and we never had issues finding a spot.
Pasquale, thank you for your hospitality! We appreciate all your help and absolutely loved our stay at your house!
Pasquale stayed in contact with me even before we arrived, greeted us, and helped carry our stuff up the 120 steps to his fatherâs terrace home! He continued to guide us, with maps and info about the area, and the beautiful home had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. There were fresh lemons on the table and a bottle of champagne in the fridge. The washing machine was a nice plus (but be aware that machines in Italy take much longer than what we are used to in the U.S.) And there was a clothesline with pins, so we could hang out our things like the locals! He gave us good recommendations for restaurants, markets and safe ATMâs. It was the perfect place to âget away from it allâ and enjoy the amazing coastal views!
What a great experience we had staying at this beautiful home. Pasquale is an amazing host, from the communication, helping us carry our luggage up the steps, and just making us feel welcomed from the minute we met him.
The house is even better than the pictures, spacious and the ac was a huge benefit! Beautiful views and access to all (a great market close by, restaurant with amazing food).
We visited Amalfi, Positano by Pasqual arranging transportation for us. Although we had our own rental car, it was not needed for us to drive around the coastline. Bus is available as well within walking distance.
There are not enough words to describe the incredible experience we had! Will hopefully be back very soon! Thank you, Pasquale, we truly appreciate everything you have done for our family and sharing your beautiful home.
The views from this location are amazing. There is a restaurant directly below the house that has delicious food (we ate there almost every night). There is very quick access to the local bus stop about a 5 minute walk from the house that brings you right downtown Amalfi. There is also a small grocery store right next to the house to fill your fridge.
The only things I would mention is if you are not good with stairs I would not recommend this location. The host is amazing and carried our luggage into the house, but there are numerous steps to get to your front door. Once you are in the home the views from the outdoor patio are amazing though. I would stay here again but it is not a place I would stay with my Mother who is in her 70's.
Pasquale's property is incredible! He met us on the street and helped carry our luggage up the stairs to the apartment. Inside are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, a large kitchen and even larger patio that overlooks the sea. The views are spectacular. Pasquale provided us with bottled water, fresh lemons from his tree and even a bottle of Prosecco.Just down the stairs from the apartment is a grocery store and highly rated restaurant. Up the street is the town square with 2 more restaurants, atm, post office and a bar. The bus stop is at the top of the street. Conca de Marini is one of the most beautiful towns on the coast. Its quiet and relaxed and is full of friendly people. I would highly recommend Pasquale's apartment and would definitely stay here again.
This property has amazing views with huge connected balcony looking over the sea. Pasquale, our host, was extremely helpful before and during our stay in Amalfi Coast. Checkin process was amazing. Pasquale greeted at our car, helped with luggage up the stairs, gave a detailed tour of the property and made sure we were comfortable before he left us. He arranged and coordinated parking for us, guided us with transportation around, food options and activities. The bus was a challenge as it was Easter weekend and had few options to go to Amalfi but Pasquale arranged a taxi at a reasonable price. He provided us fresh huge lemons from his own farm. Temperature was little cooler but we had an option to keep it warm in bedrooms.
This property is 20 min drive away from Amalfi and in a smaller town. Amalfi & Positano are the bustling areas, while Conca is calm. You can visit the towns around and be back by evening.
Overall, very pleasant experience. Wish we had more time to spend and enjoy this property.
