"Ne vous inquiétez pas, BEACH HAPPY .." est notre devise dans l'unité 717. Ce magnifique condo vous hypnotisera par sa vue panoramique sur le port et ses couchers de soleil à couper le souffle. Cette unité a été récemment mise à jour, nouveau matelas et décor de plage. La chambre principale a un lit king size, la chambre d'amis a 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon. Vous êtes à quelques pas du sable blanc de Destin. J'espère que vos vacances sont remplies de beau temps et de souvenirs encore plus mémorables. Vous serez plus heureux qu'une mouette avec une frite dans l'unité 717.

We had a great week in this condo! The listing is very accurate. It was fun to watch all the sunset cruises settle in for the absolutely beautiful sunsets that we could watch from our deck. Our boys loved all the activities available — beach, pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard —all of which equipment was available at the front desk at no cost. We would definitely come back here!

Memorial Day Weekend Trip

The place was gorgeous and we loved everything about it! Quick walk to the beach and two pools. We hope to be back again.

Perfect getaway!

We planned a very quick trip for Memorial Day! It was myself, my mom and my teenage daughter. The condo was perfect. The amenities at the condo were excellent! We loved the pool, the carts for hauling stuff up and down, beach access and cleanliness overall. Everyone was so friendly. Alan was wonderful- make sure you tip him well! We would love to come back again in the future!

Amazing!!!

This was an amazing place to take your family. The beach is so close and the beach attendant is so helpful and attentive! It was great to have chairs and an umbrella there. It's so close to restaurants and stores. It's locked and very secure so I felt comfortable with my sons going back and forth. We will be coming back for sure!!! Than you for a great vacation for my Family.

Great location. Close to the beach

Views from the balcony were excellent and you could hear the ocean. The condo is a short distance from restaurants and stores. Enjoyed not having to bring an umbrella and chairs to the beach. The attendant on the beach was super nice. We loved the convenience of the shopping cart to bring groceries up to the room. We wish the tennis and pickleball courts were open but they were under refurb our entire stay.

The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were very tall to try to get into but moved having storage underneath but wasn’t a huge deal and we made it work. Would definitely stay again.

Great clean beach

Great condo! My only complaint was the communication. The never return messages set through VRBO. They did return phone calls. With al that I will be staying here again in the future. Thanks for the great time!

We Loved it !!

We loved walking to the beach everyday, then sitting in the jacuzzi tub at the resort, before going back to our unit, and seeing the sunset almost every evening !! The view was great from our unit, looking out over the nearby lake, and harbor inlet to watch the boats go in and out, plus the sunsets on the gulf were priceless. We are definitely coming back again in the future !!

A Break from COVID

Never had to wait long for an elevator and the facility was full. Parking lot was also easy and close to where we wanted to be in relation to our condo. Views of ocean and beach area were just as promised. We definitely will recommend and return to this resort.

There was a new staff which was one this year. Both elevators were working. (Last 2 stays there they were not) The front desk staff was helpful and eager to please . Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is year #6 for us at The Islander! Amazing staff, great property, super clean, quiet and safe! This was our first time in unit 717 and it was great! Very clean and tastefully decorated, I loved that they had a closet with beach toys- we even left the ones we purchased so the next guests could use them too! The only thing I didn’t love about our stay is the elevator was broke multiple times throughout our stay and the new bracelet wrist bands are terrible and not reliable at all, we were locked out of our unit multiple times. Other than those two things though we had a great stay and no complaints at all! We will continue to come back year after year!
