Islander Condo # 401 est une unité de platine East View pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Évitez les ascenseurs avec un accès facile au rez-de-chaussée et au parking par les escaliers à proximité du condo. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.

La cuisine a été récemment rénovée avec de nouvelles armoires, des comptoirs en granit et est entièrement équipée avec tous les outils pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. Lecteur Blue Ray et accès au câble numérique. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.

La chambre principale dispose d'un nouveau lit king size et d'une télévision 24 pouces avec lecteur DVD. La salle de bain a une nouvelle vanité avec des comptoirs en granit et une douche à l'italienne. La chambre d'amis dispose d'un nouveau lit queen-size et d'une télévision 24 pouces avec lecteur DVD. La salle de bains possède un lavabo sur colonne et un combo baignoire / douche.

Aventurez-vous sur le balcon privé et admirez les bateaux entrant et sortant du port par le col est ou l'un des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle qu'une soirée peut offrir.

Great location

This unit was a great location with awesome views. The check in and out process was very easy. The place was very clean and layout of rooms were great. Would definitely stay at this unit again.

Beautiful Gulf View Condo

We enjoyed the condo tremendously! Great views, comfy beds, nice shower. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Pool was nice and warm and hot-tub was great! Liked that it was an end unit and the stairs were super handy being so close. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Good experience overall. Seemed like an issue with keeping the trash from backing up on the stairwell. Other than that no complaints and we enjoyed the stay.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our vacation at the Islander. Check in was easy but we were told we could check in sooner and we were made to wait until almost 4. That was a little irritating. Also, the room could have been much cleaner! Beautiful view and well decorated room. Would come back.

The condo was clean and updated with a tasteful beach-y vibe. We really liked being on the far end of the Islander away from the central hub. We could take the stairs right outside our door down to the path to the beach without having to go through lobby and pool area. We plan to rent same unit again next year!

Cozy Condo

This was a pleasant surprise. The walk to the beach was such a short distance. The guy that worked the beach was the most pleasant beach attendant we have ever met. He was amazing and very attentive with a great attitude. The condo was clean and the furniture was very nice. My only suggestion-it needs some type of blackout curtains for the bedrooms. Other than that, it was awesome. BONUS-this condo has its own washer and dryer in master. Very satisfied ❤️

Reviewer Comments: We love The Islander and have stayed many times in different units. 401 needs updating from cheap furniture & old linens to the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets. Unit should be a bronze, not Platinum. We will choose a different unit next time. I would give the unit a 3 rating, while The Islander gets a 5 star!

1st time at Islander and will never return . 106, 406, 706 units

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrive to check in to condo #106. When entering, there were 2 humidifiers blowing hot air and the room temperature was 78. We called the front desk who told us the air conditioner was out and that maintenance was coming “some time” today. I called back to speak to manager. I asked why we were not told prior to arriving or when we checked in. Cindy then told me: “I told them to tell yall before, I knew they should have” About an hour later, a manger (Raquel)called and said the unit air conditioner can not be fixed and that we would have to move to 406 but then will have to leave that unit Thursday morning to another unit. Very disappointed in the dishonesty and the lack of integrity from management. We missed dinner reservations 1st night and lost beach time with family moving units twice. One manger offered full refund, the other partial. We still had to pay for resort and cleaning fees. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

They canceled the wrong reservation. I called multiple times and was told that a manager would call me. Never received a call. My check in date was the same, but check out was a different date. I tried to speak to someone at check in as well. The “manager” was not available and I was told the manager will call me.... No phone call. I ONLY stayed at this location b/c I love the beach area!

Wayne at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! The only downside was the elevators in the main lobby weren’t working often and there are only two available for the entire resort. That is my only complaint but it was fixed during our stay and it ended up being just fine!!

Best beach access

This place was GREAT. So clean and fresh looking. Roomy and large shower. View of beach was awesome. Access to the beach was just a few steps. Complimentary beach chairs as well. Staff was helpful. Can’t wait to come back!!
