Unité 710 - Superbe coucher de soleil sur le golfe et le port avec service de plage gratuit

Ce condo de vacances en front de mer est situé à Destin, en Floride, le long de la côte d'Émeraude. La location de condo n ° 710 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un lit king dans la télévision de la chambre principale 32 ', 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis 20' et un canapé-lit dans le salon 32 '. Destin's Beach est à quelques pas avec une vue magnifique depuis votre balcon privé. Toutes les unités sont non-fumeurs.

Le condo 710 a récemment ajouté de nouveaux luminaires au salon, aux chambres à coucher et aux salles de bain. Le salon dispose de nouveaux canapés et sièges, de nouveaux rideaux et d'une grande télévision avec combo DVD / VHS. La cuisine a de nouveaux traitements de fenêtre, robinet et luminaire. Les tabourets de bar de la salle à manger étaient tapissés. Les deux chambres ont une nouvelle literie, des ventilateurs de plafond, des volets de plantation et de la peinture fraîche. La chambre principale a une nouvelle télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD. Cette unité dispose également d'un accès Internet. Cette unité ne permet pas les réservations de plus de 14 jours en plus de l'invité d'hiver de janvier à la mi-mars.

Great Condo

This was a nice, clean, updated condo with everything you need for a great stay. It has two pools but they were never over crowded. The pics are just as the unit is. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was as described. Nice and clean. The pools were nice. The beach chairs were nice but so extremely overcrowded it was overwhelming and so crammed together it was disappointing. Overall pretty good stay and as expected. If crowds are your thing, this is the place

Great family place to stay

There is one extra trash bag but not dish soap or paper towels. Our room this trip was not as nice as previous years. Some parts were updated. It was very clean. The tubs were older and didn’t hold water. The kitchen had the bare essentials but we got by. Beds were very comfy. All and all we were fine and will come back!

Some suggestions for owner to consider. 1) add soundbar to living room TV. 2) Laminated instructions on operating TV. 3) Can’t open master bedroom closet completely due to oversized night stand. 4) Add a Kuerig coffee maker. 5) have a Swifter to be used on hard surface floors. 5) Fix surface light on microwave.We bought and left an 8”x8” Pyrex baking dish for kitchen. Furniture very comfortable as was master bed.

Family vacation

The condo was very clean and nice. Quick walk to the beach and pools. View was Beautiful of the Harbor. Not ocean. Down sides. Property manager gives vague answers or doesn't answer your questions. Never received gate code to get into parking lot. Very frustrating. Last night, partying outside in the walkway. We had to call and complain. It did help for an hour or two, but noise started back up and lasted about 2 am. Lots of Great places to eat and Great for the family. After the frustration of getting a gate code which we received from another guest, not the property manager. We enjoyed the location, restaurants and activities. Just the noise the last night was such a disappointment (long drive the next day) and a sour end to an otherwise Great vacation. Also, would like a better property manager. Will not use this one again because I want one that is helpful, attainable and wants to assist in helping my family have an unforgettable vacation.

Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, nice and updated for the most part (a VERY stiff, uncomfortable couch in den though). There were enough seating options in the living space with the dining table, a couch, a loveseat and two chairs. The beds were comfortable. I loved the amount of counter space in the bathroom. However, the drawback to this unit came from the elevator not working the entire time we were there, although at check in we were told it would be working the next day most likely. This became a massive issue on Sunday when we were trying to leave. It took over 30 min to get an elevator to go down with our luggage cart— and being on the 7th floor, that really was are only option. Obviously- life happens and things break, but it was a miserable way to end a trip.

BUT HAD A VERY BAD EXPERINCE WITH SUNSHINE WATER SPORTS FOR WHICH YOU PROVIDED A 20% DISCOUNT FOR A PONTOON RENTAL. THE DISCOUNT I WAS GIVEN WAS FOR $25 VERSUS THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF $50. WHEN I CALLED SUNSHINE TO COMPLAIN, THE GUY I TALKED WITH WAS VERY CURT AND SIAD HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE ISLANDER 20% DISCOUNT. NOT A LOT OF MONEY-BUT I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT. YOUR MANANGEMENT NEEDS TO TALK WITH THEIR MANGEMENT TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION.

The lifeguard is AMAZING and always so helpful helping us getting our disabled child on the beach. My only complaint is the quality of the bedding for the pullout bed in our condo this year. Very scratchy and uncomfortable. My teen son was disappointed that the basketball hoop was broken, but the property was clean and the staff always friendly.

Spring Break 2019

Unit was very clean. Staff was accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Chairs and umbrella was definitely a bonus! Wish the kids weren't running around but that had nothing to do with the condo!
