"Ce grand condo de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains en bord de mer est situé au 6ème étage de ce complexe. Il a un balcon privé de 30 pieds qui fait face au golfe du Mexique. La chambre principale fait également face au golfe et comprend un lit king-size, une télévision intelligente 32 ", un lecteur DVD Blu-ray, une chaise de lecture et une porte coulissante en verre donnant sur le balcon. La chambre d'amis dispose de 2 lits Queen avec une télévision 32 "et un lecteur DVD Blu-ray. Le salon principal est spacieux avec des tables à manger et à jouer et une porte coulissante en verre donnant sur le balcon. Un téléviseur 55 pouces avec lecteur de DVD Blu-ray offre le service par câble DIRECTV, comme le font les autres téléviseurs. Cet appareil dispose également d'un accès Internet haut débit WI-FI. Les salles de bains rénovées comprennent une douche principale à l'italienne. La grande cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des armoires bien garnies pour les cuisiniers de la famille. The only issue we had was the pool wasn’t heated to a temperature that made it enjoyable to swim in. We passed that feedback on.

Room had a slight musty smell but we used air fresheners and that seemed to work. I would rent again.

Beautiful views

Great place could use a few updates but as a rental property it has everything we needed. The huge plus was the kitchen was stocked to the brim with plates cups utensils pots pans you name it . Great experience.

Good stay but safety??

We had a great stay except for the balcony door not locking. My 2 year told escaped to the balcony and climbed up the railing. It was a very scary experience. We had to go by a broom stick to lodge in the sliding door.

Updated condo

We enjoyed the very clean ,updated condo on the top floor. It has gorgeous views and large rooms. Bring your own towels ,and chairs ,as it is 48 dollars per day to rent two chairs. . Everyone else had complimentary chairs but this condo does not. Where to pick up keys is hard to find,but it is next to a miniature golf place .Wonderful experience towels ,and kibeach towels, extra short beach access

Reviewer Comments: This condo was amazing, from the easy access to the beach to the serenity of the island there’s nothing that beats this 2 bedroom 2 bath beauty. We loved everything about it. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the view. Being able to sit on the balcony in the morning or at night listening to the waves was amazing. We go to Okaloosa island every year but usually stay at another condo but we will return to this one from here on out. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Very nice

Very spacious condo. Excellent view of the beach, loved the huge balcony. Easy access to the beach, and Parking lot. Everything we needed was on hand in the unit laundry coffee pot. Lots of seating inside and outside on balcony. I’m very happy with this condo, will likely stay again in the future Thank you!

Great place!

We have stayed at many different places on the island and this one might have been my favorite! It’s extremely roomy, has a BEAUTIFUL view and literally just seconds from the sand. The only downfall was there was only little glasses to drink out of and the bedrooms stayed very hot. The thermostat is locked at 71 so we had to go buy fans in order to sleep comfortably. It’s got very large rooms and not enough vents. But we will most definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a perfect location, steps to the beach, easy 4 min drive to the boardwalk area with lots of great restaurants and the pier and close to fun attractions for the kids. The view from the condo was amazing- everything was as pictured and described in the listing. The furniture was comfortable, everything was in working condition. It was definitively one of the better vacation rentals I've stayed at over the past 12 yrs of beach vacations.

We really enjoyed our stay! I would definitely recommend if you have toddler age children stay at this location, to add an additional interior lock to the entrance door to the condo, as the door only locks from the outside, the interior stays unlocked. Also, noting for toddler aged children, the outdoor balcony railing is climbable. We just moved all furniture towards the sliding glass doors and ensured he was supervised 24/7. Overall, the views are phenomenal. The condo was beautiful, decorated nicely, with plenty of room for the entire family and more if needed. All amenities are in the perfect driving distance and the beach was never over crowded. I will say to keep in mind also, umbrella rentals were not included with this unit so the rentals were 50 for the day and not 15 as advertised on the beach, but no big deal, just noting for future renters! You can also bring and set up your own! This unit is very updated with new appliances and very clean and modern look! We loved it and would definitely book again!

The condo is truly steps away from the beach. There was a vendor for beach chair and umbrella rental right on the beach. The description of the condo was accurate and clean. The decor is dated but we were there to be outside so that didn't matter to us at all. The details of the condo told us what we would need so we were prepared but it would be nice to have access to beach towels, paper towels and more toilet paper. The extra bedroom has blinds but not a curtain so the outside lighting keeps that room pretty bright at night.

There was the option to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella from a vendor on the beach. The view from the balcony was perfect and we even watch dolphins swim by. The condo was exactly as the website said. The decor is dated but the beds are comfortable and the unit was clean. Make sure to bring beach towels as those weren't provided. You'll also want to pick up paper towels and extra toilet paper. It would be helpful to have a curtain in addition to the blinds in the spare bedroom. The outdoor lighting keeps that room fairly bright all night long.

It was the largest unit we've ever stayed in and the cleanest as well. View is incredible and the condo had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. First time snowbirds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a recently retired couple and first time snowbirds. We found the property and the location to be quite satisfying. Everything was clean and the condo was plenty spacious and inviting. Our particular location was on the 6th floor and we both prefer to generally be on upper levels so this was a plus for us. We both had envisioned spending more time in the pool area but no one can control the weather and it was cooler than that would allow on many days. That said it was a nice space on the days we did swim. There is also an enclosed tennis court which we did not use but observed others enjoying that area. The beach is right out the backside or is it the front as people with lake homes would say. The beach was totally clean with plenty of area to stretch out and remain private. During our stay in February the temps were mostly in the 60’s. Naturally a bit colder on rainy days and a bit warmer later in the month. We found the balcony space very much to our liking. With extended walls to the edge on each end it was a private space to view the ocean and relax in the the sun. Even on cooler or windy days if the sun was out it was an enjoyable space warmer than sitting on the beach yet still with the wonderful ocean view. The master bedroom had a comfortable king size bed with a nice mattress. There were plenty of shopping options for groceries and leisure activities plus multiple quality dining options to experience as well. We had a great time and hope to return next year. All in all a wonderful experience!
